Never met nicer staff at any hotel, they are all so friendly. The hotel is in a very good location. It is very clean, and the food is very good.

We didn't really go in the bar at night, but the one time we did the queue was very long, and only one barman.

Nice hotel nice food excellent entertainment staff round the pool specially iker he was the main one that stood out for me he was excellent with the kids and enjoyed what he did

it was a nice stay at the hotel apart from two rude staff members that was one with redish hair and the rest of the women and the men was excellent and professional in the bar at night time so apart from one women staff members that refused to serve my girlfriend vodka at 5.10 in the pool bar she says there was no vodka left then two mins later a woman approached the bar and asked for a sex on the beach and the man give her it witch has vodka in it ! and the over one was questioning why I was mixing the two largers half and half because I like the little bit of taste of lemon in the beer and i think the need to get Kelloggs mini box cereal instead of put cereal out in the bowels apart From that everything was okay

Me and my 8-year-old and I loved this hotel! The entertainment for kids was exceptional; a lovely lady organized plays and kept the children engaged. The food was amazing—warm and with a great variety. Our waiter at dinner worked hard to ensure we were happy with everything, despite the busy atmosphere. The hotel is huge but well-kept and fairly quiet. I enjoyed a lovely balcony overlooking a busy street, but the nights were surprisingly peaceful. Because the hotel is so large, you won’t be bothered while sunbathing; there’s plenty of space to keep it private, whether you're reading a book or working on a computer. The pool was warm in February, which was a delightful surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

There was a broken window in the bathroom that could let anyone break in, so I had to use tape to fix it. The staff could be nicer; I noticed a tattooed girl throwing plates and cups around loudly in the dining area every day, which made it hard to enjoy my meals. Also, the reception staff were not very friendly or I might just be more used to the polite type of service in England;)

I loved the location, literally in front of the sea that i could see from my balcony. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I chose breakfast included but loads of people choose the all inclusive formula as I've seen, regardless everything is cheap and you can enjoy the 2 pools anytime you want as there's room all around the place to lay down in the sun. Activities for kids and adults are also included for everyone. 15min drive from the airport as well, the area around is nice but you can say its mostly for English speaking tourists, as some places don't even speak Spanish at all.

Maybe the only thing I didn't like was the fruit at breakfast, a bit tasteless.

6th time to stay here and will be back again. Beds comfy, it's very clean. Staff are all pleasant and plenty of staff everywhere constantly on the go. We booked a 1 bed apartment with sea view. On check in they gave us a 2 bedroom apartment sea view without even asking. This apartment had side and full sea view but also faced the sun all during the day as it was top floor. It was huge.

Great facilities, staff really friendly and welcoming. Food and drink really excellent, couldn’t fault it.

If I had one minor issue (it really is very minor) is I would if I were hotel introduce coin or token for drinks. When checking in customer pays 5 euros for token and when buys drink they hand it in to bar staff, every time they want a drink they bring glass back until when finished bar staff return coin. This will encourage customers to not leave drinks on tables etc and reduce mess. Also, consider restricting maximum number of drinks served at a time to two. This really to help prevent staff having to clear up drink glasses and also speed up serving time. Note on coin/token ideas if customer loses it they have to pay additional 10 euro replacement, something like that.

Everything was amazing. The room, pool, atmosphere was good. The food was very good and there was alot of variety. The room was spotless. The cleaners were very nice and made sure the room was always very clean. The location was nice and close to everything. The staff were very friendly

That hotel was a great surprise. We were thinking about staying in Corralejo but then we found that hotel close to rheumatoid arthritis airport in Caleta de Fuste. Big hotel full of activities, pools, restaurant… they have a pub and a grocery store inside. Also you can rent bikes and car without leaving the hotel. Staff super friendly, breakfast has soooo many options. They have lunch and dinner as well. You can easily stay in the hotel without going anywhere because they have everything. But if you need to go out it’s very close to shops, restaurants and groceries. The room we stayed was large and comfortable with a small kitchen, sofa, tv and a small balcony.

I have nothing to complain about the hotel.

Location was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Great choice and hot.

Bathroom tiles chipped and grouting grubby. Pool almost a no go area after lunch as too many floats and diving into and messing going on and nobody cared. Inaccessible for swimming.

The hotel was situated near everything it was very convenient. The staff were excellent and the bar staff were all excellent. I would definitely return to your hotel in the future and recommend it to a friend . Thank you for a lovely stay Amanda O Neill Ireland 🇮🇪
