It was my first time in this hotel, and i was nervous that how would this hotel be !!! But the moment i entered and luckily at the receptionist was a lady name ms christine . And thats how the best part my stay started by great receptionist Ms christine. Who was very find,friendly and amazing lady who made sure my stay was really good. Expecting other hotels to hire great staff like her more ♥️♥️♥️♥️ thanks dear Christine for amazing service & hospitality staff.

The only thing disappointing was they need more cleaning in washrooms & good maintenance work as my washroom flush and the shower was really not working . I couldn’t flush after using i had to flush more than 3 times and the shower was leaking over all in washroom.

I recently stayed at the hotel and wanted to share my experience. First off, the view from my room was absolutely stunning! The staff, especially Christine at the front office, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. She made checking in a breeze and was always ready to assist with any questions I had. The overall atmosphere was really nice, and it felt like a great place to relax. However, I did encounter a little problem with the AC in my room. It wasn’t functioning as well as I hoped, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you, Christine, for making my visit memorable!

Actually I booked without breakfast,but I will definitely try soon again,,and especially the Receptionist Name Crestine she so amazing and helpful and so polite assisting me with all my enquiries..she's very good..the ambience of the pool was perfect and good .I would definitely recommend it...

Just, bit nextime I would like not to prefer that the guard is so Asking to much..regardless I am aware of the visitor rules..it should be nextime he should be polite to maintain privacy especially they should still respect a woman.

The receptionist who assisted us during check-in on April 19th, as well as Ms. Christine on the following day, were both exceptionally polite and accommodating. Throughout our stay, every staff member greeted us warmly whenever we entered the lobby, from the security personnel in the mornings to the lady near the cafe. It truly felt like a home away from home. The rooms provided a comfortable space for relaxation, and the beds were particularly restful. However, I would suggest considering a switch from plastic utensils to glass cups for stirring hot drinks, as we experienced some melting with the small spoons provided. Nevertheless, our overall experience during the two-night stay was superb! If we encounter another power shutdown in our area, we will definitely choose to return to this hotel. And we will certainly recommend this place to others without hesitation.

Having landed very early in the morning. I arrived well before the official check in time, I understood that I would have to wait a few hours to check in. But taking a chance, I asked the front desk staff if there was any way they might make an exception, as I was obviously exhausted. While they politely reminded me of the standard check-in times, and why they have them, they also said they would do their best to accommodate me. Within an hour, they checked me in. I was under no illusions that this was an act of basic compassion and kindness. I return to Safir Hotel because the staff are outstanding, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough because of them. Mr Tameem, Ms Christine, Ms Rosalie, Mr Razu, and the security staff, always leave a lasting impression on me that renders Safir my very first choice anytime I am ready to book hotel accommodation in Doha. If I stay anywhere else, it's because Safir are already fully booked, and I was too slow! Thank you again Safir! I will be back!!

My only issue with Safir is something they can do nothing about - their location. And to be fair, it's not that bad!

The personnel at check-in was very friendly. I was assisted by receptionis Christina who helped me to solve a issue with my room. As via booking.com only double beds were available, she happily offered me a two single bed room upon my arrival and in addition distributed some tips what to do in the area. I also liked the location of the hotel, which was only one metro station away from Msheireb Downtown Doha.

it was amazing , the hotel is clean , the location is near to 2 metro stations addoha aljadida and almansouria , supermarket is also near , the hotel is 2 min walking to souk alharaj , the stuff is proffessional i still remember MISS CHRISTINE smile , she is in front desk and welcomes every guest warmly , i felt realy at home among my family , i don't forget the security guy with his warm greeting sure it will be my usual comodity in DOHA.

I would like to share my positive review of the hotel we stayed at during our recent stopover on the way from Australia to Europe. The hotel provided excellent accommodation and service, and we were particularly pleased with their flexibility and attentiveness. Upon our early morning arrival at 7 am, the hotel was able to accommodate us and provided us with two rooms. Although the rooms were not adjacent, we were delighted to find that they were located on the same floor, which was convenient for our group. One aspect that stood out was the hotel's consideration for our booking. We had reserved a room with breakfast included, but since we checked out at 10 pm on the same day, we were unable to have breakfast the following morning. However, the hotel allowed us to enjoy breakfast on the day of our arrival, despite checking out at 10 am. This gesture of flexibility and understanding was truly commendable. Overall, our experience at the hotel was exceptional and provided great value for money. It served as a perfect stopover on our journey from Australia to Europe. We were impressed with the level of service, the comfortable rooms, and the opportunity to have an early morning breakfast.

I chose this hotel because I understood they had a Suttle service to the hotel. However the hotel quoted a price that was four times more expensive than the cost of using a ride-sharing service like Uber. To provide some context, the hotel's price for a return trip for a family of 5 was 250 QAR, while the Uber return fare was only 60 QAR Considering the significant price difference, using Uber or a similar service is a much more cost-effective option for transportation to the airport

Overall great value for money. Hot beverages provided, mineral water too. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. The AC can get very cold…

1. Fittings and fixtures are not very sturdy. In my case, the steel rack in the shower was about to detach. 2. Though not a con, the room’s design to me is old-fashioned. 3. The AC in my room is noisy. I could’ve asked a technician to help solve the issue, but I figured I could still live with it for a short 2 night stay.

The room was excellent, clean, and very spacious. It had most of the amenities that we needed. it had a functioning AC and hot shower facility. Additionally, it had a kettle for coiling water, a TV, and a wardrobe to hand clothes.

They did not provide lotion or an amenity kit in the room. I understand that this was available upon request. It would be better to provide in the rooms this without the guests needing to request it.
