The breakfast was lovely. If you like a proper English breakfast this is the place to be. All is all it was very good and the staff were exceptional. From the porters to the receptionists. Very helpful as well. My room had a great view of the city as well.

Nothing really. The location is exceptional. The pool side view on the 43rd floor was breathtaking, because of the massive body of water facing it which was so relaxing. Only problem I had with the pool was the strong smell of bleach or whatever was used there, which made it difficult for me to spend as much time as I would have loved to.

nice view rooms, hotel has a nice atmosphere in the lobby and in its facilities. food is recommended especially L ’entrecote restaurant. reception team member (Mr. Naga) who showed a high a level of professionalism, communication skills, top hospitality level and others, was very helpful and up to every task request that i had to ask reception team to help me with, of course all were directed to him after he helped with the biggest one i had. breakfast is good

when there is an evenet or banquet, elevators take so much time to arrive to the floors

The property was nice and clean, staff were polite. The breakfast was great and had a wide selection. Location was central so was good to get to different places. Walking distance to DECC metro station and City Centre Mall. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and the room was bigger than expected and was really comfortable. The whole family loved it.

Room size is quiet good, well equipped and maintained. There is two pool - indoor one is quite good, with nice views around the city Outer pool little bit small - but Jakuzzi is compensating size. Breakfast - food variety and quality is normal and tasty. Staff is supportive. The hotel is budget version of Marriott, and is great value for money spend.

- WIFI was not working, had to use my Data Mobile, not sure if there is paid option - Confusing elevators, not all goes to the guest rooms.

Asma in the reception was amazing. Facilities are perfect. Restaurant is good with plenty of variety. Location is perfect.

Messed up my checkin, got confirmation before coming that they will provide connecting rooms…during checkin “sorry sir”. On the next day I moved to a connecting room, they upgraded me to an executive suite, thanks to Asma and the Duty manager. Asked for some decorations in my room, they messed up everything. During Ramadan, they are serving Suhur in the room, I called the room service at 2 am, they took my order, then…at 3:30 am called to ask about my order they answered “NO ONE IN THE KITCHEN TO MAKE YOUR ORDER”, I have never heard such statement in any other hotel. However, the Duty Manager Charlene did all her best to overcome all of this, thank you Charlene.

Staff were super friendly and location was perfect. Walking distance to the mall.

Toilets had no shattaf

Good sized room. Quiet and comfortable. Great view of the Corniche. Excellent staff all round. Very good breakfast. Enjoyed the lounge access too.

Some small miscommunciations between different departments on booking and while at the hotel regarding what was included and whether points were awarded for the stay. Nothing major, but it would be helpful if all departments shared consistent information.

Asma The one wonderful lady on reception, she is simply outstanding on her Job. I am now a continuous user of this Hotel and it all started from the first impression made by Asma. however, the Breakfast is best in town, have many options to eat, but in room dining have very limited menu with a lot of room for improvements. Please keep up the maintaining facilities as greatly you are already doing and thank you for recognizing and aways extending supports for your regular / continuous customers.

No additional facilities available even in Executive Suites. No microwave in room. Refrigerator working on very low cool.

-Location -cleanliness -food (amazing breakfast buffet) -spacious rooms with a great view. -helpful polite staff -hospitality -valet staff and at front door were exceptionally helpful and polite, assisting us without being asked.

I was exceptionally disappointed with the check-in process that took far too long. The staff member at the reception was clearly inexperienced. He could not find our reservation, and then persistently asked about our visa (despite my clear explanation that we do not need one being from the GCC). After that he had trouble processing the payment. We were given keycards to one of the rooms that was clearly not ready with the cleaning staff still inside it. Despite that, he was very polite and pleasant to deal with, however, it seems like he needs more training or supervision. (unfortunately, 2 of his colleagues were available but did not offer any assistance).

The property very nice & comfortable , the area is very good everything you need around there. The employees was very helpful & nice , The employee that’s made the check-in she was very nice & we got early check-in I would like to thank her but unfortunately I forgot her name , Also that room we got was having one of the best view I saw in Doha .

The inside pool was under maintenance but they give us access to go for the hotel that near by to use the pool there, that also very good thing
