Location - exit 3 of Msheireb metro station is right outside front entrance of hotel. The station is served by all 3 metro lines. I arrived from the airport by metro, and finding the correct exit was not easy. Large, comfortable & quiet room. Large bathroom with bidet & weight scale.

I would especially like to mention "Plum", the guest relation officer, who made a remarkable difference during our stay. She was exceptionally friendly, always helpful, and carried a warm smile that instantly made us feel welcome. Her dedication and positive attitude created such a comfortable and pleasant experience for us. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such genuine kindness. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and outstanding service.

Staying at Four Points was truly a wonderful experience. The room was not only spacious and spotless, but the entire team made our stay even more special. The cleaning staff was consistently friendly and incredibly attentive, while the front desk and security teams always made us feel welcome. We were always greeted with a smile, and it was clear that they genuinely enjoyed interacting with us. I’d also like to give a special mention to the team in the dining area: Akhilesh, Ajay, and Eric. They were all extremely personable and made each morning a pleasure with their warm, friendly conversations. Their kindness and approachability were certainly a highlight of our mornings! Another standout experience was at the swimming pool on the penthouse floor, where Sanji always greeted us with a smile. She truly made us feel at home, and her hospitality was a wonderful addition to our stay—she’s undoubtedly an asset to the hotel. We were so impressed by the service and warmth of the staff that we’re already planning our return visit in the cooler months. We can’t wait to see all the wonderful people we met again! Everything about this property, from its ideal location to the cleanliness of the place and spotless rooms to the outstanding facilities and to the extremely lovely staff. All staff were friendly and helpful. They were all amazing and made me wanna come back soon. Breakfast was spectacular and the variety was wonderful. I can sit for hours and not finish every section. Everything was delicious, and the staff serving at the breakfast area were really helpful and constantly checking if I needed anything extra. Tip, don't miss their pancakes, the best pancakes I've ever had super fluffy and light. Comfortable is an understatement to the feeling I've had in the entire stay. This has definitely become my to go to destination anytime I come back to Doha. Even after my checkout when they knew my flight was really late at night, they ensured that I could still benefit from the facilities like the pool and the showers at the pool area, which was lovely. Well done to each and every person working there. Big thanks to Akhilesh for his top-notch service at breakfast.

The receptionist was very kind, we check in late but he managed to give us the connecting room for our family. I especially love the spacious bathroom. The location was in front of a Metro station so it was ideal for us in term of transportation.

We were on a long stopover so only stayed one night. Conveniently close to the metro so it was easy to get to from the airport. We also used the metro to visit the souq and waterfront. The hotel is modern and staff are welcoming. Very comfortable room.

Location down town Doha very convenient especially metro which is literally 20 steps from the hotel facade . Very clean comfortable rooms with all mod cons ,.Also nice toiletries tea coffee facilities , and bottles water were replenished daily . Staff absolute credit to hotel establishment They were mannerable, friendly and extremely helpful Clearly well trained well done management in this department. If I am every in Dolha I would definitely return to this hotel

I had an amazing experience at Four Points by Sheraton Doha. The facilities were excellent, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained—big thanks to the room service team, especially Mr. Sathish and Mr. Martin, for their outstanding service. The reception team was warm and welcoming, and I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of Mr. Mehraj and Ms. Fatauma. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to staying here again. Highly recommended!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The receptionist was so informative. The concierge is also quick and alert to help us with our luggage. We love the room temperature upon entering. They have huge choices of breakfast. The location is very convenient, next to Mushereb metro station. The swimming pool is heated which is good since it's outdoor and temperature in Qatar is cold.

This is not a big deal but on the hydraulic swimming pool, the edges are sharp that I got bruises, but because my kids are moving around, and I have to follow them. But if you stay still, this shouldn't be an issue.
