One of the best hotels and definitely the best cuisine in the main restaurant! That is the hotel with the entertainment for everyone: children can find a lot of water activities, there are disco, kid's clubs, cars (our kid loved it!), also there are activities for teenagers. Family pool, kid's pool, pool for adults, jacuzzi and pool on the roof, where you can be naked, SPA, tennis, golf, bar with a beautiful pool with the city view for adults only. Convenient location near Playa del Duque. Friendly staff, client service, super cleaning. But our favorite was the restaurant with a great variety and quality, extra Thanks for seafood. And the solution for children, who can play in the kid's zone, while parents are eating, is so great! As well as sunbed service: you can order drinks and food and enjoy it near the pool, which is super convenient for the parents with children, who can not sit in a restaurant :) There is a lot of everything in the hotel, but it is so well thought out so no one bothers each other. And also thanks for the beach bag and flip flops, welcome fruits and presents for the child, cake for the birthday, help with the car rental and a piece of advice where to go and what to visit :)

It was a little bit confusing to order wine during the dinner, because we could not understand the price and the origin of it. It would be helpful to have a wine card.

The rooms are fantastic, with 2 bathrooms which is great! Large balcony & comfy beds. Location is perfect & a very clean hotel!

The floor & ledge of the pools are extremely rough, this caused grazes & cuts, and tore our bathing suits. At breakfast there was very little to no selection of fresh fruits, just smoothies. The Spa was hugely disappointing, no relaxation area came as part of a treatment, just in and out rotation system. Also availability was scarce. Finally the kids Disco & night entertainment is on the open roof top so was extremely windy & cold and lacked atmosphere.

Our second trip to the hotel and it’s just exceptionally good. Facilities for kids are excellent. Hotel is immaculate and staff can’t help you enough. The service is outstanding, particularly around the busy pools where people are ordering both food and drinks. Breakfast buffet remains the best I’ve ever experienced, but all the food is extremely good. Location is perfect between the two beaches, with a brilliant shopping centre just outside. The SPA is great and reasonably priced. Still the best hotel I’ve stayed in anywhere in the world for families.

The property is faultless. It’s expensive but there’s value in it.

I liked the room and the terrace. I had a 4 year old and it was nice to be able to close between the bedroom and living room when she was asleep. We loved the acrobat entertainment and the mini disco. Loved the breakfast.

A big part of why we choose this hotel was the surf. We were there 3 nights and went straight to the surf after check in but it was fully booked on arrival day and the next day. We could only have one slot on day 3 and then when we were there my son was under 10 mintutes surfing. Very dissapointing. Also the quality of the meat in the kitchen could have been better as well as the experience of the person that was cooking the meat was not up to 5star standards, at all.

We were over the moon with this hotel. Having visited many five star, child friendly hotels, this is the one we know we will go back to. Everything has been thought about and it’s the little touches that make it stand out e.g. the food is always high quality, even the food you would eat round the pool, if the staff can go above and beyond for you, they will, the pools are heated to the perfect temperature, rather than the bare minimum out of season. Nothing worse than freezing pools in March/april! A fantastic hotel! Wish I could have taken their Victoria sponge cake home with me 😋

Loved the room, the pools were also good although shaded for quite a bit of the morning on one side (shadow of building). Always lots of free sunbeds and at Staff very attentive. Coffee facilities in room great and always refills available on request. More than adequate water supplies too. Rooftop bar was also fab.

Very little. There were a lot of young families when we visited but that was ok. The entertainment wasn’t great at night and was aimed at young kids or pensioners. Both the onsite restaurants looked empty in the evenings even though breakfast is really busy. Think the cost of dinner is too expensive and put me off going to either.

There are a lot of pros to mention here. The kind staff, the cleanliness (they attend to your room multiple times per day if you wish), the spacious rooms. But the things that stood out most were location, the breakfast, and the options for children. The location is perfect for beach proximity (we enjoyed Playa del Duque), eating, shopping, and supermarkets. The area isn't particularly busy and loud despite its location. The breakfast is absurdly amazing, with a massive staff and food islands of almost anything you would ever want...with a children's area and play zone attached where you can comfortably eat while you watch your child(ren) play. One of best breakfasts we've had at a hotel. The children options are fantastic. Multiple pools, play rooms, activity centers, breakfast play nook, nightly concerts and shows from 830-10:00, welcome basket of colors and stickers, and much more. Fantastic spot for families with kids of all ages.

This is a much shorter list. The only negative we could think of is a lot of things begin LATE. Dinners on site begin earliest at 630-700 pm. This can be hard for young kids that sleep early. Also the kids concerts are great, but they are extremely loud and can be heard every night from 830-1000, particularly if you are near the stage. I think this is a simple fix as the volume seemed unnecessarily loud as it was uncomfortable to be near the stage when in attendance. Otherwise GF Victoria was wonderful all around and highly recommend. We will definitely be staying here if we return to Tenerife.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, first as a solo traveller and second with my partner and small child. Both times my stay has been great. However, GF Victoria really excels as a family destination. The restaurant is fantastic for breakfast and dinner (second trip was half board) with a great selection of food, all of which was well presented and very tasty. The facilities are great for families, with multiple pools, a playroom, and a kids' club. There is also a mega, brand new gym in the basement.

No real complaints, other than our room was a touch noisy in the evenings.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. The location is really good and you have everything around in a walking distance. The pools and waterpark was great fun for kids. Unlike many other places where either pool is so crowded or no sun bed could be found, here you had them always available, so no rush for those. The breakfast was fine and the restaurant was big and beautiful, so even at busiest time, there were no queues or shortage of space. The cleaning staff were really excellent and efficient, and whenever we went back from breakfast , everything was clean and tidy already. Overall, really great place where you can relax and enjoy. Would recommend it!!

The hotel is big and is like a maze, so more signs around would be better (especially is English). Also it would be great to improve the web app of the hotel to add options to order stuff directly (room service or sun bed service).

A truly incredible hotel! Breath-takingly gorgeous, clean, with magnificent architecture and design choices. A really cool sky bar with a fantastic view and a million different beverage options for whatever suits your taste. It was amazing that the hotel had its own aquapark for kids, even though the kids were not with us. On top of that, it was very convenient that there were two separate pool zones: one for families, the other adults only. Since it was a romantic vacation, we appreciated it greatly. Very friendly staff made it even better, especially the people working at the reception. We would also like to underline the sheer level of quality of dishes at all of the restaurants. They were really top rank. In addition, it was greatly convenient that we had a big balcony and there were two bathrooms, even though we had a standard apartment.

We could not figure out for quite some time how to adjust the conditioner. That is all.
