Lovely hotel, really nice very clean. Having said that I think I called athletes foot in the spa. I didn’t have it before I left and I got it while I was there.

It’s such a shame that the beach isn’t right out front. I appreciate that it’s natural coastline, but the hotel would’ve been absolutely perfect if it could’ve been picked up and moved along a little. This is coming from a couple who are older and my husband found it hard to do the walk other people may not be in the same situation. We stayed for six days and as lovely as the food was I couldn’t eat there every day as there wasn’t much of a choice. However, what we did have was absolutely delicious.

It’s a nice modern hotel, comfy beds, great breakfast, friendly staff, lovely view from balcony.

I didn’t like the location. It’s very pretty but it’s really quiet and far away from everything. If you’re looking for a quiet beach holiday and to just sunbathe then you will like it. But if you want to see Deià, Port de Sóller, Palma even Cala D’Or - they are really long drives. We didn’t realise how far out we were from the hot spots. Not the hotels fault, we should have done more research. Just something to bear in mind.

Wonderful location, amazing personnel, beautiful views and great food. Probably the best beachside hotel experience we’ve ever had. This quiet gem will remain on our travel list for sure.

We had some issues with fairly loud plumbing inside the bedroom wall, so we would wake up if the neighbors washed their hands. Also we had a pretty active ant population, but the cleaning staff took on the problem as soon as we pointed it out. Both very minor inconveniences considering the rest of the experience.

The hotel location is wonderful, it’s such a chilled-out experience being close to the beach, but set back behind trees. There are about 20 sun loungers on the grass beside the hotel which were perfect to relax on and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. More beautiful than the photos! Breakfast was great - eggs and pancakes to order plus meats, cheeses, fruit, bread and pastries. The staff are fantastic, they make you feel like family. Room was minimalist but well fitted and the air con was incredible, silent and efficient!

Our only very small issue was that the sauna and steam room were not available to use throughout our stay - doors open and nothing hot or steamy going on!

Comfortable pool lounges with close proximity to a free beach. Easy free street parking, ocean breeze at night while your sleeping. Normally we do not eat at the restaurant in the hotel but we gave it a go and were very surprised at its level in both food and service.

We came here for our honeymoon. It was perfect. The hotel, the staff, the suite, the location, the food, the spa... We don't have a single complaint. This hotel is very well staffed, there are more than enough people working there, you barely ever have to wait for anything. They are amazing, kind, helpful, they would go out of their way to make you feel special... And they speak so many languages :) Really, amazing staff. We spent most of our stay in the Junior Suite and were upgraded to the Royal Suite for the final day/night (for free, because we booked our stay with Booking!) Both suites were amazing and very clean. The view from the suite was stunning. All rooms really look like in the pictures, maybe even better than in the pictures. The hotel offers a spa with two saunas, a hot tub and a small warm pool, and massage service (I tried the massage and it was excellent). There is also an outdoor infinity pool, which is really refreshing at cca 22 °C (the sea is warmer than that, so this pool really cools you down and it's great). There is a snack bar and pool service during the day (try nachos!). As for the restaurant/food, it was also an amazing experience. The hotel restaurant could hold its ground as one of the best restaurants on the island. The food there is pure art. If you were wondering wether to book dinner as a part of your stay - do it! You won't be dissapointed. It's a five course work of art. The breakfast was great as well. The hotel does not offer parking (there is no place for a dedicated parking, everything is grass/lounges/beach) but there is safe and free parking in front of the hotel, in the street. We took a rent-a-car from the airport because it was cheaper and way more convenient than to pay for a taxi round trip. We always found parking in the street. Also, if you drive and enjoy driving - rent a car.

Everything was beyond the expectations! From the warm and very kind welcome at the reception (thank you Javier!) through such a great kindness and profesionalism from ALL the staff members (thank you Paula! You are extraordinary! As all the Other supernice People, unfortunately can‘t recall all the names) to THIS location. Allover best experience. Will come back for sure.

We had a excellent stay. Location is great, staff is very friendly and helpful, nice design, all you need is there for a relaxing stay. And the food was top quality as well.

Everything was great actually

All the hotel staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming that we felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean & comfortable and the shower was so lovely! The food was delicious…both breakfast & dinner.

It was secluded, quiet, peaceful with an attentive staff. We wish we could have stayed there longer it was so amazing and beautiful. We loved the beach access, sun beds, and spa. We will be back soon!

I liked everything about the hotel! If there was one thing that could be improved was no smoking on the balconies of the rooms. That was the only thing i didnt like, which is probably something that wont change. You can't smell it in the room, but when you are also on your balcony at night.
