I would have preferred if breakfast was included in the room rate since it's a bit expensive at 100 QAR per person. Additionally, the bathroom tiles were quite slippery, which was a safety concern.

Our 10-night stay at La Maison Hotel in Doha was truly exceptional, and we wish we could have stayed longer! The room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. From the moment we arrived at after our flight at 3:30 AM in the middle of the night, we were welcomed with warm smiles by Bashir, the reception manager, who made check-in seamless and even arranged a surprise birthday cake for my mother, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the restaurant team (Yanki, Nathan, Belkaeem, Sayed, Asad, Abdurahman, Maleek, Aswin, and Waleed) were extremely attentive and kind, ensuring we had everything we needed each morning. The heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were a highlight of our stay, and Muzaffar, the supervisor, was always friendly and helpful, making sure guests had a great experience. The housekeeping team was also excellent, promptly bringing us additional towels and fulfilling any requests with a smile. The hotel’s modern decor was stylish and impressive, and we felt very safe at all times, even in the evening and at night, thanks to the security staff at the entrance. The location was ideal, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and amenities on the same road, and the metro station just a 10-15 minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Every staff member we interacted with was polite, welcoming, and dedicated to providing top-notch service. Thank you to the entire team at La Maison Hotel for making our holiday in Doha truly wonderful and giving us memories to cherish for a lifetime!

Some suggestions for La Maison Hotel to further enhance the guest experience: Clocks in Key Areas – It would be helpful to have a clock in the swimming pool area, as well as clocks in the hotel rooms and the restaurant/breakfast area for guests to easily keep track of time. Wi-Fi Connectivity for Calls – While Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel and worked very well for browsing and messaging, I experienced difficulties making WhatsApp phone and video calls due to “poor connection”, even after trying in different areas of the hotel. Improving the Wi-Fi strength for voice and video calls would be greatly appreciated.

The hotel was excellent Derek who cleaned our room every day was excellent I give him 100% the job he did breakfast was excellent and the staff was brilliant with me the door man MOHAMED was excellent job he did always had a smile 😃 on his face and all the reception were amazing thanks for excellent customer service 😀 and we definitely will come back and I've recommend to all my family and friends about your services brilliant job and the only problem was our hotel pick up did nit wait for us longer at the airport he left us and we had to get our own transport but besides that every thing was brilliant thanks

Mattress slipped around on base, esp when sitting up, reading, in bed. A few small cockroaches

I had an awesome time at La Maison. I was given such a warm welcome by Esther at reception 😀. She was so helpful and totally made my trip! The staff was so helpful especially Esther and staff from housekeeping. the hotel was always clean and close to many amenities.

The room and hotel was very clean, however needs a little bit of a modernisation.

Located in a beautiful Arabian syle building, not far from the Al Bidda Park, this was a pleasant stay. The personnel was really nice and helpful, and their breakfast was amazing. After Ramadan kicked in, they moved catering from the lovely rooftop restaurant to a ground level hall which was beautiful. The nonstop gym was appreciated and the heated rooftop pool was fantastic. They automatically upgraded our room and it was spacious and comfortable. It is generally a quite expensive hotel but we had a great deal at the time.

It is a bit sad that the rooftop areas have such high walls that they basically block the otherwise fantastic view to the skyline and seashore. I know it is the traditional style, but I wish they changed it somehow. In the bathroom, the shower glasswall was not perfect as a lot of water seeped out which was a nuisance.

My experience at Le Maison Hotel in Qatar was truly wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with the utmost warmth and hospitality. The hotel is beautifully designed, making me feel right at home. The food in the restaurant was delicious and diverse, and the service was prompt and efficient. I would like to commend the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as every detail was well taken care of

La Maison Hotel Doha exceeded all my expectations. The ambiance is elegant and welcoming, and the service is truly exceptional. One individual who made our stay particularly memorable was Issam. His professionalism, attention to detail, and empathy were remarkable. He ensured that my mother, who had recently undergone surgery, was always comfortable and well taken care of. From arranging a perfectly located and easily accessible room to checking in on us regularly, Issam was consistently attentive and solution-oriented. My mother even made it a point to include a visit to the reception in her daily walks just to greet him-it became a highlight of her routine. Additionally, the cleaning service was outstanding. Azeddine, the supervisor, maintained our room with meticulous care, going above and beyond to make sure everything was immaculate. His thoughtful notes left in the room added a personal, heartwarming touch that did not go unnoticed.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this property. Every aspect of our stay was seamless and thoughtfully managed.
