Clean, well equipped, great restful matresses, very clean sheets, enough towels, a great coffee shop nearby ,a lagguage storage system very well organized, we are a demanding group, but were very pleased to find this place, a warm recommendation.On the top of all we were promised a 1 bathroom apartment, but we received a 2 full equipped 2 bathroom one.Close to the sea , but not far from city center and last but not least great communication with people that adminitrates the building☺️

Was a little bit noisy on the evening,but not a deal breaker, was the Poblenou fiesta , but not something to make not to choose this establishment again

I read the reviews after booking a non-refundable stay, I was then worried about what we would find upon arrival...totally wrong its lovely, clean warm and comfortable we loved everything about this place. There was a bit on noise late on into the night but this wasnt excessive and after all people go on holiday to have fun and we enjoyed hearing their laughter. Perfect location close to metro a few little shops and a tapas bar close by. Complimentry coffee, shower gel etc as well as a lovely little cleaning kit so no need to go out and buy extra for the weekend. The beds are really comfy and the place was warm and cosy (December visit) I will be returning and would reccomend 100%. Thank you for having us

Nothing not to like

Comfortable spacious apartment, excellent roof terrace with an unexpected view of Sagrada Familia and other landmarks, Walking distance to the beach, Arc de Triomphe and Sagrada Familia. Behind the property, within a very short distance the road led to plenty of cafes, supermarkets, places to eat and shops which also gave access to the beach

Not a lot negative to say, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, one thing to maybe mention was at times, there was a sewerage smell while out walking but don't let that put you off and the smell was not inside the apartment or roof terrace. All in all a great, fun stay.

Spotlessly clean, so spacious. Lots of wardrobe space for 5 girls on a hen do! Pool although smaller than it appears is a nice touch and provided a lot of entertainment for us! The location seems almost local? We went to some great restaurants very close by! Loved it

Sadly on our second day we had a long power cut in the morning and weren’t really given any updates, I know it happens! But just would have preferred to be kept updated. It came back on for about 10 minutes, and then went off again! By the evening when we got back it was at least on again!

Very lovely flat on 4th floor!! First bonus is an elevator, because we had a pram. The flat is super spacious and bright. Everything modern, and had everything we could possibly need. Lovely neighbourhood. A baby crib was very kindly put in the room for us, even though he refused to sleep on his own haha Host answered right away and all information was provided quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay again in summer. Even though it was December, flat was super warm.

Well located, good facilities. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the coffee pods and oil left for us.

Floors were very dirty, you could see and feel streaks of dirt, which meant walking round barefoot wasn’t comfortable. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the roof top and pool, as it was very very small and every time we tried it was full of other people so that was disappointing. We were also only left 2 pool towels between 6 of us.

there was a lot of cafes near by the apartment and also supermarkets, the centre was only a 15 min drive which was perfect! 20 min walk from the beach which was also perfect! The staff were only at the other end of the phone if an issue, the rooftop pool was amazing, perfect sun trap, apartments are spotless and balcony on there too! would definatly return! Very good value for what you get!

Perfect size for us. Location for the metro was brilliant and bus service.

The very noisy front door to the apartment block. Was very heavy and made a very loud noise when people were going in and out. Could do with some sort of noise dampener on it so it doesn’t disturb people as much.

Lovely neighbourhood. Supermarket 2 blocks away. Metro station 1 block. Lot of coffee places, eating options nearby. Lovely terrace and small roof pool as a bonus. You can actually see the sea from the bedroom windows when you look carefully :-) Well equipped kitchen + washing machine. No dishwasher though.

City tax came as a surprise on top of the costs shown in Booking.

The apartment had everything necessary for a pleasant stay and the public transport stop was nearby. The apartment was quiet and had enough space. Separate bathrooms by both bedrooms were a nice surprise.

Couldn't find washing gel for the washing machine, but that didn't matter too much :)
