Hotel is superb. Great and quiet location. Hotel is well appointed and maintained. Top class service.

Make no mistake, this hotel is not cheap. We were extremely disappointed that the indoor pool was considered part of the Spa - at Euro 45 per person per hour - and that's not including any treatments ... extortionate! Really disappointed. To be clear there is a roof top heated pool .... however for a few days it was a little rainy - so thought we would move to the indoor pool. Breakfasts are on the expensive side, however there is a good coffee and light breakfast place across the road.

Completely new, very nice hotel. To bad foor the staff.

You wait at the bar 15 minutes for someone to take your order. When you want to get the check, you must go and ask for it, because no one bothers. Concierge is practically not existent. They wrote me on whatsapp, that they can book the tickets, no problem. I confirmed. The next day they told us it is not possible. After a fast google search, we found guided tour in English! Horror Staff, only front desk was nice and also cleaning.

the pool was busy and lots of kids. If the pool on -1 was cheaper it could be an adults only location to relax. I didn’t find the pool on the roof very relaxing

Property is lovely. Great location especially if you are going to a concert. Rooms are spacious. For a group of three the suite w/ a balcony was perfect size. Suite access comes with access to the lounge and fee breakfast. Both were a great addition. Breakfast was delicious and the fact that the lounge had a self serve complementary bar with snacks and a tapas Happy hour, was an amazing bonus. The roof top dinner at 173 was fantastic. Views were stunning from the roof and the food was great. The staff was extremely helpful and provided great advice as we navigated the city. I absolutely will stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The balcony in the room was nothing special. It’s designed in a way that makes seeing the street hard and there was no view.

We loved everything in the hotel: decoration, staff, room was excellent, specious, fresh, a lot of different types of lights, the beds were like in heaven and we slept like babies! Cosy carpet on the floor, nice bathroom.

there wasn’t a set for brushing teeth, but they provided them rapidly after a call to the reception.

It was a great experience overall, definitely visit again The hotel room was very good in size and comfort. The breakfast was amazing. Very close to Montjuic palace and park (walking distance). We got a very nice room with palace and Mountin view

It is a bit far from the downtown around 2 kms but the taxi station was just at the door step of the hotel. The windows are locked completely for safety (no fresh air). Other than that the overall experience was very nice and meet the expectations for Intercontinental chain experience

Big thanks to the staff at F & B mainly Mr. Marc, Mr. Joan Miquel, Ms. Thais and Ms. Merce. The room was big , clean and comfortable. The room service was excellent and thanks to the housekeeping staff. Special and big thanks to Mr. Enric Cugat, Director of Operations, for his kindness, generosity and help. The location was perfect and near to Plaça Espanya and 2 metro stations. We were really so happy and we will come again to this hotel. My daughter is crying every day because she misses the hotel a lot. I strongly recommend this exceptional hotel.

We were greeted by friendly staff at the front desk and our room was ready early, which we greatly appreciated. The concierge was very helpful in finding a restaurant that suited our needs and the breakfast at the hotel was wondeful. The location was good for us to be able to walk to la rambla and the shopping area. Our only disappointment was that a lot of stores were closed because we were there on a sunday. However, we understand that everyone deserves a day off. We have never stayed at this brand of hotel before and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. We hope that our stay in Lisbon at the Intercontinental there will be just as positive...thank you
