There are a supermarket, pharmacy, pubs around, it is quiet. 5 minutes to the beach and also just a few minutes to the bus goes to the inner city. We were traveling with our adult child, so the single bed was perfect for her. The main bedroom is spacious, in case someone would be travelling with a baby and and would want an extra baby bed in there.

It is a souterrain apartment partially, so you need to go a few stairs down and so you arrive into the kitchen, and then there are 14 stairs up to the bedroom and bathroom. And that is why it is cold down. This might be comfortable in summer times.

The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was close to the metro station, maybe 10 min walking distance, and close to shops and restaurants. I liked the fact that we could make self check-in and the fact that we could store our luggage at the office reception the day we departed. For those visiting when it is warm outside, a bonus would be close proximity to the beach. We did not have time to go there, but maybe next time 😀. The bathroom was spacious.

It felt a little cold in the living room when you turned off the air conditioning, maybe because there was a big vent and the couch was so close to it. Also, the couch was too close to the TV furniture when pulled out to go to sleep. You could not walk behind it or in front of it, so it got a little tricky if we needed to get something from the kitchen. In the morning it was somewhat noisy. You could hear people from the bedroom, probably using the building elevator. Hot water would not last for all 4 adults and one child, so we had to take showers in turns, needing to wait for the boiler to reheat the water.

We were satisfied with the apartment. We had everything we needed. We also had a small balcony where we enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. And again, there is something interesting to look at. There are also good cafes and restaurants. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach. Communication with the staff was good. They were kind. We arrived outside reception opening hours, but there were no problems entering the apartment. Everything was as in the instructions we received. It also meant a lot to us that we could leave our suitcases in their office after check out.  Povratne informacije

Some cabinets are a little wobbly and require repair

Everything was perfect. We really did feel like at home. The apartments were super clean. Everything was clean and smelled so nice! Great for families with children. Staff was really friendly and helpful, we arrived very late at night, but got very clear instructions on how to get the key and reach the apartment. We loved the area, the closest supermarket and pharmacy were less than 1 min away. And we didn’t expect the apartment to be so close to the seaside (much closer than it looks on the maps!), we had a really great time at the apartment and pleasant walks nearby. :)

Beds very comfortable, even the bunk beds. Sofa bed was large too. Large terrace which was nice to have. Shower was nice and supplied shampoo/body wash. Had lots of dishes and even had coffee we could use. Had fridge and freezer. Even had ice cube tray which I always appreciate. Having dishwasher was nice. Has AC which was awesome Location is very close to the beach, easy walk there. It is a bit further from main attractions if that's what you are looking for but we preferred being closer to the beach. Grocery stores close by. A decent amount of restaurants nearby as well.

Pictures make it look newly renovated, which it kind of is but definitely a lot of peeling wall paper/paint and cracks along bottom of walls and such but didn't really bother us, still felt clean enough. Bit of mold and paint chipping on edges of shower floor but not a huge deal. Had tv and even some English channels, would have been nice to have the option of signing into Netflix or something but again, not a huge deal for us either. The wicker in the patio lounge chairs on terrace were quite broken, had to be very careful sitting on them, matter of time until they break right through. All very minor things though.

It is a clean space, modern furniture, good bed including the couch for kid. It is close to the Bogatell beach, also very close to Poblenou Rambla, but very very far from the center and Rambla.

We had to wait one our in the middle of the night to enter the room because the cards were not working. It was not a pleasure but the staff at the phone and the guy who came from home solved at the end the problem. So, this automatic check in system has big issues, be carefull. Location is in the Poblenou, nice neibourghhood, but you need about 40 + minutes to reach the center by bus or by metro. There are some details in the appartment wich had to be fixed, like the door of the bathroom, difficult to close.

Great position, only 5 minutes to the beach, and great communication. The area was quiet enough for a family with a toddler (during late March), even during the weekend - the bar nearby stopped playing loud music at 10pm sharp on a Friday night and the music was not audible at all in the bedroom. A crib and a baby bath tub were arranged in the apartment upon request. There is also everything to cook at home and there are also several restaurants delivering via Glovo. Plenty of transportation options too (metro, bus, taxi). We felt it was just perfect! I also would like to note that it was one of the few options with a reasonable cancellation policy, namely only the price for the first night instead of the entire cost of the stay (which seems to be the most common in Barcelona).

We had a wondeful 9-day stay in this cute and cozy apartment! I really appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped with applicances and utensils - an electric stove with an oven, an electric kettle, a coffee-machine (filters), a couple of frying pans, casseroles, etc. (the only thing I was missing in the kitchen was a spatula or a turner). It was also generously stuffed with some basics such as sugar, salt, teabags, coffee, olive oil. Very clean, elegant and quiet place, in a very nice area, with plenty of coffee-shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a small convenience store in the building and a local market just 100 meters away. A super-market is located within a 5-minute walk. Also, it's just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 7-10 minute-walk to the Poblenou metro station. That staff in the office (Raquel) was super-nice and friendly. Although there was a small incident with the electrical wiring in the building during the last day of our stay, the situation was well managed and every effort was made to take care of the needs of the guests. All in all - I definitely recommend this place and would certinly come back again.

A nice clean apartment, perfect location. The staff were lovely, they kept us informed with the checking in process. We checked in to our apartment in the evening outside office hours due to our flight time. They also looked after our luggage at there office about a minute away from our apartment, as our return journey was also an evening flight. Overall will stay again if in Barcelona!

Towards the end of our stay the keyfob system at the main enterance wouldn't work, but main enterance door stay unlocked. This could be a potential security issue for guests if any unauthorised people were to gain access.

Great location, we could see the sea from the balcony and it was a couple of minutes' walk to be on a lovely beach. It is further from other more central attractions, but everything is easily reached by the bus or metro. There is a lovely roof terrace that is a communal area. The facilities were good for our needs and everything was very clean. Sandra, who met us on arrival, was very friendly and helpful. When we had some problems or needed an extra washing machine tab, they were quick to respond. There is a supermarket and local market, a one minute walk away, which is perfect for getting supplies. The electricity in the flat was a bit temperamental. We were told this was normal by the 24/7 help desk and were able to fix it by switching on and off the fuses. Still, some things appeared to not be able to run together (we struggled with the stove and the oven). There were also a few things that would have made the kitchen more useful, such as salt and pepper, foil, kitchen roll, and baking paper. We ended up buying some. There was also quite a lot of noise. However, overall, our stay here was amazing, and these small details will not stop us from visiting again!
