The hotel is very green, with incredible views and excellent service. A great bonus is that there's an equally luxurious partner hotel nearby, and guests are welcome to use its facilities as well. The breakfasts were simply amazing. The beach is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, which suited us perfectly.

The shower area in the room was in need of renovation. It would be great to update the beach bags, bathrobes, and yoga mats. Right next to the hotel, there is a stunning small wild beach (not the one we went swimming at). Since it’s not part of the hotel property, it’s not maintained at all. It would be very valuable if the hotel could clean up that beach a bit so that guests could enjoy the sea just steps away from the hotel.

Everything was great! I rarely write any review for hotels but my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Overall service was amazing, food was excellent and service at the restaurants was michelin-level with amuse-bouche and petit four even we ordered a la carte; the property is beautiful with great facilities; breakfast was the best we had among all the hotels that we stayed at in Mallorca. We have been to more expensive hotels but this one truly stands out!

Private beach isn’t maintained but we don’t like beaches anyway.

- Dinner service a bit over the top; between pleta and its partner next door, they’re missing a more relaxed restaurant with conventional food offering - gym facilities not appropriate for hotel of this class - mobile network coverage largely non-existent but wifi is very good

On arrival we had to collect our keys although we were promised an early check-in Not a major issue but something to be aware of

Stunning property with breath-taking views, fantastic bartenders, friendliest staff who go out of your way to make you feel at home, privacy and quiet. The pictures do not do it justice. The fact they also had top notch bartenders was a major bonus — for our final night, the bartenders surprised us with special custom cocktails to suit our tastes based on what we had been ordering. The attention to detail and kindness was unparalleled, we genuinely miss both the place and the people.

Absolutely gorgeous and tranquil place, staff extremely friendly, food very good. Spacious rooms, possibility to go from the venue to the sea (little stone beach). And the stone beach was totally empty, really super nice.

This was one of my favorite resorts I have ever been. Absolutely incredible. So peaceful, beautiful, and truly luxurious. The food and drinks are incredible. We did the tasting menu at Pleta, as well as the tasting menu next door at the sister hotel, and not only was it a fun experience, but it was some of the best food we have ever had. The basic room is very well appointed, so many thoughtful touches, truly feels luxurious. The grounds are so beautiful, we enjoyed how quite, and peaceful, and private the grounds are. This place is a great place to disconnect with your loved ones. Highly recommend grabbing a bottle of wine, and walking the property during sunset one night. We loved biking between resorts. This was the highlight of our 12 day trip to Spain. The staff is so kind, and so helpful. I hope this place does not a change a thing because it is truly a gem.

Every detail from the breakfast to the pool side experience through to walking between the two hotels is just perfectly considered.

Private beach could be more accommodating with some beds and better sea access

The property is exceptional, small, private and the staff who work there are a delight. They always have a smile and are happy to help in any way.

Breakfast was heavenly. Fresh fruit and vegetables and homemade bread. Ingredients were fresh and tasty.

Room service menu on a rainy day could be a bit more expansive. But that was such a small part of the overall amazing experience.
