Style, atmosphere, room, staff, service level, wireless network, and most of the guests. Good value for money. Style/atmosphere: Classic, ie. relaxed, but in a professional way. Room: The sea view rooms offer a breathtaking view on the turquoise waters of the Doha West Bay, sunrises, the Pearl. And planes at some distance, if you're a planespotter. Staff: Very efficient, accountable, disciplined and polite. Classic-style personnel. No constant fiddling with smartphones. Work is taken seriously here. A very pleasant exception to many other places. Service level: Incredibly quick, five-star service. Like: Now. Wireless network: Flawless. 85-100% signal strength everywhere, low latency, no interruptions. I've never seen this in any other hotel. Guests: Most were a perfect fit to this kind of hotel. Appropriate behaviour, and clothing. No low-budget style, or the Robinson Crusoe kind of hippies. There are other hotels for this. It seemed like one third was on business, one third politics, and one third tourism.

Guests: Some of the guests mistook the relaxed atmosphere for an invitation to behave, and dress inappropriately. Hotel staff should be more strict with such guests. After all, the hotel is located in Doha's diplomatic area. What the hell? Facilities: It's a minor issue, but there should be a proactive approach when it comes to details. E. g. a jammed bathroom sink or empty shower gel dispenser should be detected by staff first, rather than the customer.

The staff at the hotel are amazing and the view of the hotel is just stunning. From the butler to the house keeping team and security, everyone is so nice and welcoming in this hotel which is why we are back at the Delta already for a second stay, and are planning on coming back for a third stay. A special thank you to Dewa, the housekeeping lady for going the extra mile to make our stay (my teddy bear’s stay, more specifically) more enjoyable (see picture, he now has a buddy), and to the reservation team at the reception for the welcome back gift and free upgrades.

Upon arrival, I was uncertain of the level of service I would receive. However, I was greeted warmly by the staff whose names I was able to ascertain, and they provided exceptional care. The reception area, located on the 31st floor, was impressive; while I am accustomed to ground-level receptions, this was not a concern. Claudia, Rain, and Vanessa provided outstanding service. Although the reason for my room upgrade from the initially booked deluxe king-view room to a junior suite is unclear, I was pleasantly surprised by the significant increase in space. The cleanliness, amenities, and overall organization of the room were exemplary; my expectations were exceeded. Thank you.

When I came to reception the receptionist Mr. Ma’an and Ms. Jay deal with me professionally and they were very gentle and nice. Even it was the first time for me to this hotel, I decided not to leave it whatever the room is. All, because of the front desk welcoming. Apartment was excellent, very well arrange, neat, clean. All facilities are available. In addition, the hotel made a very nice surprise . They celebrated my birthday it August 10, and sent me an amazing cake with happy birthday. The hotel didn’t allowed me to park my car by myself. In stead that served me (it’s ok) but I like to park my car myself.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying in a two-bedroom furnished apartment located in the heart of Riyadh's Aqiq area, and it was an experience that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped into the apartment, we were welcomed by a warm and inviting ambiance that made us feel right at home. Firstly, the location of the apartment could not have been more ideal. Nestled in the vibrant Aqiq area, we found ourselves surrounded by a plethora of dining options, shopping centers, and local attractions. Despite its central location, the apartment offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city life outside, providing us with the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The apartment itself was a masterpiece of comfort and style. The two bedrooms were meticulously furnished, ensuring a restful night's sleep for the whole family. High-quality linens, plush pillows, and comfortable mattresses were just some of the touches that made our stay so restful. The living area was spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring cozy seating arrangements that invited family gatherings and relaxation. Natural light flooded the space, highlighting the tasteful decorations and supplements that adorned the room. It was clear that a lot of thought and care had been put into making the space not only beautiful but also practical for guests. When it came to amenities, the apartment left nothing to be desired. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare meals, making it feel like we were in our own home. High-speed Wi-Fi, a state-of-the-art entertainment system, and air conditioning throughout the apartment ensured that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. But what truly set this apartment apart was the attention to detail and the hospitality we received.

The hotel is brand new, has a good gym, and serves a reasonable breakfast. The location is excellent; the room was clean and well-kept, and the indoor swimming pool with open sides made for an enjoyable experience. Parking was usually available. The room had a partial view, which was amazing.

Elevators are a pain and a source of confusion: one sends you straight to the front desk with no other floor options, while the others go to the other floors. Breakfast can be chaotic at times due to the number of people and the small table area.

One of the main advantages is the hotel's location, where most of Qatar's landmarks are around 15 min away only. The room was clean and had everything. The fitness center was open for 24 hours. Overall I might consider the hotel again if I revisit Qatar.

There was only one elevator that served all of the hotel residences. during my stay, that elevator had maintenance work twice within 4 nights which affected room in and out as I was on the 29th floor.
