The room, as well as the hostel in general, was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and I got some really good tips on what to do in Barcelona! :) The hostel is in a nice and quieter (less touristy) neighbourhood, which I really appreciated. And they get an extra plus point for their terrace.

The bed was not that comfortable and it would have been nice to have a curtain around the bed to get some privacy and not be so easily woken up by roomates turning on the light... Overall, I enjoyed staying at Casa Jam, although I am not sure if I would stay there again, because I didn't sleep well.

The location was excellent, very easy to get around by walking and there were 2 lines of metro to access to the hostel. The hostel is nice and clean matching with the images. They can keep the bag in the bag room before you check-in and after you check-out. The staff are very friendly and helpful with the stay at the hostel and recommendations to get around. It's a great choice for solo travellers. The locker in the bedroom is good, you can lock and unlock with your card.

There was no curtain around each bunk bed. Not so many space to place your stuff in the bedroom (should add more benches and small stools in the room. The shower area wasn't that great as the floor was often wet after the shower. There were not enough shelf / space to put stuff in the bathroom so I struggled to place my stuff a bit when doing things in the bathroom.

The receptionist was kind and thoughtful. She also provided a map to me and explained the surroundings. If you are a tall person like me (+190 cm) you will find the beds pretty much comfortable, since they are long enough. If you enjoy walking a bit, the metro station was not far away.

It was an hostel room in the end, so the comfort also depends on the other people you stay with. If you are lucky, there would be decent people. Personally I did not have any problems. The price for a bed was questionable, but since it was the peak season, it was okay in the end.

Great hostel! Even though it’s technically not in the city center, the neighborhood is really nice and well connected by buses and the metro. The hostel feels more like a small hotel – very clean, modern, and beautifully designed, with great common areas that are genuinely pleasant to hang out in. Not crowded at all – no lines or big groups. Friendly staff who were helpful with anything I needed. For a hostel – it’s top-notch!

It would be nice to have bed curtains, that’t all that comes to my mind.

The place is great! Situated in a really nice area, close to the tube, cafes and restaurants. Quiet and safe. There is really nice design in the common areas. Kitchen is great, coffee and tea available all day. The staff were really nice and gave as a lot of recommendations about the restaurants and places. We would definitely come back if we will come to visit Barcelona again.

The bed was comfortable but unstable, because the legs were too short or too long. That will be amazing to have a single overmattress in a room with a double bed. The seating area on the terrace could be better arranged, but there are just details. The whole stay was great!

The staff of Casa Jam were so welcoming! They made every effort to make my stay comfortable including happily storing my luggage for a whole day! The common kitchen/dining area was clean, functional and nice to have as an option to cook, hang out or do some laptop work.

Casa Jam is very small, which is nice because it gives a homey vibe, but it means you can hear everything! I was woken very early each morning by people using the bathrooms or terrace. The shared rooms themselves are also a bit tight so I felt as if I was in the way of my other roommates sometimes.

We had an amazing time at Casa Jam. The staff was very helpful and friendly, always ready to help when requested. Roberto was amazing! He did our check in and did us a tour of the facilities. He even offered to store our luggage at the hostel after our check out! We stayed in a nice 4 bedroom apartment with private external bathroom and it was very spacious and confortable! The kitchen had everything that is needed and an excellent selection of tea and coffee which is free for guests. The location was also nice, around a 15 min walk to Sagrada Familia which we were eager to visit. We loved it ! Highly recommend everyone to stay at Casa Jam!

The property is well located, check in and check out it’s easy to be done. Places can reachable by walking, they have nice bars and cafes nearby.

It would be amazing if the staff could put in the rooms the “no disturb” sign cause, my friend and I were over the weekend in Barcelona. And for 2 days in a row the cleaner came to our room without knocking, she just entered, the first time we were getting ready, the second time we were in bed. I found a bit unpleasant having someone entering in my room without knocking, think how extremely embarrassing would be if it would be a couple having an intimate moment……. So “no disturb” sign can be amazing to avoid such situations.

The room, bathroom and kitchen was super clean. The locker to store your bag was inside the room and could be opened and locked with your key card. The first day I arrived before my check in time, the staff was super nice and let me store my bags in a locked room during the day and explained to me the locale area on a map and showed me the closest subway stations.

A little far from the main area would likely want to get a bus/subway pass if staying here for convenience.

A really cool and quirky hostel with the most helpful and friendly staff. It felt really safe and was nice and quiet despite being in a really vibrant area. Lovely kitchen with excellent facilities and free coffee/tea is a great touch! Lovely location with plenty of restaurants, bars and bakeries around. Joanic metro only a few minutes by foot. Also, an amazing restaurant at the end of the street called El Glop which was sensational. I highly recommend this hostel.

Can't really fault anything. The room was long but not particularly wide so there was a little struggle with big suitcases but we managed.
