Location is perfect! There is a metro station, mall and a bus stop nearby. The airport is easily accessible. We received a warm welcome from the moment we walked in until the moment we departed. Siwar, Yosra, you were awesome! Internet: I had problems connecting to the Internet,Joseph performed a great job and patiently guided me through the entire process if I had more issues. Connectivity: Needs improvement. TV- Not much variety of programmes to watch. Housekeeping: A very energetic team. Respectful and professional. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. Maintenance Team (Electrical): Always on hand! Restaurant: The food was delicious. Wide choice. The synergy between the restaurant manager, Mr. Zakkah and the team is exceptional. The staff are very knowledgeable, except for an incident where I requested an omelette for two, and I specifically said said one without sausage. The team member (name withheld as this review is not to victimise but for improvement; I can be contacted on this) came with 3 plates and could not tell which one was without sausage and walked off. In contrast, the next time I requested an omelette, Sureka had a sheet with various fillings.As I said what I wanted, she checked each box, and delivery was smooth. Despite experiencing long queues a few times, I commend Mr. Zakkah and his team for reducing queues and wait times quickly. The restaurant provided an excellent dining experience. Thank you, Sureka, Wael, Aziz (hope I spelled that right), Black Lady in Doha Baking and the "behind the scenes" team, i.e Core Kitchen Staff. Requesting for toilet paper. Beddings need more scrutiny especially underlays.( I can elaborate on this if I am contacted). It would be beneficial to monitor the guest toilet downstairs more closely, especially the floor. A good scrub is needed. 6.5/10.

It was one of my best hotel experiences ever. The location can't be any better in Doha. The hotel is situated in the most newly-built district full of glittering skyscrappers. It's only five-minute walk to the private tourist beach Doha Sands and 5-minute walk to the huge shopping mall which offers a variety of shops, a big supermarket plenty of nice affordable restaurants and fast food places. The hotel room was huge! It was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated and fully-equipped with all necessary appliances (cooker, conditioning, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, TV and so on). There were all necessary kitchen utensils to cook meals. The breakfast was delicious and included a big range of snacks, salads, pastry, main courses. Every day we had something new in the buffet. The staff of the hotel was always polite and helpful. And we recieved all of the mentioned above at an unbelievably affordable price for such first-class accomodation and services. The whole experience was beyond all our expectations and we will definitely come back again!

The location was great. The apartment was excellently equipped. The bed was heavenly! The apartments were very quiet, almost 100% sound proof, and I had an awesome view from the 33rd floor. In all, it was a very good place to stay, and price was competitive for the location and facilities provided.

Nothing really

Had 3 bedroom apartment HUGE 2xdoue1x 2 single. Th each room. Each room is huge. Lounge huge digital huge. Air con excellent. Kitchen well litte sad nowadays up had to ask for diswasertablets no kit hen sponge or teatowelsno toaster. Huge fridge freezer and complimentary water plenty. Kit hen utensils bare minimum but managed. Even though the kitchen was a little disappointing, I have rated high as it deserves it. Let's hope they attend to the minor kitchen needs Now the staff from reception to house cleaning is simply excellent. Willing to assist so very polite, super friendly, warm, and inviting. Location for shopping and supermarket also excellent only 5 minute wLk to huge aza 10 .I s you derground train. Was rgerewhen46 degrees, so was very hot. Iwiyldsuggezt that book tours before leaving home or arriving. RECEPTION: Do not book tours and refer to 3rd party. We tried and even though say take amerucan express they did not so u able to book with the.. TO HOTELSTAFF YOUR ALL EXCELLENT WELL DONE ABD THANK YOU.

I enjoyed my stay at Element by West Inn during our Eid vacation. The place was clean and well-maintained. The staff were cheerful and helpful, with Bahaa from reception going above and beyond to assist us, especially with extending our check-out. Salwa from reception and Mohammed, the concierge, were also very accommodating. I also want to thank Robin and Yasin from room service for their excellent customer service. We truly appreciate all their efforts and will definitely return again!

While we enjoyed our stay at Element West Inn and the food at the restaurant, the hotel should consider offering a greater variety on the menu instead of serving the same dishes every day. Additionally, there should be more space to accommodate guests; our table was quite close to others.

Spacious Rooms and cool Living area inside the apartment, kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer. Washing machine available in a laundry room which is a plus for longer stays. beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. elivators are extreamly fast and reliable even during rush time. the room service is second to none and the staff are very attentive.

Unfortunately, the mobile phone signal is very weak and it gets worse the higher the floor, wifi internet is somehow decent but not as expected. some bathrooms / toilets does not have a Bidet which is surprising in this reigon. there is no kids play area in the hotel.

The staff was exceptional, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Whether it was help with check-in, check-out, or any other request, they were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The hotel offers gym, pool, wellness area. The breakfast buffet was simple but had a variety of fresh options catering to different dietary preferences. The hotel also has a business lounge and workspaces. We highly recommend Element by Westin City Center Doha to anyone visiting Doha. The breakfast was good but not very diverse for vegetarians. The options were limited, and we would have appreciated more variety. However, the food was fresh and well-prepared.

Up to date, I did not receive any reply to my email about the restaurant issue (no lunch, no dinner). The restaurant is closed, and we were not told that. This is so bad abuse for the customers, wherein may be it is an arrogance or neglect of the concerned manager did not allow his excellency to reply and solve the issue. It is so bad when you neglect your customers serious issue. Because of this, the downside I will mention the property did not meet my expectations.

I did not like the hidden manager who ignores serious issues of his customers.

There are so many great things to be said about this hotel! Firstly, it is conveniently located. The mall is 1 block away and is open until 22:00. The train station is also right next to the mall. Inside the hotel, there is a coffee shop (I never visited it but it seems nice) and a mini shop run by a very friendly uncle, which is open 24 hours a day. The staff at the hotel in general, despite some mild language barriers, are always determined to help you and give you the best service! The room is MASSIVE — very spacious with a comfortable bed and soft pillows (so comfortable that we skipped site-seeing on one of the days just to sleep in). In addition to the towels, the coffee station and waters are replaced every day, and the kitchen has all the crockery and utensils you could possibly need. To our surprise, there’s a bar in the basement level! Open from 5pm until about 2am. The pool area is nice and quiet, on the same floor as the gym and the spa. Staying here elevated my already incredible experience of Qatar!

The breakfast options were not that great

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Elements by Westin City Center Doha, and I must say, it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality, elegant ambiance, and top-tier amenities made us feel right at home. The residence itself is beyond impressive spacious, beautifully designed, and offering everything one could ask for in a luxury stay. The attention to detail in the rooms, the comfort of the beds, and the overall cleanliness were simply outstanding. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. A special mention to Fadi, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was flawless. He is a true professional, always attentive, and his exceptional service made a huge difference during our stay. However, I was genuinely surprised to find that there was no hairdryer available in the room, as well as no retractable clothesline, which are standard amenities in most high-end hotels. Another minor issue was that sometimes when I called the lobby, there was no response, and I didn’t receive a callback, which was a bit inconvenient. That being said, these were minor setbacks in an otherwise amazing experience. The staff’s professionalism, the luxurious accommodations, and the overall quality of service make Elements by Westin City Center Doha a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a premium stay in Doha. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!
