We stayed 7 nights in this hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient for those who come to Ifema Madrid. The reception staff work very competently and responsibly. 1)The breakfast is delicious, but I think they need to add some variety to it because it gets boring for a regular guest to eat the same thing every day. 2) unfortunately there were no slippers

Very friendly staff. Great location. The rooms and facilities were super clean. Very comfortable beds.

The breakfast was a bit poor and not very tasty but overall it was good value for money

Clean and comfortable room for the price. We enjoyed being able to open the large window to let in the cool Madrid night air. Many good restaurants are nearby, as the area seems to be the headquarters of a lot of multinational corporations.

Everything was wonderful.

We were in a triple room with two separate spaces, which was great. Good parking and the location (close to T4 of Barajas). Green spaces and restaurants around.

I was missing a kettle to boil water and have tea in the room.

Restaurant was closed during my stay but the promixity of many such places in a 300 meters walk made it easy

I use hotel for short stay between flights so did not use many of facilities. However, bed was comfortable, bath has all-you-need things including toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and body milk, shampoo etc. Breakfast was great, especially jamon and gluten free cake (provided when asked).

Good location close to the airport, but no disturbing noise. Clean premises and nice breakfast.

A bit pricy for the location and the services, but all hotels seem to have increased prices in Madrid lately.

Excellent hotel for the night before a flight. Excellent staff. I asked to change a room and they changed it right away. The rooms are spacious and the mattresses are comfortable. There are good restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking in the hotel parking lot is free.

Huge comfortable bed, large room, very clean, nicely decorated and friendly staff. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Missing tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Room and the atmosphere

Breakfast - same food every day is not good for international guests. Full English will be nice!
