I’ve been to many 5-star hotels in 4 different countries and definitely this was one of the absolute BEST! exceptional service that worth every penny you pay, what was really outstanding is how attentive the staff is, plus you get you own Butler and ours (Mohsen) took care of literally EVERYTHING we need even if it’s not hotel-related. Definitely raised the quality bar.

Although the hotel has a very beautiful nile view the location isn’t the best.. I’d recommend you not to walk around the hotel’s area and to leave earlier to wherever you go because of the heavy traffic in that area.

The staff go above and beyond to make the experience feel personal, always greeting you by name and remembering your likes and dislikes. They have thought about every tiny detail, even services you didn't think you needed were provided. The breakfast was exceptional - you could stay for a week and have a completely different cuisine each morning as the selection was as varied as I've ever seen at a hotel or restaurant. The Egyptian restaurant on site was also the best food we had whilst in Cairo by far, so would definitely recommend giving it a try. The servers and manager there were also fantastic. The butler and concierge services exceeded expectations, anything we needed was sorted for us immediately - one evening we needed medication from the pharmacy and it was delivered to us at our table in the restaurant within about half an hour.

Probably the finest commitment to world-class hospitality we’ve ever experienced. Beautiful room, serviced around the clock. Huge bed. Impeccably trained, incredibly accommodating staff. Phenomenal breakfast buffet. Two pools. Good restaurants. Functional, stylish library full of actual books. Concierges that will deliver you the world.

It’s a new building (2021) so still needs some breaking in, but will likely only get better with age. The toilet paper situation was surprisingly underwhelming. For the price I’d recommend investing in the highest-quality product available: Charmin Ultra Soft™, tho I do not personally know the import economics or potential geopolitical constraints surrounding such matters.

The hotel is very new and bling (if that's your thing), our room was luxurious and very quiet - not to be taken for granted in the Middle East - and we slept very well in the massive beds. Delicious breakfasts, complemented by stunning views of the Nile. And at the end of the day winding-down at the spa after gazing at pyramids in the heat was heavenly!

The butler system. In principle it's a good idea, in practice we never saw our butler after the first day/hour. Little basic touches, like ensuring there were two shower robes instead of one (for both of us), returning with the chamomile teabags I had requested, ensuring turndown service happens very night were not done. Instead, whenever I saw the butlers they were goofing off, high-fiving each other, looking well-pleased in their gray tailcoats.

Welcome and Security: From the moment you step onto the property, you are greeted with warmth and professionalism. The security team is attentive and courteous, ensuring guests feel safe and welcome from the outset. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail make a great first impression. Hotel Staff and Reception: The hotel staff at St. Regis Hotel Cairo deserve special mention for their outstanding service. The reception team is incredibly efficient and friendly, handling check-ins and check-outs seamlessly. They go above and beyond to accommodate every request, making guests feel valued and pampered. Room Accommodations: The rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious, and meticulously clean. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, from the plush bedding to the luxurious amenities. Waking up to the view of the Nile each morning was a highlight, and the room service was prompt and delightful. Dining Experience: Dining at St. Regis Hotel Cairo is a culinary journey. The restaurants offer a diverse range of cuisines, each dish meticulously crafted and presented with flair. The waitstaff is knowledgeable and attentive, enhancing the dining experience with their impeccable service. Whether enjoying a leisurely breakfast or an elegant dinner, each meal was a delight.

Beautiful public spaces, lavish ample suites. Outstanding service from all staff! Of note, Abdul Achman Nouby, who attended my partner’s bleeding gash after he inadvertently hit his head on an open car door, Nouby leapt into action and retrieved a first aid kit in under a minute - above and beyond; Ahmed and Mahmoud by the pool, jovial and genuine, they kept the thread going from day to day; and Abu Thomas by the pool who orchestrated the lovely outdoor space and made a personal connection with each guest. And Abanoub with the warm send off.

The food at J&G Steakhouse was not even close to par. “French” Onion soup that was thickened with cornstarch? A ribeye so thin you could mistake it for something at Outback. A cold popover, why bother? Salads were fine, but something was off… we had to take antibiotics the next morning because…

All of staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast with many options. Room size. Location. Cleanness.

During chick-in, I asked the receptionist if it would be possible they can extend my checkout time complimentary for only two more hours, because I would be having a meeting outside the hotel during the check-out time, and they welcomed my request and noted that the system, but they decided to call me in the last day to inform me that complimentary late check out is not possible, and I have to pay 200 dollars for the extra two hours or leave on time!!! Did not make turndown service in the evening once, and when I reported that they were very slow in responding to me, though I called the hotline and went down to the reception to expedite this mandatory service.

I have stayed at other St. Regis hotels and so, I had high expectations. The Cairo hotel is superb. The quality of the bedding, the linens are the finest I have experienced as a seasoned traveller and someone well-versed in the business of linens. This is truly special as Egyptian cotton is the finest in the world, and it is nice the hotel put a focus on it. The breakfast is fantastic in the range and quality of offerings, the impeccable service provided by the staff, and, importantly the early and late hours it is open. I had room service which was top of the line in its selections and service. The facility, and rooms are gorgeous. No detail overlooked. The staff is polished, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to serve. Outstanding hotel in every respect.

My stay at The St. Regis was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way. One of the standout features for me was the impeccable cleanliness—every corner of the property felt spotless and well-maintained, creating an atmosphere of pure comfort and luxury. The on-site restaurant was another highlight. The quality of the food, the presentation and the variety offered were all outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful service making each dining experience special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and feels brand new with a modern yet elegant aesthetic throughout. What truly sets The St. Regis apart, though, is the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly professional, warm and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and personalised service went far beyond my expectations. I left feeling thoroughly impressed and very happy with my stay. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend The St. Regis to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable and seamless hotel experience.
