The appartment was close to all the main attractions in the beautiful city of Cadiz. So much to do and see and the friendliness of the locals and the delicious eateries combined together for a perfect week!

Our accommodation was perfect. My only complaint is that the advertisement was deceiving in that we were led to believe that we had a roof top terrace in our building, which was not the case! Disappointing as the weather was so good.

The suite was perfect. It was so private and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The roof top patio was great for enjoying wine at night with a full view of the neighborhood. We were a family of four and the suite was huge with plenty of space. The amenities were well above average and the suite was spotless and well maintained during our stay. Also, the laundry room was so convenient. Finally, Maria was incredibly kind and helpful during our 8 day stay. She recommended some amazing tapas bars and places to check out and was such a help. The location couldn’t be better, nested between 2 plazas and shops, museums, and other cultural sites. A perfect experience.

Perfect location just off Cadiz's most beautiful square (in a city with many beautiful squares), with many nearby restaurants, cafes and small supermarkets (and the main market and larger supermarket only 10 mins walk away). Despite being near the action, we were never disturbed by noise (facing off the main street and good double-glazing) and the air-conditioning was superb. The apartment was spacious - living room with sofas/chairs/TV at one end and kitchenette and dining table at the other, plus two bedrooms and two bathrooms-with-showers. The roof terrace was wonderful and very large -- we usually had it to ourselves but there were multiple separate areas with seating and tables for evening drinks or meals so no chance of being crowded. There were free clothes-washing facilities (multiple washing machines and driers, with detergent provided) and the front desk was manned most of the time during the daytime, with helpful friendly staff.

Nothing could have been improved - all-in-all it was a perfect apartment for four -- we are a grown-up family of four (the apartments advertise as 'adults only' which, for us, was another plus in terms of peace and quiet).

We came to Cadiz for two weeks to learn Spanish (me) and work from home (my husband) and enjoy everything the city has to offer in the evenings and at weekends - and this apartment was perfect for that! It is spacious with lots of natural light, and the air con and Internet work smoothly all the time; we had a kitchen corner, a big bathroom and super comfy beds. All staff are very nice and helpful, there is a laundry for guests to use on the ground floor and, last but not least, the location of Plaza Mina Suites is just great. I recommend you go for tapas to the nearby Cumbres Mayores and for dinner to Arrebol, which is just round the corner. All in all, we will stay here again when in Cadiz!

We liked everything!

We loved the receptionist Maria. She was very friendly and so attentive to our needs. She advised us on lots of different things and gave some great recommendations, we felt very welcome due to her!! Thank you Maria. The rooms were very clean and tidy. We had regular water and cleaning done for us. The whole property was beautiful. Views on the terrace were lovely and we felt very lucky to stay here for our first stay in Cádiz!

The storage/wardrobe space in one of the bedrooms could have been better but that is it!

Everything. Absolutely gorgeous property. Our double room apartment was superb, large & comfortable beds, with 2 walk in showers, kitchen perfectly equipped, coffee machine & few pods plus bottled water a great touch. Lovely sofa, chair & dining table with chairs. Laundry room on ground floor even equipped with products. Lift exactly what we needed for one of our group. Terrace on top floor with lift access too was great, overlooking Plaza San Antonio and its church. This is where we used the underground car park, just round the corner. Marie on reception was so lovely & helpful. Special gift upon arrival was so lovely for our special celebration trip. Definitely will come back, we loved this place, walked to so many main sites and drove to the beach. Love Cadiz.

Nothing it was amazing!

The apartment was spacious and located in a good position close to most places of interest i.e. the museum 2min, the closest beach about 10-15 min walk, the cathedral about 15-20 min walk, etc. On our return to the railway station we chose to walk about 20'25 mins. There are plenty of good restaurants close by. The apartment was very clean with friendly staff when they were on duty. I would certainly stay here again if I return to Cadiz.

Being unfamiliar with a door code system, initially it was problematical trying to access the apartment as we arrived from Seville after they reception had closed. However to mitigate they were very helpful via messages and phone calls. The apartment could do with some hooks to hang items on, rather Spartan in that department!

Nice large apartment close to underground parking and shopping in town. The 1 bedroom faced the street and we were a little nervous because we are light sleepers but the windows had wooden shutters and with the bedroom door shut we heard no noise at all. The bedroom was good size with a desk and chair. The bed was amazingly comfortable; we both slept great. Bathroom was a little small; shower was good size with great water pressure. The staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

For a kitchen, it had no napkins or paper towels. The bathroom had liquid hand soap but the shower had some type of soap but it did not lather well. I suggest having your own soap (we always travel with a bar). The place had free washer & dryers but the dryers take a LONG time to dry if you have jeans or anything somewhat bulky.

We paid for a luxury room and initially were very impressed. However the bedroom faced the street and had a single glazed windows with original looking wooden shutters. Unfortunately they did little to keep out noise from the street and adjacent square where people sat at outside restaurant tables until late. When we complained we were moved to a two bedroom apartment at the rear. This was very quiet, but a bit gloomy. The bedrooms opened onto a courtyard with relatively little light whilst the main room only got borrowed light from the atrium. Both apartments were smart, well equipped and comfortable. In our second apartment we slept very well indeed. The roof terrace was lovely. Great location as well.

Location was good, Mary on reception was excellent. Car park was only about 100 M walk away and the P-app for parking worked well and saved about 5 euros a day. facilities in the apartment were excellent. Aircon was very good and very quiet once Mary showed us how to operate it. There’s a main control in the lounge and another separate control in the bedroom. Lounge can be noisy but bedroom with door closed is very quiet. so good for sleeping. Suite no 1 was on the ground floor.

In general everything was very good BUT the Shower room (shower is big with rain water head) had quite a few black flies/insets that after removing kept returning. we put the plug in inset repellent that was in the bedroom into the shower room and after about a day it seem to do the job. Although the apartment looked very clean, the timber flooring was not, I unfortunately had no slippers and the bottom of my feet got dirty if you walk on the flooring for any length of time. There was no information that I could find that helped you operate things like the Air conditioning, Coffee machine, etc, that would have been helpful.
