The room was spacious and very clean. All the staff are very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet that came with my booking was very nice, they had a variety of cuisines and always serve fresh fruits. You may also request for the chef to make any type of omelette upon request. Overall my experience was very great and I will recommend this hotel to my friends. If I will go back to Qatar, I will make sure to book again at this hotel.

We appreciated the friendliness at the check-in, especially the beautiful personality and kindness of Wejdan, at tge reception, who assisted us. The staff at breakfast were extremely helpful and kind.. Babu, was very kind and helpful, as well as the chef at the omelet desk performed their job with big smiles, kindness and profesionalism. Getting stuck in lift and anxiety the children endured. Towels to step on in front of shower. The showers overflowing could be improved.

Mr.Hamed the night duty receptionist who was kind and professional to us and could see him doing the same to other waiting guests.

There were some issues from the check in time at 3PM and had to wait for quite a time before been attended and could see the receptionist, Mehdi,clearly jumping me to attend time another guest.i had to stand inorder to get attended.i had a zoom meeting but some bulbs were busted and even though I reported for quite a number of times,it wasn't resolved.tge reservation manger called me at around 6.20PM and it's when the maintenance guy came to check...still he didn't resolve and only coming back at around 8PM of which was of no use since my meeting was already done and frustrated.Bath towels were also missing but we're provided later on.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel and I must say, the service exceeded my expectations. A special thank's to Hamza at the reception and the Moroccan Front Office Manager for their professionalism and outstanding hospitality. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and ensured everything was perfect throughout my stay. The hotel itself is fantastic-clean, well-maintained, and with excellent amenities. My room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully prepared, making my stay truly relaxing. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every aspect of the service. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience. And I will definitely be returning!

My recent stay at the avenue hotel in doha room was comfortable but when i reach at hotel the check-in time is 3pm but the reception guy anas he tell me allow me 15 minutes then after 15 minutes he didn't call me to check in when i go again then be side the guy he tell me more 10 minutes after 3.30 pm the call me for check in and im little bit upset.

For water request i have to call more then 5 time in housekeeping and reception nobody respond finally i try to reach them one more time then they said will provide but i have to wait for long time for the same wifi very slow working in the room no bath mat for floor and only 1 bath towel is there there is coffee machine but no coffee capsules i didn't understand why they kept in the room rest of my stay very nice i hope so i will visit again

Staff is very accomodating, always with the smile in reception, with males recep take note! Unlike in restaurant.

"We were expecting a Smart TV in our room, but unfortunately, there wasn't one. Hopefully, on our next visit, we’ll have one, as it’s my husband’s request. 🤭✌️ Lastly, the breakfast staff, especially the ladies in the restaurant, were not very approachable. While we were still eating, one of them seemed eager to clear our table, taking away plates and utensils as if she wanted me to finish quickly. 🤣 Anyway, overall, it was a good experience!"

The room smells so fresh and clean, You can be assured that the beddings are freshly changed, the Pillow smells clean, The bathroom is clean with a tub, they offer room slippers too, it was such a wonderful stay in a very affordable price, staffs are amazingly accommodating, Thanks to their Kind receptionists Islam and Allan, The place was so accessible, it’s near the metro and everything to Doha… There’s cafeteria and restaurants inside as well, Baaya Restaurant offers a great Dino experience too.. The Pool is clean and The entire place is Kid-Friendly, Family Friendly too.

Great value for money! Breakfast buffet included and of a good standard. All staff, without exception, were friendly and helpful. Exceptionally well served by Uber. Nearest metro station only 10 mins walk away.

Hotel fabric and facilities are looking a bit tired and well used. But more than compensated by the room rates and benefits on Booking.com.

Comfortable good-sized room. Comfy bed. Various options for lighting. Good Internet speed, which I needed. Attentive staff. As I was working on a project, I took full board, and the food per meal had sufficient variety. Overall it is very good value for money.

Minor issues which the hotel did its best to help me with. Hot water could be hotter. Desk socket tabletop positioning meant not all devices could be plugged in, but there were ample sockets options around the room to charge and then work off batteries. Room had an adjoining door to the next room, and the sound insulation was not great, so next time, I would ask for a room where there is no adjoining door.

Excellent customer service and staff very welcoming. I arrived very late during the late so they allowed me a late checkout the day after so I could rest. Also, they provided me with some water as they saw I was exhausted by the trip. Amazing room with everything you need, big and very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet is diversified but could be improved cause most of the things are frozen, which is not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. Also, I expected a better pool area but it is okay and the staff here is very helpful.
