The staff was nice and professional. I was worried because my family members would arrive without speaking eiter English or Arabic and at the reception they met Abdu, who managed to talk to them in Spanish all the time, he was always kind and extremely supportive, making them feel welcomed and comfortable. The experience for them was amazing and they are grateful for everything he did and also because of the support received by the rest of the staff.

Price is worth the overall stay. Location is accessible to basic needs such as food, medicine or any store. Minimum fare if you want to take a quick taxi from the nearest metro. The staff provide quick assistance to your request. Reception and security showed pleasing attitude. The food is good and affordable as we got 50% off on the total, we didn't avail the breakfast.

We think the room is not fully soundproofed as we can hear the next room's water running even the toilet flush they made. This caused us to wake up as early in the morning. It's just a small matter of inconvenience.

The staff at the front desk and security are very welcoming, pleasant all through, catering staff were serving with a smile..always attended to our needs even late in the night. Peterson in housekeeping always made sure our room was fresh when we returned in the night. Very pleasant staff overall

Swimming pool area

The staff were accommodating. Allowed late checkout without extra charge. Breakfast had options that can help you fill your stomach. The guy at the reception was able to guide about what to visit.

Concerns were structure related only. The drop off point doesn’t have a place to step. Could be tricky with young kids. You have to juggle with your luggage. The toilet was very small and no glass in the shower area.

the property was perfect for our crew who were in Qatar for a project, unlike many hotels in Doha they have twins beds which is exactly what we needed. They also allowed us to pay directly through the app which helped logistically as the guys on the ground don’t have company credit cards.

One of our team was delayed arriving in Doha and arrived 2 days late. The hotel cancelled the room invoking the no show policy and offered no refund on the booking and didn’t call me before they did so. After lengthy arguments on the phone and a very stressful evening for me they eventually honoured the booking and I was extremely grateful they found a solution in the end but they should definitely have been more accommodating at the start.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at Centro capital Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. However, I must extend a special thank you to Emran, the receptionist, whose professionalism and warmth truly stood out. Emran's dedication to guest satisfaction made my check-in seamless, and he was always ready to assist with any inquiries, making me feel valued as a guest.

The friendless of the staff especially Mr. Abdo who was really kind to upgrade me to suite and made me feel very welcomed. The service and the restaurant was spot on and I definitely recommend staying in Centro hotel. Location was absolutely perfect.

All Except bathroom, TV and supplies

Bathroom was cramp, no tub. TV Channels are all useless. At least those Free to Air Channels should have been included. Supplies (brush, slippers, etc.) are not enough despite the reservation.

My friend made his reservation through Expedia, the same price that I paid, and he got a better room with the living room and late checkout! I'm using this app for more than 10 years, and I never got a discount or upgraded. Totally I was hot disappointed and wasted lots of money.
