The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and there was a beautiful beach just outside.

The rooms are a bit odd in that the shower is inconveniently placed in the middle of the room next to the bed. This could be a problem for an early riser who wants a shower in the room with someone who wishes to sleep in. Or, friends traveling together - it could be weird. The location is great for the beach but not as convenient to the old city. Fortunately, there are good restaurants nearby and taxis were readily available.

Car parking was really expensive with over 20€. Especially because it said something else (more lite 13-18€) on the booking.com website

The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean and well equipped.The hotel is great and apparently visiting football teams stay there. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. If you are there at Carnival time, the parade goes past the hotel. We watched part of it from our room.

The staff in the restaurant weren’t very attentive. We ate there 3 times for convenience, twice we had to ask for menus, ask to order and ask to pay.

Good location (bus stations, main road) Nice room, every day the towels were changed, room cleaned. The bed was awesome and very comftable. The best beakfast, a lot of choices, tasty food and natural soda. Friendly staff. Overall: 10+++ stars!

Perfect. Near the ocean. It is located in Puerta Tierra, but with bus no.1 (bus stop near the hotel) you arrive in the city center, and with bus no. 7 you arrive to "la Caleta"- perfect landscape. Good breakfast and supper. Ask for 7 or 8 floor, if you don't like the noise of the street.

Everything was ok. Be careful to close correct the window, because of wind could remain little bit open...

The hotel is a 30 minutes walk from the bustling centre of Cadiz. It is convenient if you want to access the beaches but in a characterless part of an otherwise beautiful city. It is comfortable and staff are helpful but lacks the facilities one is used to compared to other Barcelo hotels.

Helpful staff, nice room, nice conference room great breakfast, super cosmetics (in economical wall-mounted containers), comfortable bed and furniture, an extra bench suitable for meditation or maybe the suitcase. Nice comfortable sized room and rather large bathroom, water kettle and clothes steamer in a esthetic furniture.

No vegetables at breakfast, only fruits (plus continental breakfast, and everything, just not vegetables) And they placed beautiful, elegant, tall-stemmed glasses/goblets for water at the conference desks for each participant, right onto the edge... So many of them just fell off and broke due to the movements of the participants. It is not that elegant, but not stemmed glasses would be more economical...

The hotel is well situated just two blocks from the beach and a plunge into the sea and a few minutes for the historical old town area. Staff was great ensuring you are having a pleasant stay….breakfast was excellent and parking if you are driving is available on site…big plus!!

Comfortable spacious rooms, good breakfast, location on the main avenue but you can request quiet room and would be ok for sleep. Overall we stayed 1 night and it was ok. The old town is 20-30min walking distance so we used rather car and parked there to go around.

Loved the location, not in Cadiz old town but a 20 minute walk. The hotel was close to the beach, the room was excellent and breakfast caters for everyone
