We absolutely loved these apartments. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the apartment was a great size with awesome air conditioning. It was close to the beach, and the food was very fresh with a good selection. Overall we had an amazing time and will definitely be back! Would definitely recommend.

The only criticism I could make was that 1: the Wi-Fi was patchy at best, not fit for purpose at worst. 2: we went for the half board dinner option. The dinner started at 7.30pm. For us, that was far too late. We usually eat around 6pm, especially with our young son with us, we found it way too late.

The room was very nice, clean and well maintained. The bathroom including the shower very large and brand new. The terrace also was a nice surprise because was very spacious and well equipped. The entire residence looks very nice, private and well maintained. The free parking outside is a good plus

Unfortunately mattresses and pillows not very comfortable. Overall It’s a very quiet place with 0 activities, not even background music. A very old ping pong table and 2 pool tables are not enough in my opinion. Internet doesn’t work properly and the staff at the restaurant is not smiling as supposed to be and don’t even greet you when you enter ; the only question is : what’s your room? We often prepared our table by ourselves for the breakfast because they were not set outside.

Lovely staff, a very family oriented hotel, short walk into the small town of 6 or so good restaurants (Casa Fermin has great sushi/ noddles). Garden with the apartment was nice and close to the pool area. Beds were comfy. Air con worked well. Children's pool was fantastic, very shallow but with a very gradual gradient to get in so very young children can walk in and out without any drop.

Breakfast was fine but a better coffee option would have been good (many people are happy to pay extra for a good coffee in the morning!). More croissant selection too but generally absolutely fine. Our shower only worked from the hand held part (button to switch to rain shower was broken) which was a bit annoying

I want to describe this place with one word - Paradise . We went to celebrate our birthdays and it was amazing choice. Location very close to the beach and airport, specious room with two balconies very clean . Since we arrived I lost for the words how great hotel is . Special Thank You to Oscar and Nacho administration guys , you are The Best!!! Always Helping with everything, so caring and kind. All staff include cleaners very welcoming. Thank you for the Kitchen staff, Food so tasty and fresh every Day. Hotel good for kids as well , kids play zone , swimming pool . Everything was Perfect

Love the location, close to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet and not busy. Loved the pool. It was my husband’s birthday and a bottle of sparkling wine was gifted by the manager, very pleasant surprise, as well as the one left in the apartment for our arrival, very nice touch.

In the late evening for entertainment in the apartment, it would have been nice to have some satellite channels on the TV. Didn’t really cater for the British, ie only Sky news or BBC world news. Perhaps Netflix could be added?

Amazing hotel. Great breakfast and evening food. Lovely pool. Clean, comfortable apartment. Friendly staff. This was the perfect hotel for a break with a toddler. She loved the baby pool and park. We couldn’t have wished for a better stay.

Only criticism is the listing said there would be a bath but the apartments have not had any baths for a number of years. But the staff were very apologetic about this and it was a genuine oversight so no big deal.

I thought the hotel was great. I was able to check into my room on arrival at 10am. The reception staff and restaurant staff were so kind and friendly. The apartments were a decent size, with everything you needed. Big balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel was about a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Nice relaxing hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Slight critique that the soft seating area in the living room area could do with a recover, it looked a little tired.

I travelled here with my boyfriend in July. Everything about the property was great. We had a balcony and had a swimming pool view. The swimming pool was big, and nice to cool off. The staff where friendly. There was good air conditioning once we figured out how to use it. You have to set it to the day, my boyfriend figured out and then it started working. There is a supermarket close by with a bus stop down the road if you want to travel to Mahon for the day. There’s also a mini train down the beach which is walking distance with shops and restaurants. I will give this a 9/10 as we didn’t eat the food here as we was self catering. It’s quiet at night. Would recommend.

I didn’t not like anything about the property. Everything was fine.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a five minute walk from Punta Prima beach, restaurants and shops. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, it was our first time travelling with our baby and they made it a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Lots of wildlife within the hotel grounds which was lovely to see. The pools were an added bonus, the adult pool isn't heated but our baby loved paddling in the heated children's pool. Really family friendly.

The bed was two single mattresses pushed together which left a gap or one mattress was higher than the other which wasn't very comfortable.

The food was excellent (breakfast also, but mainly dinner), very friendly and helpfull staff, children friendly (swimming pool excellente for our 2 years old child and besides not having so many toys there's a room for children near the swimming pool. Also an exterior playground). Everything according to what we expected.

Bathroom + kitchen not spectacular, but ok, was enought. We needed to pay extra bed for our children. For 3euro/night, the hotel could be not charging this children bed. I know, it's peanuts, but precisely because of that they could be not chargjng it and have even better rating from our side.
