Excellent location, the staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooftop pool was cute and we liked the overall design of the hotel. It was spotlessly clean. Quiet at night.

The mattress and pillows were too firm for us. The bathroom got very hot needed better ventilation. I would have liked teabags and kettle in the room.

Room was clean and comfortable. It was quite small but that was fine Staff we very friendly and helpful

Coffee in the room was not free. The only negative that I could think

Liked the location. Did not like how small the lobby was. Miguel took great care of us. He was friendly and helpful. We had a very unpleasant interaction with Joseph ( Juan ).. he worked in the bar. My sister and I sat at the bar and ordered a drink after another couple already had been sitting at the bar for quite some time. When we asked for our check this bartender put this couples drinks on our bill. We didn’t notice until the couple thanked us for paying . When we confronted Joseph he laughed and sad we were talking to them . We were in the lobby when we asked him why he put their drinks on our bill. He just laughed and closed the sliding doors on us. We were appalled how rude he was. It took a few days to get this rectified but the drinks were eventually taken off our bill. It didn’t ruin our stay but it was inconvenient for a few days.

Really good value for money in a nice, accessible part of Barcelona, just steps from the heart of the gothic quarter. The facilities in the room were excellent and we loved that it had good air con and a balcony. The hotel has a nice art deco design and the rooftop pool was such a relaxing space in the hot summer weather.

The only annoying thing was that the bathroom didn't have a door that shut properly. We were friends sharing a room, so this really felt like a lack of privacy.

The room was not perfectly clean, and some furniture looked quite used and tired. And not big thing, but even though there are huge mirrors behind the bed and opposite to it - the bottom of both mirrors covered with furniture, so there is almost no place to look at you full height when you are dressed or before leaving. Would be good to have full height mirror somewhere in the entrance area.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for my stay! It offered unparalleled convenience, being within walking distance of several key attractions. Barceloneta Beach, the charming Gothic Quarter, and the picturesque Ciutadella Park were all just a short stroll away, making it incredibly easy to explore the vibrant surroundings. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to iconic landmarks like Casa Batlló and other highlights of Barcelona truly enhanced the overall experience. The central position made it an ideal base for both sightseeing and relaxation, with everything I needed right at my fingertips.

We had a balcony room at the front of the hotel, on the main road facing the train station - great place for an early moring coffee and watching the city wake up. The room was comfortable. There is a small roof top swimming pool. Fantasticly cold on a hot day with clear panoramic views of the city. We were only a short walking distance from the beach on one side and the old town on the other. Perfect base for our city break. The team at reception were really helpful and friendly, especially Santiago.

There wasnt anything I didnt like.

The hotel was really pretty. Also the room was modern and beautiful. The staff was very nice and they gave me a list with all the activities and attractions they were offering, so it was possible to buy the tickets directly at the reception desk. I bought the one for the hop on hop off bus and the bus stop was just beside the hotel. I was surprised and amazed they had this list. I have found it a great idea! There is also a restaurant, but I did not have time to try it. The location is fantastic, surrounded by a lot of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.

Great location in the Gothic Quarter! It was SO easy to walk to all the sites and shops!! The hotel had a really good breakfast. The staff was so helpful and accommodating!! The room was really nice and had firm beds which was great. It's right across from the train station (Franca) and a short walk to the metro station (Barceloneta). Very easy for taxi pickup and drop off too if you use that! Room has a mini bar as well, wish I could have a usable fridge but makes sense for the size of the room!
