Overall, it is a lovely hotel offering high-quality services. The staff is particularly attentive to customers and will do everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable. One of the top points is that you can choose to have breakfast in your room with no additional charges... that's a very nice service!

The breakfast buffet was average, and the food quality of the breakfast in the room was below average. The bedding wasn't good enough for me. The hotel has no outdoor pool, and access to the Kempinski beach hotel was forbidden during Eid Break, which coincided with our travel period.

They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to my daughters, making their experience extra special. Areas for Improvement While everything was great, one small issue we encountered was with the access cards. They often had trouble when placed with other cards. However, the staff was always quick to assist us whenever we needed help. A minor improvement in the card system would make the stay even smoother. We were greeted by Krishna on arrival, who was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Our suite was large, clean, and had lovely views. The valet staff greeted us every morning with smiles and too care of parking with no fuss. The breakfast was fresh with a wide selection of hot and cold food and again the staff were attentive. We would like to thank Navralan and Rshem for their hospitality every morning. We would also like to thank Joesephine and Jovelyn and the rest of the housekeeping team.

My only disappointment was I wanted to use the steam room and swimming pool. I did go to the gymn area, and the staff member in the gymn did not have time for me even though the gym was empty. I would have very much liked a tour and usage of the pool. This did not spoil my stay as everyone else made it an amazing holiday.

The rooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly The Kids playgroung in the M floor The pool had slides and it was enjoyable for the kids You will have the best ever experience her with the staff soecially the valey staff and the porters

Unable to adjust the AC temperatue and although i preferred a non-smoking the ventilation in the toilet was full of smoke it was literally as if somebody was smoking in the toilet and that was all through the ventilation

We had a very enjoyable stay at Kempinski Residences and Suites. It was our first time visiting Doha and got upgraded to a bigger suite with stunning views over the Doha skyline. The apartment was spacious and clean. We found the staff to be professional, kind, and very attentive to our one year old son. The sports and wellness facilities are well maintained and the availability of free parking is a major plus. The location is optimal to discover Doha. We can only recommend this place.

I was in a 2-bedroom suite. Everything was good from staff to room size and quality of items in the room as well as the Gym and pool. Housekeeping is very good. The Gym ver well taken care of equipment & hygiene . Valet service excellent

TV in room is old not smart Water pressure is weak to some extent and some toilet in the room was without Islamic wash (SHATAF).

The location and view from the room were excellent. The service level was also great. The staff was very accommodating. We were granted an upgrade. Valet was prompt and never late. Check out was swift. The bedrooms are carpeted which makes it comfortable but not the living room and cooridors. City Center is about 10 minutes walk and has multiple stores. The kitchen is equipped.

The hot water takes long time which is a waste of resources. I understand the tower is tall and this could be the reason. The suite next door had a dog which was a surprise since I thought pets were not allowed as per booking. I was told it is only for long stay residents.

It was a unique experience to stay in the kempinski resident, specially the high level of hospitality and kindness of the reception team, Mr. Hesham was a real representative of high class gentility, Ms, Ferial with beautiful smile and comfortable dealing, Ms Mariam was so nice and helpful with supportive actions , Mr Maneesh is very understanding person with prompt response,and Ms Jenny makes the checkout a special moment as you are in your home

Very generous staff that also gave us an upgrade to our room to a wonderful view, thanks ms. Jenny. Indoor pool was comfy and has a great aesthetic. Buffet was tasty too, thanks mr. Malak.

It wasn't a bother at all but just note that the pool have a women only schedule.
