A wonderful hotel. Only positive impressions remained. Very good location. There are two very good beaches nearby, a huge mall with popular shops, and a subway. All the sights are close. The Corniche embankment is within walking distance. Friendly, caring staff. Everything is very clean. Cleaning every day, the water is replenished on time. The kitchen has all the dishes. A very good and delicious breakfast. We would like to thank Muhammad separately. He came into our position, offered an excellent solution and a room with a magnificent view of the sea on a high floor, which we enjoyed every day. Very grateful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I hope we'll be back.

The view was awesome, the apartment was so nice, spacious and light. Bed was so comfortable and linen fresh and clean. Towels changed on a daily basis. Kitchen had all utensils needed. The room did not have a drying rack for clothes, but we asked and they provided. Breakfast that was included in the stay was fine, but if you needed an omelet of fried eggs you pay extra Qar 10. The pool area situated on the top floor is lovely. Zhen street kitchen on floor 1 must not be missed, the most tasteful and delicious Chinese food. You wont be sorry.

Great location, lovely staff, especially the breakfast staff in the morning who always greet you with a smile and so helpful! Security staff were always so polite and again greet with a smile, so kind and interactive with my children as well. It was a lovely stay and the bed was SO comfortable I didn’t want to get out of it!! Pool was also appreciated and used daily by the kids which was a great way to keep them occupied as it was way too hot to be out until late afternoon. Hotel was very clean and had the option of housekeeping every day, the staff were very friendly and was happy with the cleaning. A great place to stay if you want an affordable place but a little more than average!

Sauna and spa facilities weren’t available which was a shame as I was looking forward to using them! The pool was slightly on the cooler side considering it was indoor, AC was too cool and we did ask for it to be warmer however that didn’t happen. Breakfast options and quality isn’t great, it’s quite repetitive and not great in taste. I also ordered a white egg omelette which I never received but the gentlemen staff working on the day did really apologise and offered to raise this back to management. I’ve stayed at the Dusit and Wyndham Grand which had amazing options and was delicious and fresh!

I loved the rooms and spacious it was and the views from the 31st floor. Staff were really friendly and always accommodating.

The breakfast was not the best, very small selection and I don’t understand if you have paid for breakfast in your package why we had to spend extra for omelettes/pancakes

The hotel is new and the room is clean and the living room was very spacious. Staff are helpful and they usually attend your needs within 5 minutes. Breakfast was good. It's 30+ floors tower but there is 5 quick elevators. The sea view was really nice.

I requested baby cot several times before and during my 5 nights stay they kept saying it's not available even when I asked to bring it later whenever any cot becomes available but I never recieved one!

When my wife and I booked this hotel, we did not realize it was a 5-star hotel. For the price we paid for a week it was a fantastic experience. The room was big, the bed was very comfortable, we had two bathrooms, and the view was overlooking other hotels and the ocean. The breakfast daily was the highlight. The chef will cook you omelets, eggs, eggs benedict, waffles, pancakes and more. The staff in the restaurant were lovely. On floor 33 there is a massive bar that also serves food. The view is great for watching the sun set. There is also live music at night. On floor 34 there is a gym, pool, sauna and steam room. The hotel is located in West Bay and just across the road there is the Doha Beach club which we went to on a Friday. Highly recommend checking out the beach club. Within walking distance is a massive shopping mall with plenty of food options. To get around the city you will find electric scoots on the street. Very good idea in the heat. All the staff are really lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Doha.

Nothing, it was perfect.

We stayed here for our full 13 day stay. Second time for us. Staff were lovely. Really welcoming, positive and caring. Greeting us with smiles for breakfast and warm welcomes when we would return to the hotel. The rooms are lovely. Our friends visited us and described it as being like a penthouse. It truly feels like home away from home for us and the location is great. Great deals for ladies and men's nights in the super stylish bar upstairs! Lovely place.

The indoor pool environment needs to be a few degrees warmer. I also wish Elements would have given us a loyalty discount that was cheaper than booking.com... but booking.com represented best value for money. The deals on for spa or the bar need more promotion. They were not as obvious to us. These are however small niggles... and we will definitely go again.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. We really like it. The location is very good. There is a beach, a promenade, shops, cafes, and a metro station nearby. The rooms are very nice. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is excellent. We arrived very late, but we were immediately checked in. Our room was upgraded. It was very nice. On my birthday, I received a surprise in my room - a delicious cake. The room was always very clean. The water was replenished on time. Any requests were met with attention. I hope to visit Qatar next year and stay at this hotel. Thank you. It was a pleasant experience.
