Our stay at Lugaris Beach was truly unforgettable! The hotel is very close to the beach, and the neighborhood is absolutely lovely. There are all kinds of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby — many of them open even late at night. Getting to the city center is also very easy thanks to bus stops just around the corner. The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need: a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, air conditioning… everything worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and ensured a good night’s sleep. There is a secure underground parking garage in the building, and we could take the elevator directly up to our apartment. It made bringing up our luggage very easy. We paid €20 per day for the parking. On the rooftop, there are two small pools: one is 50 cm deep and the other 110 cm. They’re perfect for kids, and the view from up there is really nice. Lucia, who welcomed us, was incredibly kind and friendly — she patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel truly welcome. If we return to Barcelona, we’ll definitely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed there with a todler (1 year) and they prepared the room for us (gave us a nice child bed, a child seat in the kitchen) and also removed most of the decorations from the lower part of the room so out of reach for the kid. :) We arrived at night, long past the reception closing time, but it was not a problem, a very kind security person waited for us. The apartment had all the required facilities. And the location is perfect - first of all the neighbourhood, Poblenou, is great because it's less crowded with turists, but still have a vacation vibe (3-5 minutes away from the beach-road), 3 mins away from Ramble de Poblenou (full of restaurants, pastries and shops) and good connections to bus (2 mintues) and metro lines (10-12 minutes walking). And mandatory, try Tango Grill restaurant (5 minutes walking from the apartment) - once we discovered it, we went there 3 evenings in a row. :)

While the value was very good, the price was still a bit too high. I know Barcelona gets quite expensive there days (early October 2024) but still 200+ per night for an apartment is expensive. The TV was not smart (could not access any Netflix / Disney+ / etc) with any accounts. Also there was no HDMI cable available in the room; we asked at the Reception, they said we can get one the next day, but the next day they said they had only 1 (for 30-40 apartments...) and it was given to another person in the meantime.

We arrived after reception closed, but a quick phone call and the concierge was there within minutes to let us in. They had done some shopping for us so we had everything we needed for breakfast. Location was perfect for us. Close to the beach. Beautiful walks along the boardwalks. Easy access to local buses and taxis. Comfortable and clean apartment.

The walls were very bare could have done with a few pictures and a full length mirror in the main bedroom. More hangers. More drawers needed in bedrooms. Although one of the two bathrooms had a bath there was no plug. Needs a cafetière in the kitchen and some more teaspoons, there were only 3.

Great view from apartment, just few steps to the beach, very comfortable bed, soft towels, basic cosmetics in bathroom, coffemaker in kitchen, very kind and helpful personnel, good contact before and during our visit. Swimming pool is a great extra bonus for the kids. All in all, for the money it was really great.

Loudly airconditiong especially at night it was annoying, shower holder-days of his glory passed long time ago, but it was still working, leaking shower seal

Location and quality of apartment. The neighbourhood had a great vibe with a mix of locals and tourists. Lovely beaches. There were great transport links. Every place we ate was amazing with lovely staff. Also the apartment complex had a very clear policy of no noise which made the stay very relaxing.

The rooftop area was closed from 20:45 which meant you couldn’t take in the amazing sunset views. The rooftop pool is a nice option to cool down but it is tiny.

Awesome location, great property, very close to the beach, very comfortable apartment. The shower and water pressure were off the charts great and the people who run the location are very, very nice. We were originally thinking about staying more towards the central city but the location was great and you could very easily get a taxi to the city in 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of taxis that pass by the property so you really didn't have to wait long at all for that.

It was very hot and the air condition settings wouldn't let you go a little lower. You also need to take out your trash at the end of the stay, not a big deal but it is a professional run apartment buildings with a cleaning crew so would prefer to not have to deal with that. I'd also prefer to have digital codes versus having to carry around keys and you need to meet within a certain time window to get the keys.

The apartment has all the necessary amenities and is very clean. Everything is foreseen, from towels, extra pillows to all the kitchen supplies. Actually nothing to complain about. The staff is very kind and responsive. The wifi is very good and all the electric devices work as if they are new. The beaches are very close to the apartment. There are a few cool restaurants nearby, even vegetarian ones. Driving to the center took about 15-20min by taxi, so the location is quite nice. The apartment unit is located in a quiet neighbourhood and has a lot of public transportation passing by if you need to go the centrum. A few groceries stores are also in the area. There is a skateboard park and a few children's playgrounds nearby for the kids.

The rainy February weather :). There is a time limit for using hot water. The heater (that is installed in the apartment) needs some time to heat, once and after using it. If the hot water is finished in the boiler, it will need a few hours to heat up. So you better take this to mind, especially if you are not staying alone. The washing machine has a build in dryer, so they are not separated. It dries quite well but takes like 8-9 hours to wash and dry clothes. Overall nothing more to complain about.

cleanliness was superb! the location if you are using bus as transport that will be fantastic but not for metro.

they would want guest to segregate recycling garbage however only provide 1 bin in the apartment and they want guest to throw garbage by themselves during check out (bring out all garbage to downstair big public trash bin along the street) the dishwasher & washing machine tablets could have given more, we stayed 4D3N and given only 2 pcs 😵‍💫 garbage bag also given 2 pcs. the hot water for showering would not enough if you have 4 pax and shower one after another. you will need to it to boil probably after 2 pax, otherwise the 3rd person might shower half way without hot water.

Staff are nice people, appartment is clean, almost of facilities are available, bus station 2 minutes walking, price ia good, quite place and good for families, early checkout was easy by dropping the keys in the box which is good trust from Lugaris to the customers

Tv is not smart, there is no separated clothes dryer, there is no house keeping, nearest metro station is 10 minutes of walking, the early check in in done but was not easy since we waited as a family 1 hour before recwption arrive, the hot water will disappear after a long shower for few hours,

When I was able to pickup the keys at 10am everyone was very helpful, kind, and did whatever they could to make us comfortable; which I liked. Staff were very helpful, discussed options on places to go, provided maps, and other things like cables to the TV needed to connect my computer.

I spoke with someone who called me and said that I could pickup my keys at 6am, upon arrival no one was there and when I called and spoke with an available person they said there was nothing they could do; and that I would have to wait until 10am. So I waited with my wife and son until 10am at a coffee shop that luckily was open. I hated the keys to get into the apartment if I had to mention something that was a big dislike; I had to spend a great deal of time each time I opened my apartment door.
