The bedroom was soooooooooo cozy; unlike the new trends of bedrooms that look more like a lounge. This felt like room; had a beautiful sleep and felt totally refreshed the next day. Would like to extend my Special thanks to the friendly and welcoming front desk staff; Mourad from Morocco and Ahmed from Jordan. Thanks guys; really appreciate your help and looking forward to my next weekend in Qatar.

Well, nothing in particular. Wasn't expecting much from a budget hotel; it's totally good value for the money. Highly recommended for those seeking a comfy room as a priority.

Hey guys this is Mr Dickson a resident in Qatar. I wanna say that the Saraya is the olace you need to experience Cool vibes . Mmh i been using lift for the past 20yrs but at Saraya made me think of how aesthetic it is . What do you know about confidential privacy 🔏 in the lift 🛗 u have the access card what i would encourage each and every person to go and see the sophisticated technology in the place . The stafe on point facility on point am rating for 98% .

What i didn't like is my 24 hours went down very fast next time inshallah 🙏 i ill reserve for 2 night for mw to fill enjoy the aura of the place.

didn't like when check in time to keep cash money in the reception additional And guest request staff didn't follow up i was requested water and toilet roll at 9:30 pm but never i receive my request until morning and again i called to reception in the morning; then they said water is chargeable no issue for me chargeable finally i received my request in the morning thanks i will come back next month again that's my experience because my back round is in this industry so i have knowledge about it.

I have never ever commented and put a review anywhere but this hotel with good price and kind staff including responsible receptionists especially Mourad who helped guesses a lot professionally and cheerfully, made me to comment to thank them and suggest Saraya Palace Hotel to anyone who wants to visit Doha not just for aforementioned things, but also for its location.

Is nice hotel

The annoying and disgusting thing in a hotel is to tell a customer to wait so we can check the room. Is there something broken? I think that the Booking Company will pay you everything and hold the customer accountable later. This is not respectful, because in all cases it is just business and we do not need embarrassing things for people when they leave for the first time again. This is the thing, but Every country has a culture, but this is not compatible with tourism

Shaik from the front desk is a remarkable staff as well as some Filipino staff I came across with. Even the security guard who welcomed us and assisted us in the basement parking went the extra mile. Room, services and the location of the hotel are all good. We will be back to stay and enjoy this hotel soon.

the parking's ramps are too narrow and dangerous. You'll probably dent or scratch your vehicle without the assistance of the security personnel.

It’s very central, close to everything! And easy to get taxi, and only 15-20mins max to airport! My room was huge, and bed was big too, staff are nice and although in the city it was fairly quiet so you can have a good night sleep. :)

Little outdated,… and some areas could be cleaned better, but all in all had all amenities I needed for my stay.

Location is close to main attractions in Doha e.g souq waqf is walkable. Staff was very good during check-in and check-out. Room size was sufficiently big.

Cord for kettle was too short so I had to take it to a different location for charging. Wifi signal dropping sometimes. Indicator on tap for hot water was missing so confused.

The room was nice,though it had an AC issues but resolved fast,the staff was friendly specially the receptionist MOURAD,was so patient with us ,though he was so tired cause that time too much checking inn..keep up the good work

King size bed was very comfortable. Relatively close to the souk.

Staff at reception wasn't very experienced. Hotel is requesting to place a safety deposit without having proper system of billing. I was kept to wait very long during checkout for housekeeping to check room condition, and then receptionist forget to call me.
