The property has surprised us from the size of the room, amenities inside, to sumptous breakfast with many choices of foods and etc. Pool was good & safe and our son enjoyed it a lot. Superb thai food in Sabai Thai. Staffs were very accommodating and friendly. Location is very central and has neighboring restaurants and food market (walkable areas). Overall, it has exceeded our expectations. Thanks for a wonderful eid staycation experience.

Minor observations during our stay, there is a not so desirable smell near the ground floor elevator. maybe because of the water in the fountain something. It just didn't smell nice.

The room was kept clean and nice. My requests were considered so it was indeed a wonderful first time for us. Didn't know that they had 3 pools (outdoor, indoor and wave). Food was great! We had the half board so we were able to taste the delicious food for Iftar and delectable buffet breakfast. Overall it was a very nice staycation for me and my husband.

Since it was Ramadan, the restaurant was quite full when we went down to have dinner and guests kept on coming. We were asked to wait for sometime as we have no reservation even if we informed them that we are hotel guests. Until the manager came to where we were waiting and informed us that our table is ready, which was like 20mins after. I told him that there should be a dining reservation already for those who are staying in the hotel. I think it was just a busy time for them. But I hope that they will improve on this part.

There were significant delays during the check-in process. After waiting for an hour, they finally managed to provide me with one room, but requested additional time to prepare the other room. Despite giving them more time and even leaving for three hours, I returned to find that they still hadn’t prepared an acceptable room. The room they offered smelled very bad, and they needed nearly another hour to arrange a replacement.

Given the inconvenience caused by the delays, I expected a higher level of service from a hotel with considerable industry experience. Unfortunately, the hotel’s only response was a brief, impersonal apology through the app’s chat feature.

They diligently arranged for someone to come to my room, which was greatly appreciated. I was dissatisfied with the reception staff's service on the 29th and also today during my checkout. Specifically, when discussing the refund of the 10 QAR deposit, the staff member seemed dismissive, implying it was customary for customers to leave it with the hotel. I insisted on the refund, as the receptionist on the 29th had advised me to collect it upon departure. This inconsistency and the staff's attitude were disappointing, especially as I needed to collect all my funds before returning to my country.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my stay in Doha. The cleanliness of the facilities was amazing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist with anything I needed.

Beautiful resort with lovely pool areas. Very large and modern rooms with a stunning bathroom. Towels at the pool are provided as well as bottled water which is a nice touch. The staff were all excellent, room service was quick and delicious. Check in was fantastic - special thanks to the Maroccan receptionist who made me feel very welcome after a long flight and a 5.30am check in.

The Location - you can't just wander around as there is nothing to explore or any shops around. The Resort sits along a major road. In saying that - a quick 5min taxi trip for AUD 4 and you can reach Souq Wafiq. Taxis have to be paid in cash though.

The location of the property is the best

I asked for a twin bedroom, yet they didn’t give me a room for two.. and when I asked them again they told me to pack my bags for moving to the new room but when I packed my bags and called them they said no we dont have a room.. Another thing is that there is a chlorine smell in the hallways that is not good

The Front Office Manager - Mr. Ashif - was very helpful as I had to change my noisy room. The staff in general is very polite and helpful. The Breakfast but also the Lunch and Dinner (Gill Hunters) was marvellous. I also had a pick-up service ordered from/to the airport - was perfect! This Hotel will be always my first choice. what was really totally nice was the surprise on the last evening - we had our business dinner at the excellent Room & Grill Hunter. There was a sweet surprise for me at the end - I have been travelling internationally for 30 years, but this was by far the nicest surprise I have ever received - THANK YOU! :)

Asked for a quiet room (was arriving around midnight); unfortunately the room was next to the crental A/C so first night was not so comfortable. However I was able to change room next day and the staff was really helpful. Thanks again for this! To manage the room lights is a bit of master exam (at least for me) but the helpful staff instructed me well ;)

Everything , the hotel decorations and art all around the property , huge room , comfortable bed, amazing food , the pool temperature was perfect , the staff were super friendly and professional ( the concierge , house keeping , spa and mostly the swimming pool staff were my favorite). It became my favorite hotel and resort and will definitely come back.

Nothing literally, we couldn't find anything to complain about.
