Location is great you are sorrounded by places you can visit museums,malls,parks,public transport,restaurants,whole erea is great. Room is neat and tidy might look a bit old but everything is fine,bathroom ir large woth spacious shower. AC in the room is great and it feels super cool inside so you can sleep in comfort The private terrace is great plenty of space with your own table chairs umbrella and suntan bed. Amazing staff ready to help and answer all your questions.

The bed is a bit too hard but that is just personal taste and furniture looks a bit outdated but we do not mind that as we didnt spend much time inside hotel.

Nice interior, good climate control, clean and comfortable room, great public transportation options, but it is also great just to walk around in any direction. (port, beach, restaurants, park, bars, souvenir shops, etc - depending on which way you head out)

There is no easy access to the garage (it is across the square); you always need someone from the hotel to come with you, and let you in and out with your car. The staff didn't seem to feel enthusiastic about us when we arrived and then when we checked out, apparently, it was a hassle for them to handle this garage situation. It is still great that they offer a solution at all. Once you drop off the car, it is easy: public transportation options are plenty around the hotel, and the beach is within walking distance. (It's a 15-minute walk, but we thought it was great.)

The staff was excellent, from reception to the kitchen staff. All so friendly and helpful. The location is excellent as it's very close to a hop on hop off stop, the aquarium, a huge mall and the beautiful marina. It is also right next door to very nice restaurants. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of variety and very delicious.

While I appreciated that we had 2 balconies each with great views, the doors were not sound proof so it can get a bit noisy. The walls are also quite thin and we had the displeasure of inconsiderate neighbors blasting loud music at 3am which came right through the walls waking us all up.

Great location, right next to transport connections, shops, sea, old town. Good choice for breakfast, although every morning the same stuff might be annoying for longer stays. Sea, port view from terrace, this is an added value if you agree to pay for it.

WiFi kept turning off regularly, I had to ask a new user and pass daily, its especially annoying. Sound isolation between rooms was poor, could hear next room activities easily. Coffee machine was not operational, could not get any drinks outside breakfast hours. Homeless people hanging next door is not my favorite company.

The Hotel is very clean and the location is just the best you can have in Barcelona! The rooms are very well designed: nothing fancy, but everything is in very good condition, things are exactly where they need to be. Bed was really good: firm and new. Really friendly staff: we asked for extra pillows, because of my back problems and we got them immediately. I have been in Barcelona countless times, but this was overall one of the best experiences for me. This three star hotel felt like a five star for us! We will surely come back, no need to change as we found Del Mar!

The location of the hotel is super, just 2 minutes walk from the Barceloneta metro station and close to different bus stops. Also, the hotel is very close to Barceloneta beach, 15 minutes walk or bus. The room was very clean, good dimension, the beds comfortable. The staff was nice; they kept our luggage after check-out and and booked the taxi for us to the airport efficiently. A really nice stay, I recommend it!

Not much. Only one thing, the bathroom didn't have neither a window nor a fan (or I guess it was very very low), so when we showered the steam would become too too dense, sometimes we had to open the door of the bathroom after the shower. Another thing, just a detail, it would've been nice to have some tea and tea cups available in the room.

First, I felt a bit disappointed because our room's window faced a lichthof inside. But then I realized that is was not a "bug" but a "feature" because this way we slept in relative silence after 20000 steps a day. Streets there are busy and loud even in the nighttime, it's better to stay isolated while resting.

Situated near the harbour. Plenty of places to eat and near to the 2 different city bus tour stops. The area is flat and it is not difficult to take a stroll to the gothic quarter. The exterior is lovely and it felt really nostalgic to step out onto the little wrought iron balcony. The welcome was attentive, the staff spoke and understood English and parking is available at an additional cost. The garage area is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The buffet breakfast selection was good. There is an option to order evening meals and snacks through a room service menu.

The room was exceptionally hot throughout the night even though we had our heating turned off. There are sheets and blankets on the beds - these were ok and definitely adequate due to the heat in the room, but we are used to duvets - both low and high tog. The shower is over the bath, which again was ok, but we would have preferred a walk in shower.

Wonderful location, both close to the sea and main historical blocks, subway station is around the corner, many great places to have any kind of food. The terrace was a great addition, not so spectacular view though, but you can bath in the sun or enjoy evening by a glass of something adding enjoyment to your life 😁 Beds are very comfortable, small fridge.

Several things to highlight: no tea kettle, such a small insignificant item but would be really nice to have to make a cup of tea. Right behind the wall there was a room with housekeeping goods and housekeepers were making a lot of noise there, which did not feel really good when you are trying to make a midday nap.

Friendly staff. Helpfull and wellcoming at every turn. Nice location between the Barceloneta beach/promenade and El Born with all the food and drink you need. And close to the Barceloneta metro station. A good base in Barcelona for a few days. The room was clean but the shover a bit riccety. There was a nice size roof terrace to the room which I am sure I would have aprreciated higher in an warmer season. The breakfast buffet was ok, not really lacking in quality or choices but not outstanding either. A sufficient fueling station for the morning.
