🇶🇦 I liked everything in the room, we wanted a pool & there is an amazing indoors pool& a fully equipped gym. I liked that I didn’t call room service for anything, because the room was equipped with all the needs for a guest. They even brought a small size robe for my kid😍, he was extremely happy about it. Even we didn’t need to request for an extra bed as they prepared the sofa as a bed for my son.

They took extra amount by mistake at checkout. When we checked in the receptionist wasn’t smiling, actually all the staff in the reception don’t welcome you or smile. When we checked in the concierge was too busy to handle our luggage & bring it to the room so we took our luggage by ourselves to the room.

It was great experience with this property . Specially manager Krisha is awesome . She is very supportive , upgraded our room . Chef Anubhav and Kasun are extraordinary talented , they personally initiated few dishes for us , breakfast is limited but taste is very good . In cafeteria one lady her name is “Edvira” (if I am not wrong) is great host, smily face and very much caring for all guests. Location is very nice , 2 pools are there , my kids enjoyed almost regularly during our stay ground floor pool, Ramadan is life guard in that pool area and he is very nice person. Overall experience is very very good. Recommended place for family.

I loved everything about this hotel. The family felt really comfortable with the atmosphere and vibes of the room and property. Staff were all nice and professional, always offering to help and always smiling. Location is superb and very clean. We took the premier 1 bedroom and its very big and comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child. Fully equipped kitchen (buy ur nespresso capsules) since there is a machine! Loved that there is a microwave & washing machine that doesn’t make any noise. Thank u to the reception and security staff -very friendly. Book without hesitation.

-TV channels were not clear at all but thats fine since these days people dont use much TV. But with a great TV placed, its a pity nit to have clear channels (IT to work on that). -Not enough hangers for a family stay -around 5 (with such big rooms and long stays it is recommended to have at least 20) -Since there is a washing machine which is great, we recommend a drying rack. One in bathroom is limited. -Breakfast is very good but limited and repeated. Why not change items from time to time -people will appreciate a change :)

Excellent staff, particularly Toni at the café. He knew exactly what kind of breakfast adults and energetic toddlers needed. The property has executive apartments so it had everything you needed like a washing machine, cookware, and cutleries so you will never feel you forgot to pack something. The room was very clean and interior was good. Internet signal was strong at EVERY spot in the apartment. It was close to malls and public transport. Parking was secure as you can enter using your room access key. Lifeguard was on duty at the pool and there was also a hot tub. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient.

very spacious room with everything you needed, was clean and tidy,but in need of a little work on floor tiles. The breakfast was of good standard and good choice, in the cafe on ground floor. There is a nice sized bar which serves food, as well as the cafe. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful and every where was spotlessly clean. The location was a bonus with a Mall a couple of hundred metres away, and walking distance to other hotel bars and restaurants, and was a few minutes walk to the beach front.

The roof top pool, although it is a good size, it was awkward to get past the loungers on one side of the pool and because it was a sunken pool the top of the building blocked the sun after a few hours, this was in November so may be different in the summer.

it was very good location and the apartment was very nice and and especially housekeeping staff was amazing especially Ali and santosh were always on hand if we needed anything and all the security staff always brought our deliveries up to the room thanks to them as well if we have to go back, Marriott executive apartment will be our first choice

We have checked in early and availed late check out as well. The Apartment is clean and cozy, the kitchen has complete dining wares an utensils. The things we asked from the housekeeping were 3 pairs of slippers, robes, extra tissue and toothbrushes, everything else are already there. We had the pool to ourselves and no shortage of fresh towels. We had a la cart breakfast, for me it is even better than having a buffet, it was served hot (my coffee and shakshouka) and the oj was freshly squeezed, salad and fruits are also fresh. The staff from the reception to housekeeping and restaurant are amazing and helpful. I forgot their names but we had checked in on April 5 and had breakfast on April 6 at 9:30 am. We had a smooth check out at 1pm.

Excellent location in the center of city. Walking distance from both the beach and a very nice mall with restaurants and food court. Very good breakfast. We stayed in a suite that was comfortable and spacious

Little run down and old. Some cracked tiles in the suite and no smart TV's for watching Netflix etc. Rooms are not very soundproof so you hear your neighbour entering.

We were upgraded from a two bedroom to a three bedroom apartment without even asking. The size of the apartment was huge, very spacious and open. The service was exceptional and breakfast was lovely. Location is ideal for West Bay and a very short walk from City Center Mall.

Nothing not to like, this is ideal if you need to stay in the West Bay district.
