Hotel is modern and clean, easily accessible in central location in west bay. Breakfast is great. Recommended.

I accidentally broke the shaving mirror with my shaving cream can while shaking it. I came forward for it during check-out, and been granted a 330 usd bill for it! Front desk manager was kind and after some discussion, we settled it half half. While I accept the mistake on my part, I still find this unacceptable 1) considering such hotels shall have some kind of insurance to manage such minor damage w/o charging their customers and 2) the 330 usd price of a shaving mirror seemed illogical. So beware of this and be careful when staying in this hotel to not break anything!

Very nice service, Superb staff- from check in until check out, everything went so smooth. I requested for a simple Birthday surprise for our celebrant, but they went above and beyond. The food in Avenue restaurant was superb as well. Staff were also super nice and accommodating. I usually won't rate 10, but our stay I would say is even more than it. Will definitely come back in the near future.

There's nothing we don't like

Modern lobby with lots of activity. My room was upgraded which was great as it was a nice room with big bathroom and comfortable bed. Sports bar is good for a light bite and some beers, with a happy hour every evening. There is also a an Italian restaurant as well which was not expensive and nice to have in the hotel. Spa is very nice with steam room is good. Massage was great . Within a few minutes walk of the train station. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is slightly comical , its ok if your only staying a day or two but gets very boring very quickly. They could make a lot more of the pool bar, wider selection of drinks , happy hour, better selection of food. They could make a lot more money out of this area if they had a wider offering.

- pool was being serviced for 45 days. It was not announced on booking.com. The pool was the reason why I picked the hotel. They offered an alternative pools but the closest was 10 minute drive. - had to pay 30 euros a night for extra bed for the kids. For the same amount of money or less , other hotels in Qatar offer two bed room suits.

*The location of this hotel is probably the best feature. It really is in the middle of west bay, the opposite side of city center and next to the gate malls. *The view from the window is good *Security, reception and facilitates staff are very welcoming and friendly

*Check in was taken too long (we waited for 2 hrs as the room we selected was not available) *The standard rooms are very average *Windows glass was not clean *The pool and gym are small *carpets could have been more cleaner

I was in Doha for the FIFA World Cup and this hotel is nothing short of AMAZING. It’s very modern, clean and new. I have been to a lot of hotels around the world and this is in my top 5 for sure. The location is literally in the middle of everything. The gate mall is just across the hotel and the city center mall is a walking distance as well. The DECC metro is just across and another metro even closer. The room was SO CLEAN (literally couldn’t fault anything) and had everything we needed, even a coffee machine. Our room was made everyday before we got back with no reminders. The view from the room was beautiful. Bathroom had both shower and a bath with the toilet secluded which we always love. In-room dining was really fast as well. The staff were so friendly from the security to the front desk, the manager, the valet, the lounge, housekeeping, etc. They even gave my kids a souvenir when we were leaving. I’ll be back in Doha shortly and will definitely be staying there again. Thank you for the amazing stay.

They didn’t mention that the is a maintenance in swimming pool When i go there the swimming pool was closed.

I initially planned to stay at the Pullman for two days but ended up extending my stay by another two days because the room and hotel were so impressive. I was kindly upgraded to a nicer room with a beautiful view of the city, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were attentive and called my room a few times to check if I needed anything — a thoughtful touch that really stood out. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the room was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Doha.

Location is super ,staff , Spacious room

Everything in the hotel was great, first we were giving room on lower floor and spouse to be smoking room but there was a sign (No Smoking) and it was located in front of the elevators area which is. A-bit noise .. Phoo in the reception offered us to upgrade the room and give us a special price which we agreed and it was good room…in addition there was a slight shortcoming in the housekeeping service when it came to replenishing bathroom essentials after they ran out. However, the staff were very kind and responsive to any request. We also faced an issue with the shower, as water would spill onto the bathroom floor after use. But we contacted room service, and the response was very quick — the problem was fixed within 10 minutes.

I loved the room view and how comfortable and cozy the room was.

I was disturbed by the fact that if I ordered food from any external restaurant it wasn’t allowed in by the staff. I had to go out to pick it up and the answer I got was that this is the policy (please note that I was in the 22nd floor)! I never experienced such a behavior before. It wasn’t convenient to ma at all. Usually, when I receive any order to the hotel it’s delivered to my room with no hesitation.
