I really liked the location of the hotel, which was 5min walk to the beach and right on the main street full of shops and supermarkets. The room was amazing,beds comfy and clean. The terrace big enough and able to smoke there. I liked how breakfast buffet was organised and the availability of cold/hot food there. Also the staff making coffee were excellent. Very good entertainment at night too. Reception staff were Very helpful in general too

I would recommend to fit a shower in the bathroom instead of a bath, as I was travelling with my elderly dad and he would have found more accessible to have a walk in shower rather than a bath. Also, the shower head was super high that the water was leaking out regardless of the power or angle of it, which made the floor slippery after showers.

Breakfast was good nothing special but what I expected. The staff was really lovely and especially the coffee stand guys were super nice smiley and helpful. The room was lovely great size, room 329 bathroom was ok but seeing room 244 was much more updated and modern bathroom. It was ok in 329 and also the views there were super nice to the sea. I didn’t have any shower gel and over 3 days of stay not once was it topped up so that was weird but the cleaning process was super good. I wish there was usb charging option from the socket not only the plug option. Air con was great working properly.

I had no shower gel and it didn’t get topped up for 3 days which means they don’t check that when they clean. But they do clean very nicely so that’s ok.

Everything was great, the room has everything needed and the bed was very comfortable with clean sheets, the hotel offers a good swimming pool, the location is near the beach and restaurants, the food and buffet were tasty, diverse and creative, the cleanliness is on point, the service and employees were all nice and welcoming Overall i was happy and satisfied with my stay, Definitely coming back and definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation it has all what is needed !

The breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean, the reception is opened 24 hours, beautiful beach and great restaurants around the corner, the hotel provides soft pool towels every day, you get 1l free water on your arrival (great if you arrive late at night, since the water in Mallorca is not drinkable). The pool, the room, everything was perfect. I had bed with breakfast, but the hotel also offers lunch and dinner for very reasonable prices. Also, cocktails by the pool are great and affordable.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly and happy, the food was at a good standard, as I’m quite fussy with quality. The hotel is 5 mins from the beach, so we would go for a swim and come back in our towels. The room was cleaned every day and was very nice. The pool area is quiet no music blaring out, and plenty of sun beds this time of year so no rushing to get one. They had entertainment 3 times the week we were there, singers which were enjoyable. It was a perfect chilled holiday, shops, bars and restaurants near by. A great hotel choice if you like the above.

The pool doesn’t open until 10am.. would be nicer a little earlier. The hot tub in the gym isn’t very powerful, probably needs replacing. This is being really picky!! As it really is great.

Huge hotel, but never felt crowded which is nice. Great location, close to the beach. Room had a large terrace with sun loungers. Very good food, plenty of choices and quite tasty. Staff is friendly.

With half board, you have to pay extra for all drinks at dinner time, even water. I understand charging for alcohol but water? Especially as you serve it at breakfast anyway.. Our bathroom had a bad smell coming from the drains, but keeping aircon on helped a lot. Also for me personally (but this is subjective), the bed was very uncomfortable, mattress is too soft

Clean room. Close to the beach. Big shower, big bed, big TV. Fridge in the room. Beach towels provided. Nice pool bar and pool area. We paid for breakfast on two mornings and it was lovely. Staff were lovely.

The sun loungers are black and metallic so I burned myself a few times. Outdoor jacuzzi wasn't working. 407 was the room we had which is beside where the cleaning staff have their trolleys so every morning from 7am onwards there was banging and loud noises so we were woken early every morning which is annoying when you're on holiday. The rooms also aren't soundproof.

Lovely room with a king-size comfy bed, balcony, and en-suite. Always loads of hot water and a nice walk-in shower. Air conditioning worked really well. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced. Staff are very friendly. The choice for breakfast was excellent. Great location, only a 3 mins walk to the beach ⛱️ and shops and restaurants close by.

Very nice and clean hotel and all the staff were friendly, great location, breakfast was decent with lots of options.

There isn’t really anything to point out, I guess as always a couple more plugs could have been helpful, and also the option to be able to turn off the balcony lighting earlier in the evening(this was all done at once around midnight).

I love the calmness of the place! The staff were all so friendly and the service was amazing. Spending the day's by the pool was excellent. I got the half board and both the dinner and the breakfast buffets were insane. Really good value! Would absolutely recommend.

The aircon was really noisy, and I could hear what sounded like washing machines in the morning. But other than that, can't fault!
