The hotel is very accessible and easy to get to from the airport. The A1/A2 bus takes you to a stop around 10 minutes walking time away from the hotel. I landed quite late in the evening and the bus was still running. The hotel staff member was very friendly, chatty and welcoming despite it being so late at night. The room was very spacious, and the stay was very comfy. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower was all good too.

The hotel page on Booking.com states every room has Air Conditioning. I couldn't find any in my room, or how to turn it on if so. This was quite uncomfortable on a June day in Barcelona! But I would simply recommend clarifying this with the hotel or receptionist first.

Room size was good, got a room with a whole-wall large window. Furniture is a bit old-style but functional and solid. Room and bathroom were clean and cleaned daily. Location was perfect for me, within 20 minutes walking from the places I needed to go, like the Fira. From e.g. the Ramblas it is a bit far, I went walking but there you may want to take a bus or a metro. I was able to get a room 20 days in advance and pay at the propoerty. Price was high, as always in this city and especially this January, but it was lower than price at similar hotels inthe area I needed. Staff was kind and helpful, never intrusive. No noises perceived at night.

The closet is too small for a double room, and there aren't enough hangers even for one person, if you need to hang formal dresses. Breakfast time starts at 7.30, which is too late if you have to be somewhere else early. Minor issues: In-room safe needs a deposit at the reception to get the phisical key, but it was not exactly laptop size so I didn't use it. The price is very high with respect to the hotel quality, but that's true for all decent hotels in Barcelona, unfortunately. Only Spanish and Catalan tv channels.

The room was surprisingly large. For the first time ever in a Spanish hotel I didn't hear any conversations or tv noise from adjoining rooms - and I was there 4 nights. It was late January but the room was always a pleasant temperature. I arrived slightly earlier than the official check-in time but was allowed to check in without any fuss.

Er...On the whole it was really OK. The type of bedding was a bit old-fashioned - I'd have preferred a duvet, but that isn't a serious issue. They couldn't provide me with a water glass bigger than an espresso mug - bizarrely - but that's such a common problem I have learnt to travel with my own.

The members of the staff always assisted me with my needs. The location was central within the city.

The prices for the rooms were a little higher than normal. And I should not have been charged for the water from the fridge.

This is my second stay in this hotel, I strongly recommend it, well.positionned in exiemple zone close to center using public transportation by metro.

Big room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. We could check in before time. The room was cleaned every day. Tasty bakery and open shops at night are close to the hotel. We got a tea kettle after asking it at the reception. Because in Barcelona every accomodation is expensive, the price was kind of OK.

For us it was a little bit far away from the attractions. Traffic noise and noises from other rooms. Leaking water from the toilet and from the ceiling also.

Clean rooms - Hotel was very tidy and well kept and Bathroom shower was excellent with good hot water pressure. Breakfast was first class and good value for as much as you wish to eat. Taxi Lane outside the property so never an issue in getting a Taxi. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Not a big deal but complimentary Tea or Coffee in the room would have been good rather than have to use a vending machine.

Very comfortable spacious clean room

I tend to compare all the hotels and apartments we stayed in with each other but only one in Bilbao exceeded our expectations. The prices were within the same range but one provided .ore value for our money. The hotel was also environmentally friendly (green)and they provided us with transport cards with refundable deposit. But when we loaded the card the previous user had left some money. We also left some money as we took the taxi many times. It made us feel good to pay forward. Extra points for that and I hope all hotels will be like that.

Not all the staff were helpful. The 2 chairs in the room were bulky and old. We were not told where blankets were. We were not given glasses for the bathroom. More Plants and new paint can brighten up the lobby. Otherwise location was good.
