room furniture is a bit outdating (arm chairs, carpet), while the entrance, reception hall, bar and restaurants are pretty modern and appealing to the eye. with the Little bit of modern makeover (rooms), the hotel will be SUPER TOP in all the senses. a bit disappointed by not being able to use the SPA (no list of services available when asked at the reception or the spa. at 10 am i was told to come back after 13:00. a bit strange)

The breakfast was excellent and varied. So many different options. The rooms are stunning and the views are amazing. Pool deck is essential for the weather Staff are very helpful

The recent name change confused my cab driver at 2am on arrival - nearly ended up in the wrong hotel. I had a suite and it took me 2 days to work out the light switch combination only for the cleaners to reset them. On site bar was very basic as the night club was closed.

I stayed in a room on the 35th floor with a stunning sea view and plenty of sunlight. The location is conveniently close to the downtown area, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The furniture is a bit outdated and could use some renovation. To be fair, most devices work well, except the TV loads quite slowly—possibly due to the internet connection. Aside from that, it’s still a good place to enjoy. The pool is suitable for kids but not ideal for adults.

I liked the location (near the beach and the City Center mall), the facilities and the friendly staff specially at the reception . The check in and check out process was fast and efficient.

The breakfast service is not well organized as guests are crowded and waiting to be seated around unclean tables. The restaurant space and staff at breakfast time are not enough.

One of the best breakfasts, good variation and interesting hot food choices. The location is good in West bay with a 12-15min walk to the City centre mall. The staff were very nice, and friendly, the room was excellent size with great views of the water.

The pool area was nice, but no supervision and also was not heated enough although this was during December time...but felt not able to use it given the coldness.
