The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable. Soft towels. A kettle and a small fridge in the room. Close to the beach and the subway/bus stop. Tasty breakfast, i especially liked the pineapple.

Room was quite small, however sufficient. Room is good for family/close friends, since the translucent glass bathroom door have a poor sound insulation. (Cant imagine sharing the room with a colleague :) ). Would appreciate more vegetables for breakfast.

The hotel is located just at the end of the Barcelonetta next to a historical cemetery. It is a new age building with 6 floors and big windows which open fully and offer a beautiful view. The hotel is quite new I think but does need some updating here and there. We stayed on the 6th floor and really had a great time enjoying the view. The hotel is easy to reach by metro but is not in the most convenient location to move around the city. *The rooms have baths which was a pleasant surprise *We really liked the views at any time of the day *There is an all-use package in the room with all kinds of handy goodies like raizers, shower things, and stuff to fix your clothes it is one of the best-supplied rooms. *The hotel is close to a great small restaurant district which offers a big variety of excellent food. *There is a high-end functioning cleaning system and whatever you ask for they will oblige, definitely a high-class team.

The hotel in general needs a small upgrade related to some mini fix-ups. Like paint spots or floorboards that come a little loose. There is also some staining here and there that of course is not the fault of the hotel but could use an upgrade. We also had the feeling that the sheets and bed covers could have been cleaner. *There is no toilet brush which is just very weird and inconvenient. *The room does not really have drawers or a closet to put your close away which can be tricky if you stay longer than a few days.

Staff is very friendly and helpful and we extremely appreciated that we could take our room a little earlier than the official 3 pm. Location is excellent and the hotel is very clean!

The windows. There was construction work going on outside, which of course is nothing the hotel can do about. However, there was something wrong with the windows as it did not at all block out any sound coming from the street down below. We could clearly hear people talking and the construction of work beginning 9 am every day. This issue was raised towards the staff, they mentioned that a technician would be sent to check but in the end nothing seemed to be have done about it. If the windows would have been fixed, then this hotel would be just perfect for the price paid.

We stayed at the Best 4 Barcelona for new year, the hotel and rooms are very clean, friendly staff, very good food, excellent WIFI connection, the hotel is situated within a 5 minute walk to the sea front and in easy reach of all the major attractions, you can use the metro or bus or walk, The La Sagrada Familia, La Rambla are all walkable in around 30/40 mins. The only thing i would change is the evening dinner times which is 8pm, for us it would be better at 6pm.

Best 4 turned out to be the perfect hidden gem for our stay in the quiet neighborhood of Poblenou, and we couldn’t have chosen a better location. The hotel is just 300 meters from the beach and only 200 meters from the lively "Rambla del Poblenou", a pedestrian area similar with the famous "La Rambla", full of terraces, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks here and found it the ideal spot for a glass of wine or a meal at any time of day. The cleanliness was impeccable. Our room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day. The breakfast was excellent and offered great value for money, and we appreciated the secure parking for our car. We also found that getting around the city was incredibly easy from the hotel. With bus and metro stations nearby, all the major attractions in Barcelona were within easy reach. However, we often opted to walk, enjoying the chance to explore the city’s boulevards, parks, and stunning architecture at our own pace. The staff at Best 4 Barcelona truly made our stay memorable. We encountered an issue with our car battery during our stay, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful. One gentleman, in particular, went out of his way to assist us — first trying to help us in the parking lot and then arranging for a mechanic to come out on a Saturday. We went for a walk and by the time we returned the car was fixed with a new battery, all thanks to the hotel’s amazing service. It’s the kind of hospitality that really makes you feel at home.👍 One unique aspect of the location is that it’s right across from the Poblenou Cemetery. While some might find this noteworthy, we actually found it interesting — especially the famous “Kiss of Death” statue within the cemetery. Best 4 Hotel was the perfect base for our Barcelona adventure.

For anyone sensitive, it’s worth noting that the elevator can be a bit noisy. The shower floor can get slippery, so we recommend using rubber slippers if you’re not a fan of “soap skating”. The hotel's restaurant is small and can become crowded at times. In such situations, breakfast can also be served at the bar next to the reception.

The price paid was very steep for the quality of the hotel and the services. I understand it’s the high tourist season, but the prize we paid was completely out of sync with the quality of the hotel

Room was amazing size, bathroom as well. One down thing was that it was too cold i a room, air con did not work properly when on heating mode. Location was very good, close to the beach, metro and bus. Shopping is close by, too. Hotel was cleaned daily, clean all around. Amazing evening meals on the menu in a restaurant, recommend to book breakfast and dinner.

The wi-fi speed was terrible inside of the room. It`s better to say that no wi-fi in the rooms. The administration of the hotel need to do something with this!

Everything was clean, the location is awesome, very close to the beach and not too far from centre, we walked everyday :) staff was great and helpful.

Only two things I would change- the breakfast lacked variety, we didn’t go after 2 times, it was all the same and some things weren’t too tasty, it was 12eur/person which is not bad, but I would expect more for the money. Also, bathroom doors did not close so that took some getting used to :D
