- Our hostess, Elvira, was amazing! The check in was very thorough, she gave us a lot of information on surrounding areas, best beaches, which restaurants we should try, etc. Halfway through our stay we had a medical emergency that required hospitalisation and she was reaching out to us every day to see how we were, if we were feeling better. She even helped us translate some medical documents from Spanish to English - she was godsent! - The property had two private pools, with plenty of umbrellas and sun beds, along with a very cosy lounge - a perfect place for reading; - The room was very clean and had all the advertised amenities; - We were very close (a 3 min. walk) to Canyamel beach, a beautiful location with several beach restaurants and bars; - Restaurants and supermarkets were very close and the Arta Caves were only a 30 min. walk from the property.

Everything was just perfect, the location was great, the beach is beutifull and is about a 2-3 minute walk to it. We stayed for 2 weeks, so they even offered us a private parking space for free. The pools are always clean and the apartaments are just very cozy. The atmosphere was amazing.

First of all, I have to say, the best part about staying at Sinfony was the kindness from Elvira. Elvira made sure we were feeling comfortable and that we had options available for us if we felt like we weren't. We suffered a little bit from construction site noise next to the studio we were at, but Elvira was kind enough to compensate us for the noise with an invitation to dine at one of the other hotels of the group. Canyamel is definitely a quieter place, but if you rent a car you can explore the island comfortably and see other beaches. However, we found ourselves spending more time at the Canyamel beach than we thought we would, just because of its peaceful setting. We really enjoyed our vacation at Mallorca and it was nice feeling like we were being taken care of if we needed anything! We truly appreciated the thoughfulness!

I believe only a small improvement could be made in the barbecue area. It would be nice to have a working sink there, and also a barbecue grid. We wanted to use the barbecue but we didn't want the food to get in contact with the rustiness of the barbecue itself, so it would've been nice to have a separate grid to put the food on and to be easier to clean afterwards.

The apartment was soooo lovely. Really spacious and modern. Great beds and powerful shower. Large fridge and a large stunning balcony with a lovely view. I loved the pool opposite the road S’Olivera as it was more sunny and really tranquil. Helpful staff and kind. Great value for money. A nice restaurant nearby called Bonanza and car rides away from lovely other towns like Artà, Cala Rajada and Cala Millor. A lovely, relaxing stay :)

The pools get a little cold with the trees in the way and are shady so we used the S’Olivera pool and that was nice with less shade.

The location was excellent, very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartments had more than 1 pool area and you could use any of these. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with a small balcony area.

The bushes in front of the balcony downstairs could do with cutting back so better views. Update the filter coffee machine as the coffee was cold.

The room was very spacious for a studio,it had everything we needed during our stay and was very peaceful, not noisy at all. The location is less than 5 minutes' walk to the beach, which is beautiful and very natural . There are a couple of convenience shops nearby and a few restaurants, though we drove out a number of times for a greater choice.you have a choice of 3 swimming pools on the complex and the gardens are beautiful,

Last year, we stayed in one of the apartments, which was superior to the studio. Which was a little rough around the edges with the finishes. There were dead mosquitos everywhere on the ceiling and walls, which should have been removed i would recommend you take a mosquito repellent with you. The air-conditioning failed the last 2 days we were there, so it could do with a fan as a back up as it was very hot.though we don't go on holiday to watch TV there is only 1 uk channel sky news yet many german channels so would advice you take a firestick if you what a night in watching a movie

Very spacious studio apartment, amazing staff they really went the extra mile! There are two pools and the beach is literally a 2-3 minute walk. I highly recommend, will definetly be staying here the next time I'm in mallorca!

A fantastic place to stay, just a minute's walk from the beach. The studio was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Elvira (Elbida) was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even recommending several great places to visit. I highly recommend staying here.

Very spacious. Very helpful staff. Great en suite shower room. Good location close to the beach.

I liked it all but as an addition it would be good to have a hanging rail for wet swimsuits and there were no blackout blinds in the bedroom which was very bright from early on.
