I booked the room and paid already while booking and I wasn’t aware to deposit money ,its my first time to encounter to deposit and Not sure about the policy to deposit as I can’t find at booking.com in property policy but was informed its available at booking.com

Thanks to Ezdan Hotel Management to maintain best standards. I was received by Miss Rose with very warm welcome. She chose the best room at very high floor No. 35 with best sea view. . Room 3526 very specious and very clean well arranged. Miss Tracy and Miss Sunita did perfect house keeping job without delays, very polite ladies. Mr. Jahidul Islam (supervisor) was already to support us whenever we needed extra items. The breakfast was gorgeous with lots of varieties, I cant forget Chef Jag who prepared exceptional omelets and Karak Tea. My complements to Mr Michael the hotel longue attendant and Security staff Mr. Francis.8 days at Ezdan Hotel was enjoyable and relaxing. There are all services and shops at walking distances around the hotel

It's a nice hotel in a good location. Very good value for money. The studio had everything we needed for our stay.

You have to pay a 300 Qatari Riyals deposit when you check-in. I paid it with my debit card, but I was not informed that they can only refund the deposit to credit cards, not debit cards. So when I was checking out, they told me that they could not refund the deposit to my debit card, so they had to give me 300 Qatari Riyals in cash, which was very inconvenient because I was leaving Qatar and I did not need Qatari Riyals any more and I would not be able to change Qatari Riyals in my country as Qatari Riyals are not acceptable at any currency exchange stores in my country. I do not understand why the hotel cannot just freeze a 300 Qatari Riyals deposit on your card when you check in and then realise it when you check out.

First of all, a big thank you to the very accommodating and kind Ate Rose at the reception in Tower 4. She was always friendly and helpful every transaction with her was smooth and hassle free. I truly hope she gets recognized for her excellent service, because not all receptionists are like her! As for the room, it was spotless and smelled fresh. Everything felt brand new they even changed the pillows, covers, and comforter, which made our stay extra relaxing. The room was spacious with an amazing view, which made our whole experience even better. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back! 🌟

Nothing, everything was perfect

Everything was perfect, right from the checkin service, the conciarge( Khan), the security and the room service I loved the plan of the entire building and everything in it The rooms were so good and the most important thing, a perfect sea view with other very nice and well lit buildings around

The place has everything one would want but considering that that is one of the top floors I believe they should be carpeted because the temperatures up there are low I felt the flooring was a fail..it was really cold A carpet would have made so much difference

The pool area was the best. The rooms were great too. There was one amazing lady at the reception in Tower 1. I think her name was Rosa. She went above and beyond to accomodate us despite the hectic Eid rush. Thank you so much.

The buffet served for breakfast had less variety and a little bland for our taste. A rude lady receptionist at Tower 1. She needs customer service and proper conflict resolution training. She would have let us wait for 2 hrs to get in our rooms, despite us having a confirmed and paid booking a month before. Thank goodness for her collegue, Rosa.

The location of this hotel is the most thing that i liked. Staff were so friendly and smiling. Cleaning services ai rate as average.

But there is sometimes bad smell coming out from air conditioner and we didnt managed to use it. Sometimes it comes smell of smoke from somewhere. But overall, we had a good vacation there. Thank you!

overall very very nice stay, "playgound" for children, "swimming pool", and "gym", all were very nice. View was breathtaking (36th floor), "staff" very helpfull and nice. we are resident of Doha, and i frequently visited the pool, and friends there since 2008. So i thought it was an old building... but it litterally EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. Family friendly, and bachelor friendly at the same time!

- The major problem i had is that there were no "CONNECTED ROOMS": i slept with 2 kids in a room, my wife with the other kid in another room!! :( and the rooms were not close to each other (43617 and 43625). I couldn't "be alone with my wife" without my kids 3, 6, and 8 years old coming over and banging at our door... -"breakfast" was good and delicious, but didn't change much in 3 days, there were no salmon (continental breakfast), nor was there capucchino. Still, these were minor issues, and i was very very satisfied with the breakfast. - "check in" was confusing... no "valet parking" and i had to double park and ask for my luggage to be picked up. Ididn't know my stay was in tower 4: i went instinctively to tower 1. But all was sorted out eventually, and i was satisfied too

Greatest surprise was the 42 meter swimming pool. Breakfast was outside. Room was great. Service was excellent.

I extended my stay ( hotel suggested doing it online and showing them the booking at reception so I could stay in my room but when I did that they said if I wanted to stay in my room I would have to pay extra above the payment I had already made online because it was a different room type. My present room was available. Had to move to another room which was an inconvenience. Not much difference in the new room so I felt they could have just let me stay in my room iso having to pack up and move seeing that the room was available. So unfortunately that spoiled an otherwise superb stay.

Wow amazing hotel. Has everything you need. My mom loved it as a tourist. The shopping at the hotel mini super market. The location is the best. The view was amazing. Loved it. The windows were just a bit dirty could not take nice photos of all the beautiful lights. Staff is great. 5 star service. Thank you so much. Already booked again for next trip.

As mentioned the windows were a bit dirty. The bedding had a few dirty spots and the mirror in the bath room with the light did not work. But still had a great stay. Thank you.
