I recently had the pleasure of spending a week at Kempinski with my family, including my two daughters and my infant son. Our stay was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality and service we received. Outstanding Staff & Service A special thank you to Mr. Islam, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. His generosity in upgrading our stay free of charge made a huge difference, allowing us to enjoy our time even more. I also want to express my gratitude to Joycelyn and Joyce, the wonderful ladies overseeing the swimming pool and playground. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to my daughters, making their experience extra special. Another heartfelt thank you to Mr. Nezam, whose warm smile and willingness to assist every time we saw him truly made our stay feel welcoming and comfortable. Areas for Improvement While everything was great, one small issue we encountered was with the access cards. They often had trouble when placed with other cards. However, the staff was always quick to assist us whenever we needed help. A minor improvement in the card system would make the stay even smoother. Final Thoughts Overall, our stay at Kempinski was fantastic! The hospitality, service, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by Krishna on arrival, who was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Our suite was large, clean, and had lovely views. The valet staff greeted us every morning with smiles and too care of parking with no fuss. The breakfast was fresh with a wide selection of hot and cold food and again the staff were attentive. We would like to thank Navralan and Rshem for their hospitality every morning. We would also like to thank Joesephine and Jovelyn and the rest of the housekeeping team.

My only disappointment was I wanted to use the steam room and swimming pool. I did go to the gymn area, and the staff member in the gymn did not have time for me even though the gym was empty. I would have very much liked a tour and usage of the pool. This did not spoil my stay as everyone else made it an amazing holiday.

The rooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly The Kids playgroung in the M floor The pool had slides and it was enjoyable for the kids You will have the best ever experience her with the staff soecially the valey staff and the porters

Unable to adjust the AC temperatue and although i preferred a non-smoking the ventilation in the toilet was full of smoke it was literally as if somebody was smoking in the toilet and that was all through the ventilation

We had a very enjoyable stay at Kempinski Residences and Suites. It was our first time visiting Doha and got upgraded to a bigger suite with stunning views over the Doha skyline. The apartment was spacious and clean. We found the staff to be professional, kind, and very attentive to our one year old son. The sports and wellness facilities are well maintained and the availability of free parking is a major plus. The location is optimal to discover Doha. We can only recommend this place.

The location and view from the room were excellent. The service level was also great. The staff was very accommodating. We were granted an upgrade. Valet was prompt and never late. Check out was swift. The bedrooms are carpeted which makes it comfortable but not the living room and cooridors. City Center is about 10 minutes walk and has multiple stores. The kitchen is equipped.

The hot water takes long time which is a waste of resources. I understand the tower is tall and this could be the reason. The suite next door had a dog which was a surprise since I thought pets were not allowed as per booking. I was told it is only for long stay residents.

It was a unique experience to stay in the kempinski resident, specially the high level of hospitality and kindness of the reception team, Mr. Hesham was a real representative of high class gentility, Ms, Ferial with beautiful smile and comfortable dealing, Ms Mariam was so nice and helpful with supportive actions , Mr Maneesh is very understanding person with prompt response,and Ms Jenny makes the checkout a special moment as you are in your home

Bathroom lighting: The bathroom could benefit from brighter lighting. Breakfast buffet: The breakfast buffet selection could be expanded to offer more variety. Shower pressure: The shower pressure could be improved to provide a more invigorating experience. Climate control: The in-room temperature control needs attention. It would be ideal if guests could adjust the temperature to their comfort level and have the option to turn it completely off.

We had fun, the staff was friendly Good food and great view We enjoyed the swimming pool It was clean, towels are soft.

I would like to have a female only time in the gym and swimming pool, at least an hour a day 👍🏽 I would like to replace the pillows, it's not comfortable. Also I would suggest for the single bed to be 120 cm wide and not 90 cm The small bedroom didn't have any windows nor a dresser which is weird

We booked a 2 bedroom but were upgraded to a 4 bedroom on the 53rd floor. Incredible views , very spacious and comfortable apartment. Nice part of Doha, walkable and close to malls and the corniche.

Room service and the breakfast buffet were of rather poor quality. Even the Zengo restaurant dishes were too sweet and definitely overpriced.
