Everything in this hotel is just excellent. Wonderful, very helpful and professional stuff. Great swimming pool with sunbeds where you can really relax. Amazing bar menu and a restaurant where you can eat local food and waiting time for food is really fast. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Location of the hotel is good- 5 min walk from the beach (maybe it is not the best beach at the coast but for few hours it is ok). Breakfast is just ideal- many food options, regional hams, juice bar, kid's corner, even bar with mimosa and aperol spritz! I think that this hotel is perfect if you want to combine relaxation at a pool/beach and visiting Barcelona.

We received a room for disabled people and shower in bathroom was really low. It was really uncomfortable to use it. Many people arrived for a weekend and waiting time for lift was 4-5 min, some lifts were even not functioning.

The suite was amazing and spacious. Thank you! the air con in this room didn't work very well, we did inform reception about it. All else was great, the view, the space, the location near the mall and food quarters. Not so far to other site seeing destinations too. the Hotel staff were very accommodating and looked after our luggage as we arrived early and we left late, they allowed us to leave the luggage and relax in the lobby and come and go.

Pool is a little small. but nice seating areas and very nice service in getting towels daily and seated at a lounge. great drinks too, they accommodated non alcohol drinks. Only issue was the family before us had not settled their bill and it got added to our room because we got the lounge after they left. they drank alcohol, and we do not drink alcohol. luckily we were not charged but it did come up on the way out / on check out.

Everything was amazing, rooms were clean and very comfortable. We had the the room with the pool view but were also able to see the beach which was amazing. The hotel is walking distance from the beach and also has a great connecting system to anywhere in the city which guys from reception and bar explained very nicely to us. The service is extra nice in every department, we would like to especially mention the bar team which very super friendly and gave us all the information we needed as well as one of the receptionist who even wrote us on paper the stations and what to visit. We would definitely love to come back especially since we found out they will be renovating the whole hotel..🤗

Stayed here during Primavera Sound, had a really lovely time, the staff were all super friendly and helpful, the room was a great size, a little worn in places but still lovely and all the amenities you'd expect from the Hilton. The shower functioned well and had good pressure. Breakfast was an absolute treat, lots of choice and options, the perfect way to set yourself up for the day. The shopping centre and supermarket opposite were also practical.

The pool area was nice however on both times we used the pool there was loud music playing, not sure if this was just keeping up the festival vibe or if it's like this all the time. Would have been nice to have a calmer more relaxing pool area or a space by the pool that's a quiet zone with out house music blaring. As a result we didn't stay too long by the pool as it wasn't the most relaxing. The water and ice dispensers on our floor never seemed to work which was somewhat frustrating.

My sea view king room was fabulous with plenty of space for me. I have hidden disabilities and use an electric wheelchair ♿️ but there was ample room to enter and exit. The room design was novel, and I loved the desk and wardrobe area behind the bed. The bathroom having a separate shower was really good, too. Had I not had a variety of chronic musculoskeletal problems, I'd have watched the tv while in the bath as well. This made me the envy of my friends. The staff as a whole were fantastic and catered for my needs very well. The restaurant staff at breakfast in particular were amazing 👏🏻 🤩 They helped me as a person with complex health each morning to get what I wanted. They were super kind, attentive, and friendly 💜 Thank you to you all for such a lovely stay

The lift system was clever, but not without flaws! Often left waiting for a while for my designated lift to appear.

Hotel itself is very nice, great location, nice food, nice pool :)

1) when checking in and out was promised complimentary parking (reasonable since i spent quite a lot) and then when leaving everyone pretended that they dont know what im talking about.. that was quite sad, since i was already late for airport. If i needed to pay at first place, could ve just said that, not pretending to be extra friendly and then just making a scene 2) took weeks to get the reseved money back, which by accident was taken more than supposed to be and numerous phone calls to get the PROMISED invoices sent to me

The staff were amazing. And it was very clean and comfortable. I think its one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in Barcelona.

The only thing which was small on the grand scale of things was that you need to book a sunbed at the hotel pool. If you dont, you get put on a list for many hours. And if you can't find a seat. You can not order drinks as you won't have a table number. After a long wait, we got a few chairs close to the pool so I could watch the children. But maybe a warning at check-in would rectify this.

The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Lovely that we had a water fountain just outside the room to refill the water bottles. We had breakfast one of the mornings which was delicious. Starbucks coffee machine down in the lobby was nice. We also loved the location of the hotel

It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room, as is standard in a lot of hotels. We also thought the deposit at check in was quite steep and we were almost encouraged to spend it. The breakfast buffet was very nice but very expensive at 33 euro per person per day

Benjamin was absolutely awesome! We had an issue which really impacted our initial thoughts of the hotel however after one conversation with Benjamin he sorted that out within minutes! He really changed our perception of the hotel and his actions meant that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel for the remainder of the next 3 days. Definitely made a huge impact on us!

Everything was amazing, the only thing was that the location was a bit far from the centre of Barcelona which is nothing that they can really fix and it was a very very small issue.

The swimming area should be aligned to the hotel’s guests more than the external customers and events. My suggestion to segregate the swimming area to maximum 33% to the external customers and the rest 67% to the hotel guests
