Location next to Metro. Train to Airport aprox every 20 min. Next to all the Historice tourist sites. Very safe and easy to walk around or catch the Metro network to all other places worth visiting as a tourist. Room was spotless and the very nice young man who took care of the room was delightfull ,by his meet and greet manner . I appreciated the patio and the very interesting veiw of the city. I enjoyed a freashly cooked french omlette delivered by the chief to my table eash morning. Room service was one of the best I have ever received at a Hotel - Price was generous, food hot , and the order was delivered very quickly. by a very friendly well organised young lady.

I am sorry that after a very long flight, I did not appreciate the greeting I received at check-in. The Lady was very abrupt and dismissive.. Fortunately, I had no further contact with her.

We arrived early in the morning and the hotel kindly organised a room available for us immediately, as we departed early the next day as well. The room had excellent view towards the city, which we enjoyed at the balcony. The hotel staff also let us to have breakfast at the day of arrival, instead of departure, which was great. The breakfast overall was really good. Location of the hotel is right next to the metro line which takes you directly to the airport and the most important areas of the city. Souq is in the walking distance, very close.

Pool was quite chilly, however refreshing in the 40 degrees. The rooms could deserve some update, like changing new silicone to shower/toilet, fresh paint and shower curtains. Nevertheless, the rooms were clean.

Hotel was much nicer than I expected. I had gotten a really good deal on Booking, and on arrival the lovely Maria at reception gave me a very nice superior room on the 9th floor. She was very helpful and made sure I ad everything I needed. the room was spacious, comfortable bed, nice bathtub, balcony, safe deposit and complimentary water and coffee/tea facilities. Soft whirring airco, and very central location next to Msheireb metro and close to the Souq, which made it ideal for a short stay over in Doha. Lovely gym, sauna and pool on the property, I would definitely come back next time I have a layover in Doha.

The position next to the Mero was brilliant. My patio had a wonderful view of old Doha. Every member of staff from the cleaners, the door man and the reception could not have been more helpful.The dining room staff including ,Janice , Apo , Madushika and Myce made me feel very at home. The bed was very comfortable and the extra large towels was a wonderful luxury.

The Hotel is starting to show its age.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the M Grand Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The Supper b accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The faster, free Internet service provided during my stay was very good. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can’t wait to return to the M Grand Hotel on my next visit. Highly recommended!

I have stayed at the M Grand Hotel in Doha. This was at the top of the list of best stays, and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, especially the front-end staff at the reception. I had lunch at the 2nd-floor restaurant, La Brasserie, where the food was excellent and the prices were active. Super Fast Internet Speed provided, my kids and myself with Netflix and YouTube all day. Excellent service, and I am very happy with the technological transformation. Thank you so much. I would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful especially the housekeeping staff. The room was very spacious however I didn't like the carpet in the room. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The location was perfect. The metro station and the Souq Waqif were walking distance from the hotel.

They allowed me to check out a bit late as my flight was in the afternoon. Location is very close to everything. Staff in the breakfast area are nice also the cleaners.

No one responded my email when i reached out before my arrival. I was checked in late as my room was not available. Reception staff are a bit slow and they dont call back when they say they'll call back, you have to follow up on your own to get what you need. Also, improve the breakfast options, its more catered to Indians, it should be a variety of international options.
