The room was comfortable and it was right in the middle of downtown

Besides that the staff was helpful to a certain extent, we had a runny toilet for the majority of time we were there. Also Netflix wasn't functional. Juan who tried to fix it by moving us into a new room at the last minute. In the process of resolving the toilet issue, Juan started to question us as children asking whether or not we broke the toilet by trying to fix the leek. He came across quite rude but then fixed his tone after I expressed the inappropriate tone he had on us.

Overall, the stay was quite comfortable. I especially want to highlight the very pleasant and polite staff. The room was small but clean. Cons: The room was small, and the bathroom was a bit cramped, but since we stayed only for a few nights and used the room just for sleeping, it wasn’t a major issue. However, the almost transparent bathroom door was not very comfortable. Also, the soundproofing was poor.

The location is superb, one block away from the main commercial street. Very close to lots of bars and the underground station. The staff are there 247 and quite friendly. The room is clean and bed is comfy.

The room is clean but small, the sink might be too narrow to wash the face. No breakfast is provided in the hotel but it allows us to explore surrounding area for food.

I loved the location, quiet yet central. The bed and the bedding were perfect. The bathroom was very clean and modern. I asked for a balcony room which wasn’t available for my first night. I was switched to a room with a balcony for the remainder of my stay- the staff were so helpful.

An extra blanket in the room would be nice

I liked the location most. Another good thing was the small balcony next to our room where my husband could smoke. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every day as well. One more thing I'd like to point out are the lockers where we kept our luggage as we had late night flight that day. We will definitely come back

It seems the room needed more thorough cleaning. Furniture is extremely basic and scarce - no chairs, no tables, no wardrobe.

The room was nice, comfortable and compact. The location was great, easily accessible to metro, bars, restaurants and so on. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the cleanliness was absolutely perfect! The wifi was good as well.

Some other amenities in the other room would have been better, such as a table/chair, electric kettle, tea/coffee. The coffee machine in the lobby only accepted coins which was a limitation.

Very friendly and helpful staff (great recommendations for fantastic tapas bars only minute or so walk). Fantastic location, close enough to walk to all the big central Barcelona attractions. Felt totally safe as 2 females walking out at night. Also quiet areas in hotel with great WiFi if you need to work.

Seems trivial but the room could have done with a seat or a stool. But really only a very minor thing.

Overall the room was ok. Space was a little bit limited but enough to move around easily. The bed was comfortable and cleaned daily. The bathroom was good, especially the shower which had instantanous hot water. Towels were changed daily even if they shouldn't have been. Special thanks to the staff which was super helpful. Also, the fresh water dispenser in the common hall was a plus.

The bathroom sink was really small. It was totally usable, but a bigger one could have been better.

A great modern, simple & clean hotel in a great area of Barcelona. The staff where fantastic helping us with any questions. Left luggage lockers and room cleaned daily, were a bonus. Lots of great bars, tapas and food options in the area, felt local not touristy.

The ensuite was a little compact.

The location, the rooftop terrace and the friendly staff, especially Sergi who was very helpful. The neighbourhood was very interesting with lots of great restaurants and bars.

The pillows were very soft and lumpy and made sleeping difficult. The room was a little small and we had to put our suitcases on the floor. There was no storage in the bathroom for toiletries.
