I had an exceptional experience during my stay, thanks to the outstanding staff. Viktor and Kawther at the front desk were extremely professional, with a remarkable sense of hospitality that made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The property boasts a fantastic group of staff members, including Philamie, Khin, Mohammad, and Bouchra, who are all sophisticated and attentive servers. Their dedication to providing excellent service truly enhances the overall experience. Tareq and his team at the concierge are also worth mentioning for their helpfulness and attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of your stay is seamless and enjoyable. A highlight of my stay was the food at Zoufa Restaurant. The whole sea bass I had was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my entire life—perfectly prepared, fresh, and bursting with flavor. It was a true culinary experience that I won’t forget. Overall, a truly memorable stay with a wonderful team that made everything feel just right.

There were a couple of issues during my stay. The sink in my room had a leak, and unfortunately, the room telephone wasn’t working, which made it difficult to call room service. These were minor inconveniences, but they did affect the overall experience slightly.

Great location. Very nice staff. Lovely decor in public areas. Great to be in the grounds of the estate. Nice walks, oryx enclosure, stables, museum and the quirky mosque. Pool area with its cabanas was also very nice.

The room was fine but it was pretty small, its decor did not match that of the public areas, and there was no table and chair on the balcony. The door was the only window to the exterior. Breakfast, while tasty, did not have much variety from one day to the next. The restaurant a la carte menu was pricey, so I passed on lunch and dinner in the hotel.

We loved the quality of the food. it was excellent. The staff at both the restaurant and reception were very friendly and welcoming. Although there was a bit of a communication issue with the receptionist when I requested a buggy car, they still managed to arrange one for us, which we really appreciated. The rescue pool attendant was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great service!

What a beautiful building! It was stunning and felt very special for a quiet break from the city. The pool area was big and not crowded at all. The room was well presented and had all you needed. The staff especially on reception and a couple of managers were happy, welcoming and very helpful.

The food was okay (although the fresh fish was delicious) but many items on the menu had run out which was a shame. More staff could have been available to take drink orders etc.

The staff were very friendly and supportive. the hotel was clean and every time we had a request, it was directly dealt with. The kids loved the tour to the oryx reserve and the horse stable.

The presence of numerous birds in the area has resulted in a significant accumulation of droppings on the property.

The hotel was exceptional, it was very clean. We received a warm welcome during our check in and during the whole stay. From Thomas, Prince, Clyde, the life gaurd on duty at the pool, to the manager from The Gambia, all were amazing.

The music played through the facility became a little annoying after listening to it continuesly.

The ladies at the receptionist were extremely kind too kind they deserve a bonus! my family and I will come back again. The breakfast has a lot of options. It was a perfect t stay of the many hotels I have been. 10/10

Some of the staff members are eloquent in English but that did not prevent them from offering and going beyond to help us, they were so kind.

It's stunning! The rooms, the location and the staff. Especially the front desk, perfect English, warm and friendly and made us feel they really cared that we loved their hotel as much as they do. You can't help but feel completely relaxed.

The night shift Moroccan man is the one who saved my stay .. he was so helpful.. he was smiling all the time .. he gave absolutely 5 STARS CUSTOMER SERVICE.. he made our day .. may Allah bless you ! I will definitely comeback !

The TV did not seem to have access to any streaming platforms, but I did not have time to ask so this may have been fixable.
