The room was spacious, had a closet for clothes and the balcony was very good. The food was not exceptional but there were many options and you can easily find something you like. The beds were very comfortable, the TV has Netflix, Disney+, YouTube and more. The hotel facilities were clean and very organised. The staff was wonderful. They deserve all recognition. They work hard, are polite, smiling and very helpful. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Literally a few steps from the beach And the centre of Cala D’or also with many good restaurants.

The penultimate day of stay we had no internet in the room. My son communicated at the reception but we didn’t recover the connection. In a way it wasn’t bad because we didn’t stay at the hotel that day and we had roaming.

The location - opposite Cala Gran beach and the location to the centre of town itself. The view from our room was lovely and they did accommodate our request which was very much appreciated.

The buffet can get busy - but there are two sections. Very helpful if one has coeliac disease which means you can avoid the crowds and avoid getting glutened from cross-contamination. Entry is via the barcode on your wristband. We didn't realise when we first came and were told off which didn't make us feel very welcome. We just wished someone had explained the process before.

Location, entertainment, venue, cleaning service, swimming pools

Food quality, too many options instead of fewer options but better quality. Some staff are arrogant. No access to tennis courts during 4 days. Some drinks ie tea limited access. Drinks machines were not fully operational. Local tourist attractions - not easy access to information, met the local guide by accident so could ask questions.

The location is fab! The staff were all friendly and helpful… I can’t fault any of them at any point from the restaurant staff, the entertainment team, the reception staff and cleaners. The food was nice but became a little samey samey and limited.

The hotel itself was pretty hard for my mum to navigate as she is elderly, uses a stick and has eye troubles. the kindly put our bedroom on ground floor but it still involves a flight of stairs down to the restaurant (there is a stair lift available but try telling your mother to use this 😂) and also a to flight down to the pool and bar and the beach is either down a slope or multiple flights. these stairs weren’t a problem if you are more able. also she struggled with the layout of the hotel and didn’t manage to learn her way around. Again, fine if you are younger 🙃

Food was great and lots of different choices. The location was super, couldnt be better. Staff at the restaurant was so nice and helped me because I have lots of food allergies. There where lots of gluten free choices and they had also gluten free bread (when I asked). Everybody was so nice to our girl. All inclusive was great and evening program also was nice. Pool areas was great.

Rooms need some renovating. But we didn’t spent that much time there. Other all inclusive desk near the children area and the other pool could be open until the pool is closing.

The hotel is situated right at the beach and very close to the old centre of Cala D’Or with restaurants and shops. All staff was very friendly. We had halfboard and we thought the food is nice and plenty of choice. The beds in our room were excellent!! We did not use the swimmingpool so no opinion can be given about the pool area.

That you have to shower in a bath, which is quite tricky for older people.

Everyone member of staff were exceptional in their attitude towards guests the restaurant staff were great at making sure tables were cleared and reset fo guests Our room was cleaned to a high standard and the reception staff were very informative and extremely helpful Overall we had a great experience we met up with family also staying in the hotel they have been guests before and recommended it to me

i have a problem with stairs so getting to the dining room was a little difficult but couldn't complain about anything else

The variety of pools is fantastic. The location is right in the centre of Cala D’Or, everything is on your doorstep. Interior is a little outdated but perfect for a base, when out enjoying your holidays. Friendly staff as well which is a bonus! Special mention to Paco & the lovely lady on the front desk with the dark hair.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent location. Just 2 minutes away from beach. Beach very clean. Staff very friendly. Food was good too. It was very tasty. Love this place. Is good value for the money you paid. We are family with kids, and this place was just right for them. Place is having lots of things to do for everyone.
