Our stay was excellent from the very first moment – we were welcomed by a smiling staff. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the room was already prepared and we were able to check in. The room was very nice, with very comfortable beds, clean and pleasant. The hotel is beautiful both inside and out, and it smells wonderful. Breakfast had a wide selection – everyone can find something they like. Great location, whether heading to the sea or the city center. Once again, thank you to the wonderful hotel staff – the ladies at breakfast and the gentlemen at the reception. It was a fantastic stay.

A modern hotel but with a traditional facade. Without exception all the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect within walking distance of the centre of Barcelona (station, beach, Ramblas, Sagrada Familia) and plenty of restaurants .

The airconditioning is (apparently) centrally controlled on a floor by floor basis and the in-room controls are not operational. Reception were however most helpful. Strangely the safe had no batteries and the only way to operate it was using the key - and you were asked to sign to say if lost the key would be charged at €50 !!! The room fridge chilled - don't expect a cold beer!

We are an elderly couple who don’t speak English. This is our first Euro Rail trip. We only had a basic understanding of the Euro Rail Pass and didn’t know how to operate it. We were fortunate to book this hotel and meet two Chinese staff members at the front desk. They were enthusiastic and patient, carefully teaching us how to use our phones and computers to operate the Euro Rail Pass and purchase train tickets to Madrid. One of the female staff members even took her spare time to figure out the mobile operation process and taught us step by step. Thanks to them, we were able to smoothly start our Euro Rail journey. We are extremely grateful for the excellent service of the hotel.

Amazing location , close to all main tourist attractions and few steps away from el born and gothic quarter.Lovely view from the balcony, high ceilings.The hotel looks pretty new and the advertising pictures correlate actual state the hotel is in. Exceptionally clean and welcoming.

Tourist tax wasn't mentioned anywhere on the booking.com and we were charged additional approx 70euros for 5 nights stay on arrival.I understand cities have tourist taxes but this should be mentioned upfront. We booked a double room and received twin, didn't complain as we were tired . The bathtub was awkwardly positioned and had issues with standing water. Although the hotel was well insulated for noise pollution from the outside,we could hear everything in the rooms around us.

The hotel met my expectations. The staff is friendly and helpfull (could solve almost all your needs). Cleaning was done every other day. Breakfast was the same for all 5 days that we stayed, not much of variety of dishes, still you could always something to eat and stay satisfied. With room we had 2 small issues and basically ignored it, was no plug for the baththub and one spot light was blinking time to time. It was end of January 2025. Nice compliment from hotel - transfer from the airport with a new MB Viano. Location for us was perfect, easy to find any transport you need, and the Railway station right in the neighboring building. 15-20 minutes walk to the center, 10-12 minutes walk to the bay area.

No bath robes in the room. Maybe a little bit more variety of dishes at the breakfast won't be superfluous. For the gym, would be nice to have indoor rowing machine.

Hotel is very nice - clean and all facilities. Staff- very kind and prompt in service. I will like to appreciate- Nicolas Fornell, Yeray Sun Sergio gutirrr and buffet area in-charge. Breakfast- very nice and lot of variety menus. Room: spacious, balcony and big windows. Nearby: La-Rambla and Gothic quarter is very close on walking distance. Metro: Barcelonata metro station 2 min walk. However H14, V19, D20 buses takes you to most of places. Beach: just 5min walking distance. This is best hotel for family stay, just go for it. You will feel best decision to chose this hotel for holiday.

This was not the first time I stayed here - great location, walking distance to the most must see places. Just few minutes away from the Gothic neighborhood. Lots of places to eat around. Nice folks at the reception. Definitely this is the first property to look for availability when visiting Barcelona.

It was a bit pricy this time, but to be fair - it was a hign season and that were the prices for all hotels.

From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed at the hotel. Mr. Bia was exceptionally kind and even spoke German with us after noticing we were from Germany. He continued the entire conversation in German, which was quite impressive, and he explained everything perfectly. He even gave us some great tips for our beach visit. Talking with him felt like chatting with a friend, it was really pleasant. The location of the hotel was fantastic. The Barceloneta beach was very close, as was the metro, and there were great restaurants, breakfast spots, and bars nearby. The room itself was beautiful, with a balcony, and we even had a view of the Sagrat Cor from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona!

Very good location close to many city attractions Very inviting atmosphere. Every question was answered. Every request was fulfilled by staff. I like contemporary decor and balcony in the room

There is a marble floor, but no sleepers In the room. I had to buy sleepers to feel comfortable. Hotel is located on busy street, but It is quiet at night Anyone who is sensitive to street noise should be concerned.

The hotel was in an excellent location near loads of eating places, the centre of town and the waterfront. The only downside was there was no bar to sit at night in the hotel. Sometimes it's nice to relax after being out all day and have a nightcap before bed. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. Breakfasts had a great variety of hot/cold. Whole area very clean. Rooms super comfy and clean. Would highly recommend it for a short break.
