The hotel put us in a good mood right from check in desk, Mari was fantastic she deserves a pay rise, she put us in hploday mood in no time we were so tired after easyJet managed to ruin our 1st day of holiday, hotel has plenty of sunlaungers you dont need to wake at 7am just to have a sunbed and they have no reseverve policy. Location was beutiful, bed was comfortable. Spa is free to use for everyone. Also I would like to thank Christian he was a real star, easygoing and very helpfull, real profesional in his role.

Food was repetitive, very little choice, few salads, you can tell aluaSoul trying to cut corners there, chicken was a scares pork almost everyday, desert choices are limited to few cakes and fruits. I have been served raw pork one day, when some type of food is gone kitchen staff takes forever to replenish it. Bar staff was super nice expect from one bold guy called Jesius, he was staright rude refusing to make drinks at time turning his back in front of custumer, refusing to serve watter when asked pointing to the watter machine.

It would be nice to have an à la carte restaurant for guests who aren’t fond of the all-inclusive concept. Pushing two single beds together isn’t very suitable for couples either. The taste of the coffee could also be improved.

The location simply cannot be beat if you want a quiet beach holiday. Eastern part of the island, tucked away at a lagoon. The sea view from the room (we had the my Favorite club one) is simply majestic! The food was largely good, if devoid of spices and marinades (which is understandable - catering is obviously done for many people).

Some of the front desk personell had a bit of an attitude and were somewhat condescending all the rest were very nice though! The all inclusive does not include many of the drinks and some of the food at the pool bar. This should have been communicated in advance.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was quiet and peaceful and in a stunning location. The views of the beach from the balcony were amazing, and the beds were comfortable. Though I didn't use the outdoor pool, the indoor pool in the spa was really great. The hotel was really clean in all areas, the food options were mostly really good, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay (as long as you don't have mobility issues).

As a disabled person (not a wheelchair user), I struggled to walk the distance to the pool, as the options were to walk down some awkward stairs or to walk a long route around, which for me meant I was only able to reach the pool bar where the all-inclusive snacks were and some tables twice in 7 days. I would have liked to be able to take advantage of that aspect of the all-inclusive more during my stay. If you are a wheelchair user, the hotel is accessible with elevators and ramps everywhere, but if you struggle with walking, I would suggest looking elsewhere. I also believe the beach was only accessible down some steps. I also didn't find the 'My Favourite Club' benefits worth the extra cost, and if I come back, I would probably not choose that option.

Nice modern hotel, with recently renovated comfortable rooms and amassing view from the balcony. Very friendly reception. We were kindly provided by check-in right after arrival around 1 pm (before official check-in time). We used paid parking (8 euro per day) and it was very convenient.

Hotel is oriented on All inclusive concept and as usual it mans that food was quite chip. There is no normal a-la carte restaurant inside of the hotel. Unfortunately we didn`t like the nearest beach at all, probably we were not lucky enough but it was super dirty all 4 days of our stay - all water was covered by seaweed for several meters and first line of sand was full of plastic garbage. We come to Mallorca each summer for long weekend and this is the worst beach experience we`ve ever had. Thanks god we were with car and spent 3 days outside of the hotel enjoying incredible sea on much better beaches

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. Staff are friendly and on the whole very helpful. Elsa in the restaurant was particularly helpful to us in regards to vegan food.

Vegan food very limited despite messaging in advance. They seem to put meat, fish or mayonnaise in everything and there is only so much pasta with red sauce and plain salad one person can eat. Also the labeling of foods is very sporadic.

That was our second stay at the hotel and we loved it again. There were some small things when we checked in, but stuff dealt with it in a really good manner. The location is amazing, that was actually one of the main reasons why we came back. Food was good (they didn't have butter for breakfast, though. Only margarine). Night shows were fun. We like this hotel. Really good package for chill vacation

Location is amazing. Everything can be found in the hotel, even books and boards games in case you get bored. ATM is also just there like a minute walk which is very convenient. Right across the road there are supermarkets and local rent cars. Property has it all- SPA , gym, outside pool bar and swimming pool with plenty sun beds for all , beach , club where another bar can be found, every evening entertainment like live music etc, sky bar and even pool gymnastics . Also you can play darts , ping pong , tennis and billiard

We enjoyed our stay at AluaSoul Carolina hotel very much. Staff, location, facilities, cleanness, food, animation activities were great.

Everything was great. Just one remark, it would be nice if rooftop bar would be open before 7pm. We stayed there in the begining of June and rooftop bar was open only after 7pm. Better to have the possibility to enjoy the whirpools up there before 7pm.
