The property was very central to old town Benidorm. The location was perfect and staff went above and beyond. I request a 1st floor due to vertigo and mobility issues. I was overwhelmed they accommodated my request. The property was clean and maids came everyday to clean room and give fresh towels. The property was quiet too and there was also lots of little bars, cafes nearby aswell as supermarkets. The reception booked us a taxi too as we had an early flight and needed to be picked up at 4.30 am. The pool area was also very clean too and the hotel. I will definitely come back to Hotel Brasil. Thank you to all the staff. ❤️

I only stay at the Hotel Brasil, if possible, when I stay in Benidorm Old Town. Stayed many times. The Staff are great, they make me feel valued. I encourage everyone if they are thinking of holidaying in Benidorm to consider staying at the Hotel Brasil. Five Stars

The location was good for the old town, the market and other attractions, and not too far from the beach on the old town side rather than the busier east side.

The hotel is opposite the main police station and the road is closed to traffic to allow police parking making it difficult to access the hotel entrance. There is an underground car park a few meters away at €36 a night which was handy. Excellent breakfast with top-of-the-range toasting and a good selection of hot and cold options.

Extremely clean, staff friendly. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. 5 mins walk to beach.

Needs more sun loungers to accommodate guests. Would suggest kettles in each room without having to pay a deposit for one. Shower great but kept flipping up & spraying the bathroom.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy. Each room has a mini fridge and air conditioning which was very much appreciated as it was very hot. I travelled for 1 night only and had a busy day, and due to flying out early the next morning I did not sleep so cannot comment on how comfortable the beds were. I booked a room so I had somewhere to freshen up and store my belongings. The room was a decent size. Clean and spacious enough for two comfortably. Bathroom was clean and a decent size, shower was clean too. Bathroom had a couple of the basic toiletries in. Plenty of towels which were nice and clean. The hotel met my expectations and for the price you can't complain, even as a pit stop for short travel. Me and my friends had drinks at the bar before heading out into the town. Bar staff were lovely and the drinks were good. The swimming pool looked clean, it was smaller than I imagined from the photos but still adequate. Would stay again at this hotel if visiting this side of Benidorm again.

Arrived very early hours of the morning but not a problem with the hotel , the receptionist was very welcoming and keen to make sure the stay was good explaining everything, even offered me a cold plate of food as the kitchen was closed

Breakfast was busy , too many other guests huddling around the toaster , therefore I couldn't be doing with the wait

Three star hotel with a five star service. Even prior to our stay it was very obvious that this hotel has an outstanding service. Booked a shuttle bus for us, perfectly arranged. Upon arrival the battery of the safe seemed dead. Within an hour batteries got replaced, and they let us use the safe with no additional surcharge (apparently you got to book that service). Room was clean, bathroom was spotless.

Hotel has some minor wear and tear, but apart from that it looks good.

The hotel was clean, bright and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Lovely location in the old town - it is a bit of walk to the new town but if you enjoy walking and seeing things that’s just an added bonus.

The curtains in the rooms could do with a privacy curtain so you can have them open and people not see in, nothing major. We only ate breakfast in the hotel once, this had nothing to do with the staff or facilities as they were fab. It was other guests- feeding time at the zoo springs to mind! I actually felt sorry for the hotel staff at how messy and rude some guests were.

We arrived early and were able to check in and go to our room 2 hours before check in time.

At around 8am a couple let themselves into our room. It was obviously an oversight by the Reception and embarrassing for all concerned. Also, on returning to our room after breakfast we were unable to unlock our room's door as access had been cancelled, so we had to go back down to Reception to sort it out.

The friendly and efficient staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good location.

I would have liked to swim in the pool but it was a little to cold for me. It looked very inviting though. The bathroom was bright but tired looking. Fixtures had been moved or removed and the making good wasn't done well which had a negative impact on a lovely bright room.
