1. Check in. took time. 2. Soundproofing issues 3. I was staying on room 507 and in order to reach it from B1 or B2 then i need to change elevators . 4.I came with kids and asked for connecting rooms and I was not given due to"fully booked". We should have the priority! 5. Pillows are not comofrtable 6. AC is too cold and blankets are not good. 7. Very old and outdated furniture.

Housekeeping was meticulous, and the concierge helped arrange a last-minute desert tour—unforgettable! ✨ Dining Delights: The breakfast buffet was a feast—fresh pastries, Arabic specialities, and made-to-order omelettes. Dinner at their signature restaurant was equally impressive. ✨ Amenities That Wowed: Rooftop pool with skyline views, a 24/7 gym with top-notch equipment, and a serene spa perfect for post-sightseeing relaxation. This stay reaffirmed why I loved my stay at Grand Regency Doha, now my go-to hotel in the city. Whether for business or leisure, this property delivers genuine 5-star hospitality. Room was huge with a nice big L-shaped sofa, lunch and dinner buffet spread was superb and at a reasonable price, pool was nice size enough for a 10m lap of swimming. location was near to a mosque that was airconditioned. there is an in-house barber that can give u a nice haircut while you stayed there. distance to old market (souq mkt) was only a 7-10min drive and cab was easily available upon request at the concierge.

there is a new and old wing, and the elevator dont at the old wing did not served and connect to the new wing. hence from the restaurant at level 2, you will have to head to ground level and switch to the new wing for the lift to your room.

The room was very spacious and the reception and pool area are so beautiful. But the thing that makes this hotel stand out are the staff! I had an incredible experience there with from the ladies at reception handling my check in doing everything they could to help me with an earlier check in to Jousef lending me a charger because I didn’t have the right adapter and personally showing me around the hotel and introducing me to the incredible chefs at breakfast. To see how proud and happy these men are to work here and to share their food was such a wholesome experience. The breakfast was also amazing. The most incredible hummus and Labneh!

I struggled a little to get the room to a temperature that suits me. I don’t like strong aircons or when the room is too cold but I could seem to heat up the room well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location has parking and no reservation is needed. The breakfast was diverse. It was very clean.

The rooms vere connected with other rooms and there was a lot of noise from the neighbors when we needed to put our child to slep. We called the reception the first time and they didn't do anything for 20-30min, then called again in the room to ask if it's the same. Only after my husband told them that he was about to call again they went to that room. It happened again the next days, the third time my husband went directly to the door asking them to stop. The doors where very noisy also, they were slamming all the time. The furniture is old style. The heat was not functioning, only the cooling, and we needed a heater because it was cold in the room at night.

Check in was nice as we’d booked 27th Nov-3rd Dec ( & arrived at hotel very early morning of 28th (2.45am) after a very long time in a line to get through security at Airport (took 2 hours). Room was clean, decent sized & with a comfy bed (just a few items not in room). Breakfast each day was lovely with a great selection to choose from & nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff at all (Rindu should be given a special mention as he was so pleasant) The egg station staff were great - omelettes in particular were cooked to perfection & delicious!! We checked out the pool area but didn’t really have time to use it as we were in Doha for the weekend of Grand Prix! And on our free days went to see The Corniche, Souk Waqif & Lusail areas, using the Metro (& trams in Lusail). Hotel was close to the Hamad Hospital Metro station which was fantastic for getting to & from Lusail QNB on the red line with Shuttle buses that took us to Lusail Circuit. Would stay again & recommend especially if attending Qatar Grand Prix.

It would have been good to have had the room with all correct items on arrival - considering that it was 28th when we checked in (booked room for 27th as it was a late flight arrival) & so there should have been enough time to get room ready - had no bathmat, 1 hand towel, no facecloths, 1 pair of slippers & no bathrobes. However, when room had been cleaned later on 28th, we had to ask for hand towels (none at all but got a bath mat) & asked for bathrobes too! Which kindly all were brought within 5 minutes of calling! Didn’t ask for more slippers, hangers or face cloths but sure they’d have been brought. The hotel was having refurbishment on the 2nd floor (where pool was situated) & good to see hotel trying to keep up standards.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was excellent—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere ensured a great night's sleep. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service from the reception team, particularly **Mr. Ahmed**. He welcomed us warmly, provided helpful information about the hotel and local area, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out.

I really enjoyed our stay, the pool was amazing, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The only issue i faced was with the towels. On the first day they were in the room, but on the third day, after cleaning, they were taken and not replaced. I asked three times, and each time I was told they would be delivered, but they never arrived. In the end, I had to buy my own. Hopefully, this can be improved, because everything else was perfect.
