The hotel location is just a stone through from souq wagif .; well layied out hotel with a,lot of setting areas . Shops and restaurants are close by . We maintained and clean hotel . Staff,receive you with smile

Item 4 0r 3 in terms and conditions is confusing and must be clear to all .It was in Arabic . Breakfast doest not at all and by all means represents the price of 85 Qatrai Riyal. . Did not like the beds setting for one big bed in each room where we have to pay for 2 extra beds in our 2 appartments. Hotel was not at all flexible in accepting 1 extra bed charge . If 6 beds provided then , we did not have to pay 1200 Riyal

Location was superb, a minute away from the Souq Waqif metro, Gold Souq and Souq Waqif itself. There is an also big supermarket about 10min walk but we didn't manage to go. Mshreib is also walking distance and a station away. Location from metro is good especially in hot weather. We went during the winter season so we walked mostly everywhere thanks to the location of our hotel.

It is not a big deal to me but I was travelling with my parents and the waiting time was not satisfactory for them. I had to wait quite a bit for checking in and the other Arab guests seem to keep cutting in my queue.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 nights that was large, beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and very quiet. It would be difficult to find anywhere to stay with a better location. 2 minute walk to the metro station and Souk Waqif. The only reason I didn't give 10* is below.

The kitchen was nicely equipped but there wasn't a dishwasher. When I requested a tea towel, dishwashing soap and dish cloth I was told they didn't supply them. When I asked how I was to wipe up a spill I wasn't answered, except to say it's serviced every day. I soaked the dishes including pots and pans in the sink every day, they were never washed once during the 4 days. Staff would wipe down benches, replace water, empty bin etc but not touch the dishes. I managed as best as I could with liquid soap from the shower and a face washer.

We took the two bedroom hotel apartment for our 6 days and 5 nights stay. It was one of the best stays - the bed was comfortable, room was big enough for families and the kitchen was equipped with all the basic necessities i.e. microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a few plates and cutleries, perfect for a night in after exploring Souq Waqif which is just a few steps away. Cleanliness was very good, we had people coming to clean and replenish our water everyday. The valet service, front desk and overall service from the staff was helpful and always accommodating. We initially had a problem with our key to access the lift (even after multiple trips to re-configure at the front desk) but a staff member helped us with this and sent the keys to our rooms.

The breakfast was decent - catered more to Arabic cuisine. Would be better if they were to have a mix of other cuisines as well but the basic like an egg station, bread/pastries and fruits corner were available. I just wished the coffee that we ordered arrive "hot". The pool area was not that clean on our stays there. There were birds everywhere - we could see bird droppings on the chairs and the floor.

Great location, only 5 minutes from souq Waqif and the metro station. Big room and comfortable bed, good value for money. The pool was also well maintained and service generally good

Just some small things. Since this is a 1-bed apartment it would benefit from small things like dish washing liquid, salt/pepper etc. Adding some information in the room about the hotel, room service, how to use facilities and places to go would be helpful.

Everything was amazing. From the moment we checked in, Ms. Erin, and the whole staff were so gracious. They answered all our questions and addressed our needs throughout our stay. Mr. Islam always asked us if we needed anything. We were always greeted by any staff member that we met with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere created is so calming. The best part is that we were steps away from the Souq. Housekeeping worked so quickly and did a wonderful job.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, apartment was very spacious and location could have not been better. Having an apartment rather than a hotel room with our kids was very convenient, while still enjoying the hotel amenities. We also got a free late checkout, could store our luggage for most of the day and were able to freshen up prior to our flight at their gym shower facilities (this was hours after we had checked out). Can't recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel with large apartments, where did they get their pillows from? By far the best pillows I've ever slept on. tlThe staff would go above and beyond for you. Especially the reception and concierge staff. Sharif the concierge would be willing to help you with anything and everything. A true professional.

The waiting staff at breakfast were a slight let down, only slight though. Our table was missing spoons, but I had to ask them twice for a teaspoon as they were occupied doing other tasks. Apart from that, they were very friendly and helpful.

I Highly recommend this Hôtel of you want to stay some days in Deira. Very beautiful hôtel with great personnal Who take care about us for the whole stay. We lost something during the trip from the Airport to the hotel and the staff do their Best to very quickly to help us get it back. The room was big and modern, we love that. The restaurant was good and the gym was good too. Unfortunately didn't get enough time to go at the swiming pool. We got early checking and late check out by simply asking. For sure I will come back. A great thanks to all the staff !

We had to leave....

It was an excellent stay for a family like us. Spacious apartment with all necessities available in the apartment. Hotel is located close to several tourist locations, such as Soul Waqif (right in front of the hotel) and close to the boulevard. Hotel looked clean and nice. Breakfast buffet was also diverse and fresh and the croissants in particular were surprisingly tasty. Employees were all very helpful and happy to help.

It is a pity that the sockets in the hotel are not universal, so your European plug will also fit. You must bring a travel plug so that your European plug fits in. The hotel indicated that they no longer had the universal plugs in stock and that we would have to arrange this ourselves and you don't actually expect that in a large hotel that receives world tourists. Each room and apartment would need at least 1 universal plug adapter and when people check out they can ask if they have left a universal plug in the room or apartment so that they don't unknowingly take it with them. You can easily manage this when checking in and make a note that they have the universal plug so that they also hand it in when checking out.
