The staff were absolutely polite and helpful. When was mistaken for the Residence instead of the Hotel, they were quick and efficient in solving that problem. I am so happy with the service they provided that I have decided to stay at the hotel on my return to Doha next year, simply because of the service of the following people: Yusef, Ali, Ranjith, Ervinna, Kharine, Islame, Martin, and Lawrence, who were instrumental in ensuring that I received the best service possible. At the beginning of my check-in, I was livid about the confusion regarding my accommodation. However after Mr. Yusef got involved, the matter was resolved fairly quickly. Thank you all for the warm welcome, and you all deserve a pay raise.

I was dissatisfied with having to spend hours in the residence when I had booked the hotel. However, as I mentioned earlier, their highly competent staff resolved the issue upon my raising it.

We asked for a high-floor room with sea view and they got us one, on the 31st floor. The view was AMAZING. The pool area was nice with a great view too. The gym was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a small supermarket inside, every hotel should have one.

The floor corridor was very outdated and not so clean. A couple times there was a bad smell there too. The kitchen was not well equipped, and you could not use the 2 parts of the cooking area simultaneously. The overall quality of the materials of the room/corridor/building was not on the high level you would expect from the photos, but it was okay. We still loved it.

The hotel offers excellent facilities, with many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The location is ideal for both leisure and business travel. This year, we tried the hotel’s breakfast, and it was a great spread with a rich international selection. We highly recommend it.

The cleanliness was a bit superficial, and the corridors on the floors could use some improvement. Also, the breakfast didn’t offer a vegan milk option, which was a bit disappointing.

They mentioned the shuttle was free, but when I checked out of the airport I tired to find the shuttle but couldn't. When I asked, I was told I had to reserve in advance. That was bad. It took me long time tried to reach out the hotel when the receptionest said it was not free, that made me frustrated.

Everything was in line with the reservation. A large studio with kitchen, cleaning the room every day. The staff is kind. The hotel has a lot of content and has a good location. We enjoyed it and we will gladly recommend it.

There is no hair dryer, but we got it at the reception.

We liked the location and secure parking (guard on entry was superb!) The apartment was a better option than 2 hotel rooms.

The furniture was quite dated and tired looking and many of the main lights flickered so had to use lamps. Toilet in one bathroom leaked at base. Temperature of the pool could have been cooler in the hotter months as there was no relief.

Stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with family who was visiting. We had plenty of space for all of us- comfortable, spacious and private apartment with all the amenities (Including a smartTV, laundry machine and full kitchen). Great location, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and malls. Hotel has its own pharmacy and supermarket on site, and a Starbucks as well. Very convenient stay. Stayed on the 33rd floor and had wonderful city skyline views with plenty of sunlight.

perfect location close to west bay metro station. spacious rooms that easily accommodated us 4 and the check in time didnt take as much as other reviews stated and the staff were very friendly with us and prompt in coming and offering us what we needed.

the beds were low and the mattress was too hard for this standard of residences. a bit outdated and could do with a simple refurbishment specially the corridors and bathrooms. we booked the two bedroom apartment which by themselves were huge and each had a sitting area and sofa and then there was another room that had a sofa bed which could have accommodated a 5th person that was with us but the hotel prior to my arrival confirmed that only 4 are allowed to occupy when this type of unit could easily accommodate 6. the wifi was terrible and i had to revert to my data package that i already had.

Some staffs don't listen carefully before they answer you. Some are very slow at their work. You need to train your staff. Some don't understand English well. Please.
