Clean, well maintained hotel close to a mall and metro line. Walkable to Sagrada Familia. Good place to stay for a few nights prior to a cruise.

In room coffee station not set up well in a pull out shelf that you couldn’t really use without removing the coffee maker or electric kettle. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy - I probably wouldn’t explore the area at night.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The rooftop has a lovely view at sunset and the bar serves great cocktails. Really good value for money we would return :)

The rooms weren’t soundproof as advertised. We could hear water being flushed down the pipes from the other rooms.

Really lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The location of this hotel is really excellent as it is only a short walk away from a metro which will take you into the centre of the city. I visited at the beginning of March so I was not able to fully enjoy the rooftop but I would love to come again and experience it.

Whilst the room and cleanliness was great, unfortunately the smell from the shower drain was strong and overpowered the room. There was a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom which detracted from what was a really enjoyable stay.

I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located near the Primavera sound festival but at the same time not too far from the main tourists attractions. The hotel is modern and well kept, for breakfast there are a lot of options. I tried they restaurant on the ground floor, it was extremely good albeit pricy as it can be expected. The neighbourhood is really nice, there are tram, buses, metro and a train station close by.

There is nothing i can complain about this hotel as I really had a great stay.

I would just prefer to have a normal door to the bathroom instead of the glass ones as I was travelling with a colleague.

The hotel’s location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood with the metro just a few minutes away. The room was spacious enough for two, the bed was comfortable, as well as the pillows. The staff was also very helpful.

I wasn’t a fan of the bathroom design. The sink was separated from the shower and toilet by a glass door that was only partially covered, with a large cutout serving as the handle, making it easy to see through. Additionally, since the door was glass, it wasn’t soundproof. This setup can be quite awkward when sharing the room with someone other than a romantic partner, such as a friend.

Lovely rooms, very clean. The rooftop pool was very relaxing and comfy sun loungers. It was my birthday when I was there and the hotel went over and above To make it special for me which was appreciated.

Nothing really. There’s definitely a missed opportunity by the hotel with lunch and snacks. The only food you can get from the hotel is a formal sit down dinner - the rooftop bar don’t serve any food which seemed a shame as I saw many people asking for some snacks or lunch, but this didn’t impact our stay. If you walk over into Westfield there is a good food market for lunches

The rooms were nice and neat. It was spacious and had all the required amenities. The sauna and gym was great. It was in a nice location. Close to the metro and some shops. Nice view from the 9th floor.

No robes were provided for use of the sauna. I had to go down to the reception twice before a robe was sent to my room. The lady as the reception didn’t offer me a robe the first time and asked me to use the towels in the gym but there was no lockers there to store your clothes. So I had to go down to the reception again to request for a robe cos they weren’t answering the phones.

The pool area was wonderful. The bar and restaurant was very stylish with lovely staff. The area was not so central but it was still lovely.

I saw people at the pool with drinks but I wasn't allowed to have one at the pool, for some reason. The bathroom was a fully accessible bathroom, which I didn't request but some of the handles/seat in the shower made it a little less spacious and comfortable. I do understand that accessibility is very important though so it's not a complaint
