Myself and my husband had an excellent experience at Grand Lux hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff was very attentive , the guy that checked us in at the front desk was very professional and polite , as he had a smile on his face throughout the check in process hence the Check-in process was smooth, and efficient. We were pleasantly surprise by the cleanliness and comfort of our room . Location of the hotel is amazing as everything is only walking distance . I highly recommend Grand lux hotel.

There wasn’t anything not to like . Perhaps only the loud music , which plays in the lobby area during the evening times .

The receptionists during check-in and check-out were very nice with us especially Lesly and Gayathri. We were allowed to check-in earlier and check-out later. Dinner was really delicious and varied (although besides water, at least offering a tea would be nice). Location a bit far from metro but still reachable. Housekeepers were also doing their job well.

The pool was very cold, although at least the floating of water could be stopped earlier so the water could warm up. We could not swim at all unfortunately. The facility in bathroom was a bit old.

Very clean room and good value

Night club sound was a bit noisy at night, so I shifted to a different floor away from the night club.

The location is amazing. The service introduced by staff exceeded my expectations. Staff members were always helpful, polite, and professional. Special thanks to: Reda (manager and receptionist), Oliver ( pool guy), Sohel (room service), Kamal & Gayathri (receptionists). These are just a few names to mention, but there were many staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Instead of staying a week, I extended my stay to a month. Will absolutely stay here again!

I’m a regular there although I’ve not been back for a few months. The first thing I got greeted with by the security was “It’s been a while! Welcome home!” All staff at reception smiling and helpful, restaurant staff greeting me with open arms, even the cleaners! It truly is a home away from home! Staff, services, food, gym all amazing!
