The big plus of these apartments is the common area, where you don't have to fight for sunbeds or reserve sunbeds in advance, there is always a place near the pool. It is very quiet and calm and you can relax with a book in the shade of the trees. Close to the beach. Our room had two balconies, which was very nice. There was everything you need for cooking and in good condition. The air conditioning worked without problems and the bathroom is modern and has a good shower.

A welcome bottle of water would be highly appreciated after a long journey. -Although it is declared that smoking is not allowed, the apartment has an ashtray on the balcony and some guests smoke, so sometime we had to close the doors to ensure smoke wouldn't get into the room. -The mattress was too soft for my back. It would be nice to have a capsule coffee machine in the apartment to enjoy espresso in the morning. There was a drip coffee machine, which was useless for us.

This is the first time I review an accommodation that I did not stay at but there is a good reason for it. 3 days before our scheduled stay, the hotel called us to inform us there was a problem with the apartment we booked and that they could not host us. They proactively offered to transfer us to another hotel (which we assume is a partner property or maybe even of the same owner), several kilometres away. To sweeten the deal, the transfer proposal included half board, which we didn't have in our original booking. Since we were not really picky about the location as long as it was on the eastern coast of Mallorca, we agreed to the deal. Our stay was outstanding. I will not say more since my review should technically be about a property we actually stayed at, but I want to commend this property for their management of the situation and doing the right thing. You made a customer very happy.

Nice place, private and quiet room.

They didn‘t change the towels the whole vacation even though we asked them twice. and they didn‘t clean the room.

4 buildings with one Owner, you can use all the facilities. Elvira tells you anything you need to know about the surroundings. Nice room, nice terrace, nice furniture. Good beds and pillows. Close to beach, some basic shops, restaurants.

In our appartment the bathroom (with the toilet) is in the bedroom separated only with a broken transparent glassdoor, which you can not really close.

Breakfast not included. Apartment was located in a quiet area, with shops, bars, restaurants, bus stops and beach all within a few minutes walking distance. Concierge was brilliant.

Nothing everything was great

The location was great, super close to the beach, hikes and small shops. The owner was very friendly and helpful too. Just wonderful sitting on the balcony after a swim in the pool.

Sometimes you hear the people in the other apartments, some of the people were quite noisy at night unfortunately.

Our stay at s'olivera was one of the best propertys we have ever stayed in it was immaculately clean and looked brand new inside from our welcome on arrival by the receptionist who was very informative about the area and facilities to our final day which we requiered a slight extention, the walk to the amazing beach is just a few minutes with local restaurants and shops the place is far from the madness of over crowded package holidays hot spots and very relaxing Our only regret is that we could not stay longer,thank you s'olivera for an amazing stay and hopefully we will be back next year

Great apartments, everything that might be needed is included. Very beautiful and clean beach right near the apartment building. The town is very little and not very popular with people so as a bonus - not many people on the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff.
